Tyler came out and took a look at what needed to be done. He advised me about buying my own shower head as it would be cheaper than if he got one for me. He came back out and completed the work very quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need any more plumbing work I would definitely request Tyler to come out for me. Thank you!

Excellent service. I own a townhouse - nothing fancy, but the crew did a great job. I was surprised and delighted by the seemingly trivial, although once it started raining very useful, service of running lots of water through the gutters and downspouts. Once the fall began and into a rainy October and November - man, those gutters never did it so well. very happy with this service.

I had a very good experience. As a walk-in customer, I received excellent service from Niki Steensen and Jeff Shipe, who both patiently answered my multiple questions, let me take home several large flooring material samples, and were attentive but never pushy. The installer, Mason, was incredibly efficient and fast and finished in approximately a day and a half without sacrificing quality. I'm very pleased with the finished product and would recommend them to others.

I texted Jaime with a question about my refrigerator - I wanted to attempt the repair myself, as costs have piled up as we get to know our new to us (but old) home. Jaime offered to come by to look at it for free because he didn't want a bigger issue to damage our floors. I ended up asking him to fix the problem because it was bigger than anticipated and out of our wheelhouse for repairs. I was very grateful that Jaime had followed up so promptly on my inquiry and had the insight into the possible scope of the issue. I really felt like Jaime had my best interests and the best interests of my home in mind. My retired school librarian friend (who knows a thing or too about character and work ethic) was visiting that day and saw Jaime's work. She decided to hire him on the spot for an issue in her own home. Jaime is friendly, thorough, professional, and trustworthy. I am grateful that he is part of the care team for my home.

Leo Underground is a sorry excuse for an HVAC technician. In April of 2018 we started experiencing issues with both the heating and cooling of our HVAC unit and called our home warranty company, HMS and reported the issue. On April 18 2018, HMS sent Leo Underground out to evaluate the issue and he reported that the thermostat was wired incorrectly and we paid a $135 service fee. We were told that this was causing the issue and was not covered under the warranty. We continued to have issues, the unit was not cooling and we reported it again to HMS. They sent Leo Underground out again to service the unit on June 5, 2018. He reported that the unit was low on freon, he added freon and charged us the $100 deductible. In December of 2018 we started to have issues with the heating and reported it to HMS and they sent Leo Underground back out on December 20, 2018. This time he said that he discovered the heating issue. He said that it was a capacitor which he said that he replaced and charged us the $100 deductible. We continued to have heating issues and reported it again to HMS. Once again HMS sent Leo Underground out and on February 20, 2019 he said that the unit was low on freon again, which he added and once again he reassured us that the unit was repaired and once again charged us the $100 deductible. The following morning, on the 21st, our unit was not heating properly, and we reported it again to HMS. They send Leo back out for the 5th time to review the unit. After reviewing several things, he called me down to the unit in the basement and showed me wires that were disconnected from their terminals. He told that was the source of the problem, the auxiliary heating unit was disconnected, and he assumed that they were not working. He then apologized for missing it on his previous visits and said that he would reimburse us $100 for his February 20th visit. He also said that he wasnt going to charge us for the current visit and that he would report his findings to HMS. We continued to have issues and our home warranty company send out Sears Home services. In less than an hour he told us that our thermostat was wired incorrectly (Leo Underwood charged us $135 to wire it in April 2018) and discovered that the auxiliary heating elements were not connected and plugged them in and the auxiliary heating strips worked contrary to Leo Underwoods diagnosis.

We also highly recommend Termini Furniture Service. We have a Skandia Secretary Desk with a glass front bookcase, which belonged to my grand parents, but it got severely damaged when we drove it across country in a rental van. Phil replaced all the broken pieces and the broken glass front and now it looks as good as new! He not only made the restoration, but gave the piece a nice polish. Termini Furniture Service gave us an excellent price for the repair and a very quick turnaround. We are looking forward to being return customers.

When I called to request the service, I asked what the cost would be. I was told that the technician would quote me a flat rate out of which the $49.95 consult rate would be deducted. I asked the cost of labor per hour. The woman who answered the phone wouldn't tell me. I told her I bought my own faucet, and she suggested I might want to use a faucet supplied by the plumber because his would be under warranty. I stupidly assumed I would pay for a faucet at cost. The plumber arrived on time, and he quoted me $347 to take out a faucet and put a new one in. When I complained, he said the price included adding the plug to replace the soap dispenser (I replied that I could do that myself if my arms were long enough to hold the soap dispenser still while I unscrewed the bottle underneath). I asked the price if he used his own faucet. If I'd been sitting on a chair, I would have fallen off it: Over $500. My faucet cost $119 at Lowe's; his was more than $150!!! I know plumbers notoriously cost a lot of money, but come on. Give your customers a break. $347 to replace a faucet and screw plug into the kitchen counter--over $500 if I use their faucet? I'll hire a handy man and take my chances or get a book and learn how to do it myself. If I owned a plumbing company, I would have certain basic functions (like replacing a faucet) for which I would charge smaller fees. Never again. Next time I'll call a plumber who will be straight with me over the phone so I don't waste my time and $49.95 to receive nothing at all. What a rip off.

We had a good experience from the beginning. Mike Stanley came out to review the project and develop a quote on site. The price was competitive with other quotes I had received. He walked me through the project, and clearly explained the process and expected results. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time, checked in with me to insure the proposed driveway outline met my expectations, and moved through the project in a professional manner. The worksite was cleaned up before they departed. We are happy with the results and the experience and would recommend Jim Stanley Asphalt to others.

This was my first major remodeling project, and I had a good experience with Blackstone. The designer (Khalid) and project manager (Alp) were very professional, patient and responsive to my many questions. Khalid, whose virtual rendering of his design really helped convince me to go with Blackstone, guided me to materials that fit my taste and simplified the selection process considerably. Alp oversaw the work on-site and quickly responded to and resolved several concerns I had along the way. The crew (Juuenal and Christian) did excellent, high quality work and finished ahead of schedule. I'm very pleased with my new bathroom; I would use Blackstone again and recommend them to others.

First-rate hardwood floor installation! The entire team with great from beginning to end! Everyone arrived on time and completed work just as promised. Aaron (the owner) is very knowledgeable. I really appreciated his approach to estimating the work, informing me about their process, and listening as he answered all my questions. The young man (didnt get his name) who delivered the flooring was on time and placed the product neatly in the room in prep for installation. The installers (Christian and Gabriel) were awesome as they expertly completed the work, kept me informed as needed along the way, and kept my home clean throughout the process (i.e., removing old carpet/padding, preparing sub-floor, etc.). I had one existing problem area on the floor that I initially discussed with Aaron and he assured me they could handle it and they did. Awesome company get these guys for hardwood floor installation!
