  The process was great from scheduling to actual completion of the work. We had some nasty algae build up on the shady side of the house and the house washing took care of that quite nicely. The windows were cleaned inside and out and now it is so bright in the house we need our sun glasses (not really but you get the idea). Will definitely call them again when we need this service performed. I'd say that they definitely live up to their company motto: "Meticulous. Courteous. Matchless."

  The Rentapro crew of Ted and Trionio arrived at my house the day and time that we agreed upon. They were incredibly friendly and went right to work. They took a great deal of pride in their work, and carefully covered anything of value to make sure that it didn't get damaged. Ted kept me informed every step of the way about what they were doing. The work performed was way above average, and it was obvious that both guys have been doing their jobs for a long time. They needed a few extra supplies after I decided to add another small job. Ted told me to save money, that I could go to Home Depot and pick the items up if I wanted to. I appreciated that and went and picked the supplies up while they continued working. To make a long story short, the work they did turned out even better than what I expected. As important to me as the quality of work, however, was something that Ted did that I have never had a contractor ever do who worked at our home. He told me at the end that he had about $35 in supplies that he didn't use that he was removing from my bill. That showed me the integrity of Ted and his company, and is a quality very hard to find these days. I have referred Rentapro to several of my neighbors and will continue to use them for any jobs I need, whether big or small!!

  Affordable Pressure Washing Solutions, LLC.

  Our house has needed washing since last summer but was worried about calling a provider because we are on a somewhat low-producing well for water. When I saw the ad for Affordable Home in an AL magazine, I was thrilled because it looked like it wouldn't stress our well too much. Barbara at Affordable Home was great on the phone, and even said they would bring a tank of water with them.
  Jorge, the technician who came out, was terrific too. He called when he was about an hour away and arrived within the hour, with a tank of water on the truck. He took the time to show me where our front porch was in need of recaulking and gave some other home maintenance tips. I was really impressed that he even cleaned the inside of our screened-in porch in back; I didn't expect that level of service.
  Our house looks so good now, even a month later. The white porch columns are still bright white, and the yellow siding is still very clean. I like the low-pressure option Affordable Home offers. Not only was it easy on our well, the biodegradable cleaners they use really do seem to do a better, long-lasting job than traditional high-pressure washing.

  After Tony and crew finished our deck we liked them so much that we had them come in and paint 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms plus patch numerous flaws in the drywall. Sometime during this process I decided to sell my house and Tony took me around and showed me things that he could do to make the house show well and with a great looking first impression. Tony and his team ended up painting our formal living and dining rooms. The foyer and the hallway upstairs. They changed doors and locks, and painted the walls going down to the basement. I absolutely would recommend Tony. He is very professional and has a lot of drive to make his customer (me in this instance) happy. He returned my phone call every time I called him within a reasonable time period. I would like to add that to me price matters, and Tony gave me very good, comparable rates.
