On time; great communications in terms of what their daily plan was, what challenges were coming up, response to my questions/concerns; excellent quality of work, very efficient and also friendly and responsible. In our initial consultation, we agreed it might be possible to simply replace a 3 yard square of ceiling plaster that was coming down, but might be necessary to do the whole thing. That turned out to be the case but the team was clear in showing me why their efforts to do the small piece were not working. Their work on taking the ceiling down and re-doing it was efficient and high quality. A great experience all around!- Mary M.

The work was top notch and the drywall and paint looks good as new. They explained the problem so that it was easy to understand for a layperson like myself and were able to fix it readily. AJymmy was one of the best contractors that we have ever worked with. His skill on drywall skim coating and finish is amazing. We would use him again and recommend him to anybody that wants the best in workmanship and honesty. He did a major refinishing of the Sheetrock that was faux finished with layers of glaze. Painted both interior and exterior that now gives us a new home.

AWe hired University Painters to paint the entire exterior of our house, which included carpentry work to replace rotted wood. We had some neighbors who recommended them to us. Brian Jablonski came out right away, giving us a detailed estimate which was competitively priced. The crew was fantastic. They showed up promptly every morning, were extremely polite, and most of all, knew how to paint and do carpentry work! Byron was the foreman, and he was absolutely great to deal with. Once the scope of work was set, it got done right. We are extremely pleased with the work that they did, and highly recommend them!

ACarlos' team did an excellent job painting two rooms in our house. I also had them remove some old built-in shelves and they completed that part of the work and patched the walls there and in various other places where there was wear and tear. The rooms looked flawless when they were done. Carlos was very prompt and professional in all communications and getting an estimate and scheduling the work was very easy. I plan to use Carlos again for painting other rooms in my house.

AWe used Lane and Sons to do some interior painting of our new townhouse before we moved in - including painting over flat paint in kitchen, laundry area and 3 bathrooms with eggshell, and painting our garage and our second floor storage room. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work within our time frame (after settlement and before movers arrived), as well as coordinating their painting of our storage room with laying down flooring in that room. They were professional and cleaned up well after they completed their work. I highly recommend them.
