AAirwiz Clean AirThe team was very professional and took pictures of everything. They showed us some mold around our central unit and told us how to prevent it going forward. They cleaned the mold (very minor) and did a system cleaning which has definitely helped the house's air quality. They did the chimney cleaning and inspection and gave us good news on the current state. The bad news was the dryer vent which has become unattached in the wall (or worse it might have melted because the line is plastic) so they gave us some suggestions on how to fix it. The best part is they show you what you have and then let you decide if it is something you want them to do or handle it yourself separately. We never felt pressured into having them fix something though it is nice that they can do it when they are already here. I didn't notice it at the time I paid but there was an option to tip the crew with the payment instead of needing cash ready. That is very helpful to me because I always have to go out of my way to get cash for the tips.- Mellissa A.

ABIOSERV ENVIRONMENTAL INCThey were fabulous. The mold remediation itself was $4980, and that was the lowest price that I got. We had them clean the ducts and do some other things that were additional, but the mold remediation was that much. They were coming from Baltimore.
