  • We hired Aaction as our contractor to do the complete interior and exterior renovation of our home and my wife and I are extremely please with the finished product. Our project took a couple of months to complete from start to finish but throughout the entire process their office staff and crews took great care of us.
One of the best parts about working with Aaction was that they were able to do all of the work we needed to have done which made things easier on us because we weren't working with multiple companies to get everything done.
We highly recommend Aaction to anyone looking for a contractor to remodel their home!

  • They were very accurate with their costs . They were timely and were here everyday.  There was one minor problem .  When they initially measured the height they install the roof too low and we called them and they corrected it he very next day.  The crew communicated very well, kept us informed and when we had a leak during construction someone came out on a Sunday to fix that.  I would recommend their service to others.

  • The deck installation went fine.  I've had them out to touch up up a couple of issues where a possibility of a leak existed.  I've had to wait over a week to get someone to repair a support problem that led to the county not passing the room during the final inspection.

  • We were VERY pleased with Tom and his entire crew.  They arrived at our house every morning precisely at 7 a.m. and worked throughout the day.  They always had a detailed plan for exactly what they hoped to accomplish each day and they always met their goals.  Tom called us every night to ask if we had any questions or concerns about the progress of the construction.  His crew was very polite at all times.  They always left the yard clean.  Overall, our experience with Albreacht Home Improvements could not have been better.  We would highly recommend them.  And, we will definitely have them back for future jobs.

  • We contacted this company through a mailer advertising SunSuite Sunrooms and received a callback within minutes of completing the online estimate request.  The representative (Renee) arrived right on time, but she was something other than professional.  Her attire was a bit revealing (particularly showing her numerous tattoos) and she reeked of smoke.  We soldiered on with the estimate process and listened patiently to her presentation.  She seemed to know the presentation well and answered most of our questions, but she also seemed to brush over some concerns we had about the prospective room (such as using our existing heating and cooling units for this increased space).  This was the first estimate we'd received and we believed it to be reasonable (about $23,000 for a 10x10 foot sunroom addition), so we signed the paperwork and gave her a check for the 10% deposit.  We should have been more prudent.
We had some questions crop up over the next day or so and I called to speak with the man whose name we were given for future contacts.  He never returned the call.  This further heightened my concern, so we filled out the buyer's remorse paperwork to cancel the deal.  We have still not heard a peep from them, including not having our check returned (we stopped payment on it just in case).
We have since contracted with another company for the addition, which is significantly larger and not much more expensive.

  • Michael came out as the estimator, he's also the president and CEO of the company.  Very humble guy and good attitude.  I was very pleased with the amount of time it took and his professionalism.
I received the estimate about 2 weeks later but it was more expensive than I was thinking.  I don't believe the price was necessarily unfair, just more than I was expecting possibly due to my ignorance.  I asked Michael if he would look into alternatives that would make the job less expensive.  He was very patient with me and sent me another estimate about a week later for half the price.
The difference was the type of glass that was to be installed.
Overall, pretty happy.  The first estimate was for about $4600 and the second estimate was for $2100.  I am unsure yet if I will be using them as it's still quite a bit of money.  But, I did appreciate him doing both estimates for me.

  • We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted a sunroom remodeled, but Jim Hay and his employees helped us greatly firm up those plans.  He was respectful of his workers and it is obvious that attention to quality and detail is important to everyone connected with Home Professionals.  Each worker was polite, the room was cleaned up at night, and communication was open during the entire process.  The focal point of the remodel, the bookcase, couldn't have been more beautiful.  Suggestions by the carpenter, John, were taken seriously by Jim and my husband and myself, but there was plenty of discussion of what would make us happiest.  In the end, we are grateful for the suggestions that were made.  The case is beautiful.

  • We couldn't have been happier with Owings Bros. They were very dependable, polite, considerate, communicative and committed to the highest quality. The project lasted over 6 months; fortunately we weren't living there at the time. They honored their original estimate except we decided on a number of upgrades during the process (upgraded wood floor, doors, etc.) and they clearly wrote out the extra costs involved so there was never any misunderstanding. We had a wood burning fireplace and hearth built from cultured stone, for which they used a subcontractor. We were pleased with the results but did notice a few places where the mortar looked too thick or a stone stuck out a bit. But since it was a rustic style, we didn't mind. The project supervisor (one of the Owings Bros.) arrived, looked over the work and without us saying anything said it was unacceptable and had the subcontractor come back and rip it out and redo it to his satisfaction. (The rest of the subs were great)
