The pool is 20 years old and the finish was fading along with tiles falling off every year at opening. We had the coping stones reset with new grout, new waterline tile, and a new Midnight Blue quartz finish. We weren't sure if we wanted new coping tile. DESCRIPTION OF WORK We needed our 27 year old pool renovated. Watermark replaced our cantilever deck with brick coping, replaced all tile along the waterline, repaired minor beam damage, replaced some concrete decking, replaced two drains to bring them up to code, did a lot of caulking and sealing, and winterized the pool (at no charge).

The project was a great success. The Watermark team did excellent work, completed the work in a timely manner, were courteous and cleaned up after each phase. The plastering with the quartz looks better than expected and the wall and tile repairs look amazing. I would definitely recommend.
