  • This project was done in conjunction with a patio install at the last minute but he understood the time dilemma I had gotten myself into and was very responsive to my need. His price quote was reasonable for his excellent skill set. He communicated with me throughout this project and went out of his way to make sure the welding work was completed and the next phase of the project could be completed on time. In dealing with contractors over several years, I consider Jones Certified Welding a rare find in the home improvement industry.

  • The TV was repaired but we had to have the technician back for warranty work. It took awhile to get the tech back and once we did he took the TV back, corrected the problem and returned it in a couple of days.

  • I feel like the information I got from her -- being that I am in a computer tech-related field --?I feel like, sort of,?I could have gotten (the information) from a verified website if I would have paid for a month's subscription?or, whatever.?She gave?me?information that I could probably have gotten for less so I could have done it myself just by going on a verified website. However, she was a very nice lady, very professional and was very helpful.?For a person that is not technically savvy like me they would probably do great with her.?I feel like I could have found the information myself cheaper.

  • Possibly the worst customer experience of my life. Deliveries were made that I didn't request. Dates were missed. I finally got tired of the terrible service and called to cancel. After sitting on-hold for 30 min., I was told they would pick up my empty bottles for a refund the following week. That didn't happen. I called in again and after sitting on-hold for 45 minutes, was told the pickup would be marked as urgent and I would receive a call from the route manager with a pickup time. That didn't happen. I called in again and after sitting on-hold for over an hour, I was disconnected.

  • I thought she was really good.  She is outstanding actually.  She was professional, informative, on time and has outstanding writing skills.  She's very committed to the process to giving the customer what they want and is very accommodating.  I would highly recommend her to others.

  • I booked this provider through Moving on August 29th for the morning on August 31st after checking the reviews on and Angie's List.  Moving contacts them and I called their number.  I received an emaiI on late August 29th asking about the type of move (even though I had provided detailed information on and I responded to him very early on 8/30 (like 1 am) advising Ron about the move, the amount of furniture, the number of hours needed, etc. and that I needed them to start at 10:30 am.    l provided a very detailed game plan and answered all of his questions.  I provided him with all of my contact information.   I advised Ron that this was very time sensitive since my son's tenant was moving into the house the next day and we had to be cleared out so that the cleaners could come in at 7pm as booked.
    AT NO TIME DID HE INDICATE THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO DO THE MOVE.  I called him at 9:45 am on 8/30 on my cell phone and we discussed the move and he said that the movers would probably be there later than 10:30, around noon and I said that was fine.  I think he might have left a message on my phone or I may have initiated the call which lasted for 2.50 minutes.   I also called him later on 8/30 and we confirmed the day, time, etc.  I was available by phone all day on 8/31.  I started calling Ron at 1:01 pm and left a message about where were they??? etc.  
    Ron and Cardinal Moving DID NOT SHOW UP ON AUGUST 31ST.  I and my son and his girlfriend called him MANY times on 8/31 and there was no response!!!!!  UNTIL AFTER 7 PM.  Even then, he DID NOT OFFER TO SEND A CREW OVER that NIGHT OR EVEN COME THE NEXT DAY. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD FIRE THE CREW, WHICH DOES NOTHING FOR US.  
    WE WERE UNABLE TO OBTAIN ANY MOVERS TO MOVE OUT ON 8/31 AND HAD TO REFUND 2 DAYS RENT TO MY SON'S TENANT.  We were able to get some movers on 9/1, but they were VERY EXPENSIVE. 
    I believe that Ron and Cardinal Logistics should pay damages in the amount of the difference in the rate for the movers we had to use (around $250) and also the two days of rent that my son had to pay to his tenant ($133.00) because we could not deliver the house until 9/2.

  • I emailed them in April and they got right back with me. I went in within a few days and dropped off the clock. I put down half for the deposit. It wasn't suppose to be ready until August but it was ready by the end of June. August seemed like a long time to wait for the repair but I would rather them give me the latest date and have it ready earlier than thinking it should be ready and having to wait. They repaired the inner workings and cleaned it. They even called me with a question right before it was ready to ask if I wanted something else fixed or if I wanted it left that way. The price did seem a little high to me in comparison with purchasing a replacement clock but I don't really know the going price for fixing clocks. I thought they were very nice and pleasant to deal with.

  • My husband and I bought two televisions and because of space constraints decided we wanted them hung on the wall.  We received a flier for this sort of work so we decided to call Smart Solutionz LLC to obtain a quote for the work we wanted
    done.  Not only did Harshod promptly call us back, he offered us a free home estimate. Harshod came to our home and made several recommendations that efficiently improved the functionality of the rooms where the televisions would
    reside.  He also recommended shelving and cables that would improve the quality of the picture on the televisions.  The quoted price was lower than the leading retailer and he provided pictures of work he had complete for his other
    clients.  We accepted his quote and scheduled an appointment that same month.

    Harshod arrived on time and with the correct tools to complete the work.  Once the work was complete, I was astounded by the quality of work he provided.  The picture and sound was impeccable.  There were no wires visible and there was no trash left behind.  Everyone who visits our home asks who installed our home entertainment system and we gladly refer them to Smart Solutionz LLC!
