  • It went absolutely wonderful. We first responded by email so I could send photos of the door and lock. He came at the time he said and was very professional. I was blown away that he literally had an entire set like an office in his van. He took the lock off and discovered that he had the necessary parts to re-key it in his van. Did the work; installed the new lock and handed me the keys. I was impressed that he was in top of his game. Certainly will refer to him again as well as others.

  • It went well. I have used them several times. I called and let them know I wanted to replace the storm door because it was not locking properly. The replaced it and gave me the bill and I have had no problems since. I will continue to use them. I would definitely recommend them.

  • Installation was seamless but Mr. Shay K (owner) was not forthright with his pricing. He FAILED to provide an itemized list of the pricing prior to payment, stating "I only do things on my iPad". He also failed to disclose labor costs, nor did he provide options to make the service more cost effective. Mr. Shay K (owner) simply emailed me the invoice once I had paid, and he departed. Once I reviewed the invoice it revealed the costly amount of money I paid for parts, labor and installation, the "service fee" could have been waived. Mr. Shay K (owner) should have provided me with a price list prior to any work being done. If that had been done, I would have made a VERY different decision. I feel SO violated!!

  • Provider was punctual, neat, and got the job done quickly.  He had me try the keys to make sure they were working properly for me before he left.  He offered receipt but I told him that I didn't think I needed one since the sale is documented on Angie's List.  He told me that if I decided that I needed one, that I could contact him and he would provide it.

  • The quality of the install was questioned by my husband and I the day the cameras were installed. Since the install I have had other professionals review and they found a number of installation issues both outside and inside where the wires enter the house. Everything not only visually looks messy both indoors and outdoors but the company also does not provide set-up assistance beyond putting the cameras up. Once the cameras were installed I was directed to call Honeywell to have the cameras visable on my computers, tablets and cellular phones. I called Honeywell and the company policy is that they don't interface directly with consumers. When I informed Shay at Keyed In he was insistent that I needed to work with Honeywell and he provided me with a ticket number. Everytime I call they think I am Shay. I have spent hours on the phone being Shay. When the remote to the DVR stopped working I called Shay and was told my warranty period had ended. Apparently it was 90 days. So, I called Honeywell and was told that the warranty period is 3 years and I needed to go back to the company that did the install. I explained that company indicated the 90 day warranty was over. They were extremely surprised since that's not the agreement they have with vendors. The exterior cables are dangling and will continuously impact the reception. The DVR remote control does not work. The remote feed to my devices isn't working and the install wasn't performed correctly. I am sure I am missing other issues but this is it at a high level. This was a waste of close to $4000. I am trying to see if Honeywell will come out and review the situation. They lack workmanship, customer service, work ethnics and professionalism.

  • The locksmith was on time and very professional. The lock is a quality lock. He also fixed my door. The door vibrated everytime a neigh closed their door. No more it is now quiet and no vibrations.

  • They have been very rude the entire time. Whenever I call they leave me on hold, they are rude, unprofessional, and never seem to know what I am talking about. When they did send someone out he didn’t have any of the correct equipment I requested and reeked of smoke. I asked to have someone else come out and the representative told them I kicked them out. They talked over me constantly and would never let me get a word in. When I asked about a discount on Angie’s List he said he didn’t know and was very unprofessional about it.

  • Called owner because my commercial grade lock that was upsold to me by the technician. They sent another technician out on Saturday, and that technician told us that there may have been an issue with the installation or it was a defective lock. He reinstalled the lock and Sunday morning I went to leave my house and the door knob and the lock fell off. Today I contacted the owner and he became irate and began yelling at me. The owner was really nasty with me, and told me I needed to buy a new lock, and that only labor was covered under warranty for 90 days, not the lock itself.
