  • We always have them bathed and groomed before we bring them home. The cost included the grooming.

The dogs don't think that much of them but we give them an A. They don't like going to the kennel. It's clean, they have good sized pens for the dogs and it's relatively close to where we live. Mostly because it's clean and it seems to be a pretty well run place. You have options for different types and sizes of pens. Some of them are a little more room. You have to pay extra of course. The workers are fine.

  • For all our family dogs when I was living with my parents, we use them and then when I moved out on my own and had pets, I continue to use them. They are just very consistent. It is like that neighborhood vet even through all the changes through the years with the different doctors and staff members.

  • Excellent. My pup has been going here for daycare a few days a week for 2 years and she and I both love it (if the pic uploaded ok, the white dog with the grin is mine). The people who work there love dogs and take good care of them. The facility is large, with lots of yard-sized runs so dogs are in small groups with others of similar size and temperament. The interior portion is very clean and large enough to accommodate the boarding dogs as well as the daycare dogs when the weather sends everybody inside. I haven't had a need for overnight boarding yet, but wouldn't hesitate to use them for this too.

  • They are absolutely fantastic! They are the only place to take your dog. They are great. I have been going to them for at least 20 years. There kennels are clean and I’ve looked at them. The kennels are also temperature controlled. The older dogs and smaller dogs are in warmers kennels. They also have indoor/outdoor runs which are great. It gives the dogs a choice. They are not in the cage the whole day. They get to interact with other dogs. They will walk your dog for an extra charge. They also groom them. At one point they offered training services there as well. They aren’t close to me either. I go out of my way to take my dog there.

  • We have boarded our dog here a number of times.  However, on two occasions the dog had come back sick.  The first time we took it to a vet, and he said he may have caught a virus from another dog.  The dog was given medication, fluids, and a special diet.  The second time around resulted in going to an animal hospital for a couple of days, suffering from gastroenteritus, and took $1700 out of my pocket to deal with it (thank goodness for pet insurance.)  When we checked to board him again, we told the contact that he had issues the previous two times.  It was THEN that we were told that the dog had tore up his pillow, and probably had ate a good amount of the stuffing.  It was then that we asked that he would be provided no bedding and no paper.  The last two times coming out - no issues and no problems.
We will intend to go back and use Noah's Ark, but it would have been proper in our opinion to make us aware of the bed issues and to be more proactive in keeping some event from happening again.

  • I was so happy when they became a 24 hr hospital so, if necessary, my pets could get emergency care at their regular doctor. Their prices are reasonalbe and fair especially in the DC area. The care for my pets is fantastic. They are patient and kind and know how to help my pets through scary, uncomfortable exams and procedures.

  • The dog was dropped off at the kennel in the late PM of 6/28 and picked up on 7/9 in the AM. No problems were incurred; the dog came back home healthy. The facilities are good with ample room and outdoor access for each pet. My only criticism would be the the personnel were business-like but not especially warm for a pet facility. I may try them again but I will check out others first.

  • My dog is aggressive to other dogs. After some time taking classes that really helped to discipline her, but didn't stop the aggression, I decided to take my dog to Boarding Training at CTC. After I got her back my dog sleeps in her crate without complaints. She doesn't attack every dog she sees in the neighborhood. She walks next to me and she stops when I stop.  I am very pleased with her progress.  CTC accomplished in two weeks, what I couldn't in a year.

  • They offer luxury pet boarding services. I used them to board my dog for two days. They walked him several times a day and fed him his own food. He had thirty minutes in the play yard and I was able to watch him on a web cam. He also had a room with a window.

  • I have an American Eskimo dog. I have been with them for long. We keep travelling and board our animal there. The boarding costs seem reasonable in comparison to the other place. They have excellent boarding facility and have grooming, too. They are very easy to deal with and talk to. They also space out stuff that needs to be done for your pet. If your animal needs dental, they even out it off to an extent until they have discounts. If your animal needs dental, they even out it off to an extent until they have discounts. I have been very pleased with them as they do a good job with my dog and infact even bare their noise. They are reasonable and do trimming as well. They also do an anti-shred brush. They also entertain early drop off and pickup. They usually ask what you want when you come in and I will use them again in the future.
