  • I was impressed with the first visit. There are two types of house cleaners: the ones that just want you out of the way so that they can do their pre-programmed list as fast as they can (regardless of the time you pay them for), occasionally break things, and can't be trusted to work around difficult areas of the home, such as antiques, collections, etc. (most); and the few who can do a "custom" house cleaning, listening to the customer, and working with them around such areas, for the specified amount of time. Amalia's actually seemed interested in what I wanted done, and how I needed them to work with me to get certain things done. The price seemed reasonable, and the younger one spoke and understood English well. So, I mistook them for “custom,” but they are actually “pre-programmed”. But by the second cleaning, I met resistance. No matter how I tried, and no matter how many bags of garbage, I could not get them to take them to the trash until they left. On the third visit, after being ignored another two times, I said "Stop Everything! I need you take the garbage out now [4 big bags as I had done shredding and fridge cleanout before they arrived]--can't you see how it is in my way as I try to load the dishwasher?" All I got back was a blank stare, and them resuming whatever they were doing when I stopped them. On the second visit, I also wanted them to help me clean the tiny balcony of my apartment (which I have cleaned on my own weekly). "Oh, we don't do that, but since it is not much we will bring tools next time." Of course they didn't, and made the excuse of light drizzle (balcony is covered) so as not to touch it on the next visit. They did not do well on the difficult areas, handling stuff I told them not to, and cleaning in ways that are not appropriate for the stuff there, instead of calling me in the next room. Fortunately, the item they broke was of no real value.. But since the third visit, I have not seen one of a pair of pint glasses from an old Paris restaurant. On that visit, they were on their way out the door in 95 minutes for a job I paid $125 for two hours, instead of asking what else they could do. I would have paid 20 to 40% more for “custom” for the agreed time. If you just want someone to robotically clean your place for a good price, hitting all the stuff on the usual checklist, and don’t have difficult areas, your own agenda, or arrival time limitations, then they are fine. They are thorough in what they do, and the younger woman intelligent and a good problem solver. But, I need people who can show up at the appointed time (not +/- 1 hour) work with me, and slow down when needed and take and follow direction.

  • Kirk and the team were very efficient, courteous, and through. Their team of 3 spent about 5+ hours working diligently and were careful to return items to their original locations (e.g. pictures frames, knickknacks on shelves, etc. Kirk even made me take my finger and check the dust on top of door frames and hung pictures. In the event dust was identified, he recleaned all of the frames in that section of the house.

  • It went fabulously!!!! Shaniel has come a few times already and she is starting to make a dent in all the work that needs to be done:) She is meticulous in everything she does and always asks for feedback. She is willing to correct anything that is not to my satisfaction and will not charge extra if this extends her time cleaning. She is an extremely hard worker, always stays focused and once I tell her what needs to be done she is very self-directed, not asking for clarification constantly. We aren't quite done with the deep cleaning and Shaniel knows she needs to bring extra people on certain days to help so we will continue for as long as it takes. This is the start of a long professional relationship!!!!

  • Rosy and her small team do great work. We use her services every two weeks and highly recommend. She is flexible if we need to sometime change the usual time or date. Every thing is thoroughly cleaned, polished, dusted, etc. Rosy is pleasant and thoroughly professional.

Everything sparkled when they were finished – the kitchen, bathroom, etc. and I loved the attention to detail they gave to every area they cleaned. I will definitely call on them again and highly recommend their service.

  • The floors were clean, but I was surprised that only those rooms were able to be cleaned in that amount of time. I checked the shelves after the session and they had not been dusted in the living spaces. For this amount of time and money I could have easily done my floors for half the time and money. I expected the surfaces and shelves to be dusted and they were not.

  • The first appointment was for Wednesday. They sent me an email confirming the appointment, but it was for later in the day than what we agreed upon. I was not able to do that time they sent, so we rescheduled. We scheduled for today. They were supposed to be here at 11:30 am. I sent them an email to make sure they were going to be here on time. I got a response stating that they would be on time. 12:00 pm came around and they finally showed up. She informed me that there was some traffic, and seemed to give me attitude. She then slammed my door on the way out, which I did not appreciate. I had to call Angie's List for a refund.

  • The Ladies were wonderful. Showed up ready to work and were detailed and efficient. Everything was so clean and spotless. They even cleaned the top of my cabinets and refrigerator. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend.

  • She was not on time, They would not honor the deal. She told me my house was dirty and she even took pictures of my home. She complained to me about all the other appointments she had. I did request her to move towels for me which she did do

  • I had purchased this service at a Big Deal - 8 hours of cleaning for $159. When the firm contacted me for a schedule date, I asked about splitting the cleaning time between two residences. They responded that the purchase was for only one residence. I spoke with the manager and he agreed that I could be scheduled for May 26. When I was contacted the day before the cleaning, I was told that I could not get the May 26 date so I was scheduled for May 29. Afterwards, I discovered that I had no electricity at the new house and it wouldn't be available until May 30. I notified the company by email asking them to contact me to reschedule. When I didn't hear from them, I emailed and called several times and left any number of messages for them to contact me to get the cleaning rescheduled. I have received no response at all. I needed this cleaning done before my June 6 move in date. So, I have requested a refund from Angie's List and hired another company.
