    Hassle Free Home Improvements, Inc
Mickey was a pleasure to work with on a personal level. He was timely in quote responses and made himself available off hours for showroom visitations and material selections. His quotes were more reasonable then others we had received. As the project was underway we had a steady crew of workers that performed the day to day job and it was nice seeing the same faces each day. Communication from Steve, the head builder was frequent and he answered any questions we had. The quality of work was top notch. We are very pleased to present the finished master bathroom to our friends and family. The mudroom turned out perfect even though we went into it with a rough idea of what we wanted. They were flexible and helped give ideas on layout, functionality, and looks. I plan on using them again for kitchen work in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Tomas Brothers Home Improvement
All of the work was completed on time and on budget, and we are thrilled with our new basement. Tomas Brothers and their hired sub-contractors (plumbing, electrical) took our basement from foundation and a staircase to a fully completed space. They handled all permits and scheduling. While they suggested certain materials and fixtures, they also allowed us to choose other options with our approval to affect the budget. It was very much a collaborative process and their communication was timely and always provided good information and advice. Any mistakes/issues found during the process were very minor and were fixed immediately. Their work was warrantied for the first year and we were able to easily schedule an appointment before the year was up to address minor cosmetic issues. Tomas Brothers gets our highest recommendation and we have already used them a second time and plan to keep hiring them for home projects in the future.

    Baywood Design Build Group Inc
We were deceived by owner Brett Schoolnick and by job foreman Carl Goad. The job was delayed because Schoolnick would not order materials. When we complained, they lied about it. They did not keep their promises to us, nor did they have a good work ethic. They were lazy and lied to us daily, but were great at trying to placate my wife and me. They did not finish the job leaving us having to hire another contractor. They wasted their time and mine, making a 6 month project take longer than a year. Beware: Schoolnick filed for Chapter 11 and folded up the company, but I expect him to return under a new name. Save yourself a lot of trouble and seek help elsewhere.

    Clarksville Construction Services, Inc.
Great, they took the room down to a shell, replaced things I never taught off like 42 year old values . Replaced the tube with a tiled shower as getting in and out of a tube at our age was tuff. The finished room is beautiful . All the men who did our job were great . They were on time ,worked hard and made sure our job was perfect. They cleaned up everyday before leaving and were polite and nice.

    Top Quality Contractors Company
I cannot say enough good things about this company or the owner Carl. All work was scheduled and the schedule was met. Only bad weather stopped anything from being done. Work was done promptly and if there was anything that needed to be fixed, it was done after one call. My house has never looked this lovely. I have had so many people stop and give me such great kudos on how the house looks. I could give you reviews on the other houses that Top Quality worked on, but I would be saying basically the same thing. This company does excellent work and is on time to meet your schedule. I checked around with other companies and was given prices that sometimes were triple or double what I paid Top Quality. A job well done by a reliable, and trustworthy contractor. Thank you Top Quality.

    Zamora's Painting
In March I had purchased an Angie's List coupon from Zamora Painting with materials and labor worth $1895 discounted to $1295. Shortly after purchasing the coupon I called Mr. Zamora and we set an appointment for Saturday morning. and Mr. Zamora was right on time. After surveying the exterior he said he could pressure wash, paint trim, gutters, and shutters for $1295. and said for an additional $1700 he could paint the siding using one coat of primer and two coats of paint. He said his crew would be there June 7th to begin the job and true to his word his crew started work on June 7th. On the first two days his crew worked hard in 95 degree heat. I was impressed by the fact that Mr. Zamora's painters knew what to do and where to go without any directions from a crew chief or foreman. There were no workers standing around waiting for a crew chief or foreman to tell them what to do. Mr. Zamora sent workers to the job every day. so there were no days where no work was performed. He remained in touch via phone and email throughout the job and this was not a job where the owner went missing in action. Mr. Zamora never failed to satisfy my request of meeting face to face. I did have Mr. Zamora paint the siding and I am happy in that decision as the house now has a luster that gives the house new vitality. Mr. Zamora has a skilled carpenter on his staff who did a fine job of replacing a number of rotting trim boards. When Mr. Zamora gave me the final invoice it matched his initial quote exactly so that there were no messages from Mr. Zamora telling me that the job was more difficult or took longer than he anticipated resulting in additional costs. Mr. Zamora in our initial meeting told me the job would take a week to complete and if it had not rained two days his time estimate would have been dead on. Mr. Zamora's workers were respectful of my property, plants and lawn. In conclusion my experience with Zamora Painting was very positive and I will be using their services in the future.

    Lehman Industries, LLC
Lehman Industries did a wonderful job. Jeremiah and his staff are courteous, careful, thorough and work efficiently. They were able to explain what was going on, when things would be done and were able to fix several other things that popped up along the way unexpectedly.

    Inside Out Painting
Inside-Out Painting is extremely efficient and reliable. Justin, the owner, gave us an extremely reasonable estimate for the work that we requested be done. As a result, we had it all done. His crew, led by William were very professional, friendly, and pleasant. They completed all of the work within 1 1/2 days and checked with us to make sure the work met our satisfaction as it progressed. For example, the crew patched all walls before painting but also coordinated with us to ensure that any holes we wanted left (such as for curtain rods) remained. In another instance, when William installed the crown molding in our hallway, he touched up the walls below the crown molding so that no one could detect the molding was installed years after the walls had been painted. In completing the job, William and his crew cleaned up by vacuuming the floors and removing all trash. We could not have asked for a better clean up job. Justin also has a checklist that he send us prior to initiation of the job. We found that following that checklist and reviewing it with the crew prior to job start helps ensure no miscommunications and that our expectations were met. Inside Out's office assistant, Maura is also a pleasure to work with. Because she works part-time, when you call the office, you may need to leave a message, but she always called me back and scheduled the work to meet our needs. We have used Inside-Out Painting for many years and would highly recommend them. They always do a great job at reasonable prices.

    LJ Construction
Mr. Leonard of LJ Construction did such a wonderful job of remodeling my first floor level of my home that it should be advertised in a magazine or on TV.  My first floor level was in horrible condition and him and his team came in and completely gutted, expanded, and remodeled my kitchen, family room, living & dining room.  I trusted Mr. Leonard in my home and he came on time to work everyday and finished the job before the estimated deadline.  He installed new countertops, re-wired my electrical & plumbing system.  He even repaired my roof to prevent the ceiling from leaking.  He installed beautiful hardwood floors on my first floor level. His team and him drywalled all of my rooms in less than a day.  His work and skills are out of this world.  He even hauled away the debri for free of charge.

Not to mention, he did not overcharge or pressure me into getting things done that were not essential like the previous contractors before him did.  He did such a wonderful job that I have already set an appointment for him to finish my basement and remodel my sister-in-law first floor level of her home.  I really appreciate all the work that Mr. Leonard and his team did on my first floor level because my house has now become the entertaining house for my family & friends.

    Horizon Unlimited Home Improvements Inc
Horizons was prompt with getting us an estimate which was in line with the assessment from the insurance company.  Work began on time.  There was some communication lacking when the subfloor need to be repaired differently than stated on the contract.  That was worked out and work proceeded.  The work took twice as along as estimated but the two man team worked very carefully with lots and lots of tile cutting that was needed for the space. In the end the floor looks great.  We are pleased with the end result.
