  • Clyde Peterson at Complete Computer is always very responsive and can do many things from his office while I am on the phone; that is good but that is not the best part. The best part is when he comes out and we go through everything together; Clyde is a great listener and explains everything while he is doing it. Give Complete Computer a call; I highly recommend them.

  • SuperService Award PLEASE! Everything was perfect. Muss, one of the owners of the company, came himself. He was clearly a very intelligent, highly skilled man, and he easily figured out exactly how to install each camera, run the wiring to plug each into, and set up the recorder (NVR) inside the house. This all went very smoothly, and he finished up by getting the NVR attached to a TV set that now shows all the cameras and allows playback of recorded footage. Muss had no difficulty at all figuring out each aspect of the installation, even though he had never before worked on this camera brand. This installation required substantial skill and the ability to think through each step in the installation, and Muss did it all perfectly. An additional reason I can give Muss my highest rating and recommendation is that he is also very pleasant and socially skilled. I have rarely had someone do work at the house who was this pleasant and easy-going. Another big plus! Muss also does work on home theater systems and on computers and software. I'll certainly be contacting him when I need such services performed. In fact, I'm going to contact him later today to schedule some computer hardware work. If any one individual or company ever deserved a SuperService Aware, Muss and his company do. I'd add smiles and any other forms of praise that I can as well.

  • Chatted on line with Geek Squad support representative to verify that this was a repair that Geek Squad could do if I brought the printer in to my local Springfield (VA) Best Buy. Was told "yes" as service fee would be $99. Scheduled a 6pm appointment and drove to store only to be told by the in-store technician that they do not do printer repairs...period. No suggestions on what to do. Very disappointed by whole experience. Only minor plus for Customer Service was they had called me after I'd left to drive to the store to say they couldn't do a printer repair. Pity the online staff were not that informed.

  • The tech was a little late, but the office called to let me know he was on the way, which is great. Qais was polite and patient with my questions. This is the first time I have ever used a computer repair service and I won't even have to look elsewhere in the future. He quickly saw what the problem was, and in less than an hour had everything cleaned out and running quietly again. I will certainly use the Micro Geeks again and I believe their prices are very fair.

  • My hard disk had failed.  I contacted Shaw Computer Services Sunday morning and 24 hrs later I had all my files.  Mr. Shaw was very professional. He kept me informed.  The cost was consistent with the estimate.

  • My husband was sick much of 2015 and part of 2016 having had removal of a
    portion of his lung.  He totally lost interest in the computer and it
    fell to me, the only caregiver, to try to salvage our financial life to
    handle bill paying, etc.  It didn't go well.  My expertise doesn't
    nearly match his.  Finally he started to take back his responsibilities and found that a lot of the everyday stuff was incomprehensible.  Al came over and handled both of our problems.  He is gold as far as we are concerned and we are glad to have the opportunity to testify as to his abilities.  He is a pleasure to know and to provide support to us.  It is invaluable.

  • Mr .Dennis  took the unit back to his office and spent a lot of time undoing the errors that the store and the manufacturer had made, and then he reinstalled all the necessary software. He subsequently followed up with us to make sure that all the errors had been fixed and that the unit was functioning properly. We had a couple of problems with it, but a couple of phone calls to Mr. Dennis sorted things out.

  • Could not have gone better. Dallas was quick with the scheduling, right on time, and the computer is definitely running better now. He also showed me a couple of things I can do on my own to keep things running better, pointed out a future potential concern, and let me know he can work remotely on a lot of things, which would save me money. Highest recommendation.

  • Everything worked out fine. Scheduling the service was difficult because we kept missing each other. He was professional and called to see if he could come early.  He was able to do everything I needed him to do.  It was a great value for the money and I got more than an hour of service.
