  • Because this practice takes walk-ins, I usually have to wait about 15 minutes to be seen.  On occasion, the wait has been much longer.  The doctors request that patients do warm-up exercises on their equipment before each appointment so that generally fills the time pretty well.  Besides punctuality, the only other issue that I have had is with billing services.  I am pretty focused on my medical bills and I want to know why I am being billed.  I find that the software that the billing department uses is vague, hard to understand and not necessarily consistent with my insurance company's EOBs.  On more than one occasion, I have had to go in to meet with the office manager to get an explanation as to why I am being billed a certain way.

  • They are great and the doctor there is very good. I have had chiropractic care from other places but the doctor here, she knows how to adjust you without pain and she can recommend other way to help the situation like giving you supplement information, she would look them up and comeback and give you information to help you. She did such a good job that it has been this long that I did not need anything else.

  • I am 100% satisfied and happy with care I receive at this center. Staff is highly professional, friendly, responsive. I feel much healthier and younger and actually more secure, because I know where I go if have a problem with my spine. Dr. Donald (Don) and Dr. Susan (Sue) Hirsh do a great job and supported by a very skilled team. I would take my other family members to this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone.

  • Dr. Don is an interesting individual and a very experienced Chiropractor. I met Dr. Don as a result of a Groupon that I purchased. The Groupon included a full evaluation including a posture photos and x-rays, hydrotherapy massage, and two adjustments. However, after Dr. Don presented his recommended treatment plan, I elected to begin treatment to correct the underlying issues leading to my neck pain, and I am continuing to receive care from Dr. Don. The office accepts most forms of insurance, and if you have to self-pay, they will work out a payment plan.

  • Dr. Carr is a wonderful resource, not only for chiropractic care but for general suggestions for healing, stretching and strengthening.  I enjoy her bedside manner and appreciate her small office environment.  Her practice includes two massage therapists as well and I would recommend trying either of them.  She has frequently moved my appointment, rescheduled and helped me without much notice.  I would recommend her to anyone looking for a chiropractor but especially someone who is concerned about who to visit if/when pregnant.  She is understanding and will listen and give your concerns time and thought.

  • He was pretty good. The overall visit went very well. He was very personable. It depends on the problems, sometimes it would feel better but if I got an acute problem obviously I would go there to keep well otherwise I went there for maintenance. Whenever I wanted to go, I schedule far from there so may be a week and they have good time but it doesn't coincide with mine. The staff is very friendly.

  • At first I had a lot of hope that this Chiropractor would be different than the others in terms of actually providing me with results instead of trying to sell me more services or herbal supplements or allergy treatments, or trying to convince me that I would need to see him for treatment for the rest of my life. Dr. McAuliffe spent a good deal of time with me at first, took xrays and said that within 3 months of coming regularly for at least 3x a week I would get relief from my back, neck and leg pain and overall just feel better (even cure my migraines, fatigue, etc). He took xrays and pointed out how badly out of alignment my neck was and that I was a fairly severe case. Since I had my own concerns about how effective treatment would be, we agreed to assess my results at 3 months of treatment. I found him not to be the most gentle chiropractor but his treatments and adjustments felt effective once I relaxed and got used to them. I did get relief for the sciatica and some of the lower back pain. Treatment did nothing for my more troublesome leg and neck pain even though he felt I just needed more treatment. His office staff was super friendly and he was always friendly and acted concerned about all of his patients. However, I felt that each visit was somewhat rushed, as he always had many patients in the office, and he would quickly go from room to room doing the adjustments and then moving on to the next patient. As the 3 month mark approached I told him that I was concerned that I was not feeling significantly better and his solution was just to keep coming at the same rate. While it seems that he has many happy patients who have been going for years, I was also turned off by how pushy him and his staff are to get you in and keep you coming. They called constantly and send mail and newsletters all the time. At times it feels like he is marketing and pushing his service too aggressively and wants patients for a lifetime of non-stop treatment.

  • Received chiropractic treatment from Dr. Carr many times, and she always addresses the problem well. Very good about remembering the issues, even after just one visit. Talks about a full range of exercise, nutrition and general health, but can scale it back if all you need is an adjustment. Very efficient overall, and she gets you in quick when you need to see her due to an injury or other pressing needs.

  • He is not only good at the chiropractic stuff helping me with my back, but he is basically a healer and cares about people. I had a brother dying and he called me regularly to check on him. Part of his success is making you better just than the chiropractic. I would continue to see him in future.

  • I see an excellent chiropractor here and have been going to him for 5 years. He is very personable, dedicated and takes plenty of time to talk to me. He gets to the root of the problem and releases my pain.
