  • I had an Odyssey Van that ran for 300,00 miles and they took great care of it. They were honest, would tell me what needed to be repaired and what needed to be put off. They have always been very professional. I was so impressed with their service I ended up buying a new car from them.

  • Perfect. He was on time and handled my car with care. Very professional and kind, Isaiah is extremely detailed and makes sure you get what you paid for and more. I love the service provided I will for sure be returning back to him. Highly recommended.

  • The work would have cost over $3,000 every where else. I have had my car for twenty years, and they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. I guess I was looking for somebody other than a dealer, who would just rake you over the coals with cost and charges with unnecessary stuff. All Tune and Lube when I went there were very direct, competitive, compassionate, and clear in what they told you. The way they communicate with you.

  • They tried to get us for $2083 - $1683 for repairs + $400. The insurance company's estimate was for $318. No work was done on the car (except to pull up a stuck window which was not relevant to the claim / on the repair list or ultimately asked for). However a total of $540 (down from $549) was paid for the "privilege" of having them babysit the car for many days - consisting of a $48 inspection fee, $90 to tow our car back (to an area just down the road only about 5 1/2 to 6 miles away), and $400 for storage. We were told that we were fortunate not to be charged $950 for storage; because they were planning to do it. Despite their claims they were purposely very non-communicative and did not give us an invoice when required (which threw us into this mess); nor did they give us straight answers to our questions on the phone when we were able to reach them. Also after sending the car there I heard TERRIBLE things from friends and neighbors. It's wished that I read the online reviews before using them.

  • I needed brakes and a tire to pass. They were able to do the brakes the same day I brought it in for the inspection. Also ordered a tire for me that was reasonably priced and still good quality. Super nice people working there.

  • He was very helpful to me. It is actually a?Goodyear, but a person owns the franchise. I have been there several times and they tend to do very good work. I go to them because the car that I have is a sports car so I buy 19-inch tires and there are only a few shops in the area that can actually put a 19-inch wheel on a rim. Wilson's can. So I have been up there a?couple of times where I will take them the new tire I purchased and have them put it on the popped tire's rim. They set me up and get me out of there.?I have been up there a couple of times for the same service. Both times they have gotten me in the same day and got me out of there quickly so it has been great.

  • I dropped the vehicle off they inspected it and gave me a call. Turns out squirrels had chewed through the ABS cable which they replaced. They also told me that the ABS system would work but the light would still be on because of grease that had gotten on the ABS sensor during the installation of a wheel hub previously installed by another shop. I was told that they recommend replacing the ABS pressure switch while they were performing the service. The person I spoke with said that they did not have that particular part on the premises and did not know the price of the part or install but would find out and give me a call back. He never called back so I called the next day he said that he would call me back again with the information again he never called back. The work that was done was satisfactory but the lack of communication was annoying. I picked the vehicle up without completing the second repair.

  • The gentleman was very kind to book me an appointment for car detailing quite soon, just a few days after purchasing the deal. We agreed on a time, but then had to make a change to a bit later in the day, no problem. As I was leaving work and about to head out to WashPlus, I noted several text/voice messages that the gentleman had left for me, that I had been unable to see or respond to prior. After calling the gentleman back, it seemed that due to the very rainy day we were having, he had closed up shop due to folks not wanting to get their car detailed/washed in the poor weather. Since he did not hear back from me after placing 3 calls, he had gone ahead and closed up shop for the day. When I called back and let him know that it did not matter to me the weather, he was so very kind to come back in and open up the shop to accommodate my vehicle! I met him there about 30 minutes later (check out your directions first, it is easy to get turned around in the Commerce Center!) and he and his assistant commenced to turning my very dirty (especially the interior!) vehicle into a gleaming version of the car I know and love. Since I have a Corgi who travels with me often, there was a LOT of dog hair all over the interior and a lot of traveling dirt, as I had just returned from a trip down south a week or so ago. After WashPlus finished, the interior of my car looks fabulous! Not a speck of dirt or dust in a single groove or crevice. The rubber mats are sparkling, for crying out loud. The carpets are pristine! I am very, very impressed with the detailing job WashPlus performed for me, and even more impressed that, rather than just reschedule me, they opened up the shop and had me come on down. That was super service! Thanks so much! I know where I will be bringing my other vehicles now. I highly recommend WashPlus!

  • They are very good. They are a little more expensive and out of our way now so we go locally now. I would say they are moderately priced. Not really cheap but they are professional and they do good work. They are very nice too. A lot of mechanics talk to you like you are an idiot. We have been very lucky with these people. Those types of mechanics are insecure and covering it up by being a bully. These guys were quick. I worked at the University at that time. They have a shuttle bus. They would drop me off and pick me up. They would get the car done during the day. They knew I needed it to go home. The workers were very fine. They were very respectful and explained everything.

  • We thought they were reasonable every time. They are very professional, friendly and inexpensive, I think. The appointments are easily made. I'll be using them again this Summer. The wait time to make an appointment is only a day or two. I have nothing but good to say about them.
