    The compressor was gone after only 2 years, warrantee had expired. Had to junk the %$%^&(% Frigidaire. Will NEVER buy another Frigidaire. One repair company told me that they didn't have much luck with Frigidaire -- No wonder. It cost me $125 to find this out. &)(*(*^(&(

    Repairman was over-scheduled by off-shore team and after calling, complaining about over-scheduling, arrived about 6 hours later that the window. He was clearly miserable and overworked and unpleasant to deal with. He never provided a receipt despite me asking, and conveniently couldn't take a credit card because "my reader is busted" so I paid with a check. His "repair" for the dryer lasted 20 minutes after he left and then died. A follow-up visit from Sears gave me a repairman that spent three hours, making numerous calls back to his back-end support, before declaring the dryer unrepairable and a loss. I have tried four times with Sears's 800 number to a) get a refund on the botched repair and b) get a receipt. I have been told four times "we will email a receipt in 24-48 hours" and it has never shown. I was also told I would get no refund, even for the unneeded parts the first repairman installed, and if I wanted to dispute it, to send a snail-mail letter to an address somewhere in the midwest. Sears is dying for a reason, and it can't happen fast enough. Avoid like the disease it is.

    John was prompt and detailed in his explanation of the problem with the dishwasher. He offered to go and purchase the electrical parts, and fix it the same day. I eventually decided to replace both microwave and dishwasher completely. I ordered replacement appliances to bestbuy, and kept John informed, and he was very responsive and professional throughout. i was thoroughly pleased with his assistance. On the appointed day, John diligently picked up the appliance from bestbuy and proceeded to install them. He made all the necessary modifications to fit the new appliances, including buying new parts for the dishwasher. He spent upwards of 5hours in total for the total job and i was very happy with his services. I would have no hesitation using John again and again and again. By far the best repair tradesman i have every worked with in a very long time, and i have seen a lot. Highly recommend John.

    We were very happy with the service that Eduardo provided, repairing our ice maker and also replacing several other parts on our refrigerator. He was very efficient and helpful and even went out of his way to try to save us some money by offering to repair one of the parts himself. We appreciated the quick response.     Mr. Appliance technician diagnosed multiple parts that needed replacement (he didn't stop diagnosing as soon as he found one problem...he thoroughly evaluated my entire fridge!). I okayed the repairs and they were completed on time and on budget. Instead of having to buy a new refrigerator for $1,500, for $400 Mr. Appliance made my fridge like new. Text message system for confirming appointment times and technician ID were really appreciated.

    The manager and all staff are very cordial and cooperative. The job was completed in a very professional, timely, and reliable manner. Appointment times were maintained. The technician and associates even helped in cleaning up after the repair work. I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Appliance and would definitely place it on top of my list for future repairs.

    The first repairman diagnosed the problem as the water pump not working. A week later he came to install it. The washer worked seemingly fine for about 80 days or so, then it stopped again. The second repairman to see it did an electrical diagnosis and said the part needed was pretty expensive and that this machine probably wasn't worth it, considering its age. I really appreciated his honesty and will now look for a new machine.
