    Well for 3 years plus except for one ill-advised detox treatment and once when pain medication was needed but declined, resulting in back spasm, ER visit which provided the ain med, physiotherapy 10 sessions.

    My last visit to this office was great, but I am going to take this opportunity to let potential patients know that it is REALLY MATTERS which doctor you see in this practice!!! Read on....

    Dr Tasneem Malik is wonderful! She is caring and careful and I have seen her for several years and would highly recommend her - she gets an A+. The reason I rated this practice with just a B is because although I think most of the drs are probably fine (haven't seen them all myself), there is one to avoid like the plague! (He deserves an F rating). I am not one to base an opinion on one visit only, as I know everyone has "off" days, but three of my family members (and I) have all had horrendous experiences when seeing Dr Gabriel Jaffe at this location. He is rude and impatient, as well as dismissive of patient concerns. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered in my 54 years of life, which is saying something. Not to mention, he misdiagnosed my son's lyme disease (poo-pooed our concerns and told him it was in his head) which caused the problem to continue untreated for weeks before being diagnosed and treated properly elsewhere.
    Dr Jaffe was so awful that I wrote a letter of complaint to the office manager who admitted mine just was one of many similar complaints. all depends who you see at this practice! Thumbs up for Dr. Malik but watch out for Jaffe....consider yourself warned.

    I just spoke to her a minute ago. She told me to get my lab tests. I've been going to her for over 10 years. I am definitely very pleased with her. If she gets the results of my blood tests or bone density, she calls me at home. If I'm there in the office, most doctors want to rush and get patients out but she sits and she will talk to me 15 or 20 minutes before taking me back to the examination room. I really like her. She takes time with me. I believe she is a good doctor. She gives me the good and the bad and she gives recommendations for my health. My blood test came back with high cholesterol so she gave me some recommendations as to what to eat. In fact, we were just discussing it over the phone minutes ago. I have to book her in advance. I can usually get in. If patients call for a physical or if they need to see her, it may be a couple of months before they can get in. If there's an emergency, she'll take patients in. I guess she is a popular doctor. If patients really have a problem, she will see them. She will make time. She will fit them in her schedule. We got a letter about a month ago saying that she would no longer take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I decided to stay with her rather than find another doctor. I will have my labs done elsewhere but I will use her. I just don't want to change doctors. She knows me, she knows my history.

    She is a very good doctor. Because of my age, she is good for me. She is very pleasant and her credentials are very good. Right now, I have check-ups like every few months schedule, but if I need to go in, I could call and they try to fit me in. I'm really satisfied. I like the people and everything. They cooperate with you. It's pretty good. They're good people. They're pleasant. It's a very nice environment. She is a good listener. They seem very comfortable with everyone there.

    I have been seeing him for over fifteen years. I have had no troubles with scheduling. I think that he is an honest Doctor. He doesn't just feed you medication and makes sure that he prescribes you the correct and right amount of medication. He is real personable. You feel than he genuinely cares about you and it is not just a routine appointment.

    Dr. Vaughan incorporates traditional, reliable methods with new treatments, so you get best of both worlds. She seems very knowledgeable and has great bedside table communication.  As a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill Medical School, I know they have one of the best women's center in the country.  The office is decorated with a lot of fancy dolls - think she is a collector.  Thought I would add that for those who may be afraid of dolls or something.  But she is one of those doctors that still care.

    I have no complains at all. She is an excellent doctor. She is very caring and very hands on. She sticks with you as she fixes the problems or sends you to someone at the health if there's something wrong with you medically. She uses her own phone. I can talk to her almost every time and if you can't talk to her she calls you or emails you.

    I thought my doctor was good but was disappointed in how dated the equipment and overall office was. They still use dot matrix printers and computers straight from the DOS age. I noticed when someone tried to send a fax it wouldn't go through because someone else was processing a payment by credit card.
    While I appreciated the care I got from the doctor, I questioned how up to date his technology was.

    He is wonderful with the children.  He is always available.  He even gives you his cell number.  I have never had a doctor do that in my entire life.  He is attentive.  He is patient.  He explains to you step by step.  He has all the right equipment.  I am a hundred percent pleased.  My overall experience has been A-plus, plus.  He took my son at 6.30 in the evening.  He is so accommodating.  The office environment is great.  Everyone is pleasant.  His punctuality is great.  We walked in, by the time we did the paper work it was only a fifteen-minute wait and by the time we sat down, he was bringing him in.  That is good for a doctor.  The staff is very friendly.  Their communication is great.  The effectiveness of treatment is great and I clearly understood it.

    She made me wait almost an hour only to read me my test results from a physical done over a year ago...she had not bothered to look at the results from the MRI or even checked on them (despite it having been sent to her over a week ago).  She called after I walked out of the office with my MRI results (so obviously she had access to them pretty quick if she wanted) and told me it showed nothing...offered no advice/treatment/anything.  Basically no treatment/long wait/completely unprofessional/unprepared.  Both my wife and I have been patients for over a year and overlooked issues in the past but we will no longer be using these services.  Honestly I should have asked for a refund.
