AJW Home ImprovementJosh came to provide an appraisal and he quickly understood what needed to be done and provided a solution. Jose came out quickly and widened the opening so we could get our furnace serviced and our heat turned on. Jose returned and within 4 hours had the electrical outlet moved, new framing complete and painted, floor tile replaced, and new doors installed. I am very impressed with the service provided by JW and will contact them again for any needed repairs.- Debbie W.

AJiffy Plumbing & Heating, Inc.Vinh did an excellent and thorough job. He noticed the bathroom sink valves (previously replaced) had one valve knob missing, which he highly recommended replacement of both valves. The removal of old faucet and new kitchen faucet/sink install was hard work but done quite well. Once main water was turned back on, Vinh made sure the new bathroom valves and kitchen faucet had no leak issues. All was done perfectly. Will hire Jiffy again.- Annie A.

AI had a stopped up toilet. I’ve had some experience with this issue, And ordinarily it’s no problem. I can fix it but this was different. When I called the office And explained my personal situation, they put me In touch with the owner, on his day off. He was on a boat in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay! He walk me through a process that worked. He thenanswered a number of follow-up questions Based on the layout of my house which he remembered from a visit to years ago! I asked him to be sure to send me a bill. He said no! I then called the office back to thank them, and ask them to send me a bill. They also said no! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

FThere are numerous problems and flaws with the work both with the tub refinishing and the wall and floor tile as well. The provider requested pictures stating he would rather send touch up paint then honor the 5 year warranty. I contacted provider right away to discuss the concerns/repairs needed to correct the drips/uneven color and holes he did not fill up/uneven paint in tub. I stated the pictures would not show all the flaws and requested he come out to look at it. He ignored my emails so I contacted my credit card company. The house was vacant and we were waiting for Staging to list the home for sale. Rather than repair he only asked why the house was not sold yet. The provider did not clean properly, painted over caulk that was on the tub and tile (wall and bullnose), did not fill up holes in the floor tile caused by an old metal post attached to my old vanity, did not paint uniformly as tub has black spots on outside part of tub indicating another coat was needed. There was a black streak on the floor tile as he did not paint under door (he was suppose to remove the door). Also some wall tile is spotted like an orange peel while others were solid in color, many drips on the tile, rough spots in tub that needed sanding, you could still see the old color of the tub which was grey and the old floor tile showed through as more paint coats were needed. The provider stated his work was flawed and that I should just sell my house as he did not want to come back to fix it, maybe he would offer a refund and send some touch up paint. He also stated he was upset as I had ordered a custom color so it was not worth his effort to fix his mistakes. I called other companies who stated it was costly to strip the paint and start over. One Realtor from Redfin who previewed the home put on the listing, "tub and tile is painted." The work was suppose to be professional similar to purchasing tile from Home Depot and this is what I explained to the provider who stated he has 20 years of experience in this field.
