    We purchased the Angie's List deal for 2 hours of shower/tub re-caulking.  Myriad was able to accommodate our request for scheduling, and were very responsive.  We were advised that we would have to provide all materials (caulk/silicone) but that the handyman would have other tools needed for removal/application.  On the day of, the gentleman from Myriad arrived in his personal vehicle which confused us for a moment .  I don't normally open the door for strangers who aren't expected.  A quick call from the handyman prior to arrival, to let us know that he was from Myriad and what vehicle he'd be driving would have prevented this, but no big deal.  He got right to work removing all the old caulk, which took more than half the time.  He was able to finish the job in the 2-hours, but it was tight!  Cosmetically I would say that it isn't the neatest caulk job I've ever seen, but it will do the job and looks so much better than it did.  For the price, we are very satisfied with what we received - thus the A rating.  All we have to do now is a little cleaning up, and maybe touching up a few spots that have shrunk back.  I would definitely use Myriad again for this service.

    This was a somewhat long sales process because I kept changing my mind and considering many different options.  
    "Abe" the owner was extremely patient with me and spent quite a bit of time discussing the different options and made many good suggestions. He also consulted with other professionals and structural engineers to assist in the decision process.  I never once felt pressured or pushed into doing anything.  He personally met with me at my house several times (and numerous calls, text & emails) to discuss different options and costs and provided estimates for each.  NO PRESSURE from him whatsoever.  He simply spelled out all the options and the costs associated with each and more importantly what was the best and safest option for the future.
    What impressed me on many occasions was his concern for safety and "doing it right" even if that option meant the costs would be less.  I never once felt he was just trying to push me toward the most expensive solution which he did NOT!
    Throughout the pre-sales process Abe stayed in contact with me.  Additionally, he answered text, emails and phone calls very timely.  I've had many, many dealings with contractors and service providers over the years and frankly I dread most of the experiences.  The "other guys" could take lessons from Abe on how to run a business and how to provide top-notch customer service.  I'm a busy man and need answers and information.  Just sitting in limbo waiting for a response from a contractor is beyond frustrating when you have your own time schedule and things to do.  Abe never once disappointed me.  If he couldn't answer my question right away because he was busy with something else at the moment (which didn't happen much), he was ALWAYS professional and would respond and let me know when to expect a reply.  That is great customer service!!!!
    If you can't already tell, I'm a man that's all about customer service and professionalism.  I have absolutely no tolerance for unprofessional contractors who just want the quick buck and think they are doing you a favor.
    Once I decided on what I wanted, the process was just as smooth.  Abe gave me a REALISTIC time frame the work would be started and completed.  There were no false promises or BS.
    The job was completed in the time frame I was told in-spite of some structural issues that popped up which were addressed and corrected at no additional cost.  Yes you read that correctly.  There were quite a few things that came up (some minor, one somewhat major) that were addressed.  Not surprising considering my house was built in the 1920's, AND the 1950's AND the 1970's.  Abe spoke with me each time and explained what he ran into.  He then suggested the SAFEST method to correct the problem.  He even corrected a few "cosmetic" type issues.  I ask him one day "what are you guys doing there?".  He said he didn't like how the wall bowed in and out a little.  It wasn't a structural safety issue.  It just looked a little off and had been there long before he started the job.  It was not part of the project and he had no obligation to correct it and I had no expectation that he would but HE DID!  All of these types of issues were done and no additional cost.  The first time he called me and told me about the one somewhat major issue, the first thing that went through my mind is "boy this is going to cost me".  It did NOT cost me anything.  He simply wanted to communicate what he had found and to let me know he needed to add 4 inches to one of the walls.  Seriously?  4 INCHES!  Most contractors would have not cared or would have used that as an excuse to get more money.  Not Abe!!!  
    Bottom line.  My new roof looks beyond awesome!  My interior ceiling height is now 1 1/2 foot higher and my house feels open and so much more comfortable. 
    A few days after completing the roof we got over 2 FOOT of snow.  Since my ceiling is still open (waiting for me to do the drywall) I could see every square inches of the roof from inside.  No leaks, no drips & no problems whatsoever.  
    If you want a terrific contractor that isn't just interested in your bank account and really cares and takes pride in their work, than look no further. 
    I should also mention that all of Abe's crew were friendly and very professional.  I spoke with a couple neighbors as well and they said the "workers" were very professional and "worked their tails off".  One neighbors commented how impressed he was with how the "workers" clean up after themselves.  I'm a very tough customer to work with and can almost always find something to complain about.  Not this time!!!  I have no complaints ... PERIOD!

    Paul was polite, fast and efficient.

    He brought all the materials before arriving at job site and start working very quickly.

    Work quality was very good, price is very reasonable.  He texted a some picture as soon as the work is done.

    Handy Man From Heaven consistently lives up to the name. This is the 3rd time I've had them work for me and each time there is some aspect of their work that deserves note. This time I was running late and wasn't home exactly when they arrived. (Who expects contractors to be right on time?) They left before I got home. When I realized this I was expecting to be told that they wouldn't be able to do the work that day which would throw my move schedule into disarray. However, when I called they were perfectly pleasant and told me that they had told the handyman to go to the hardware store and stock up on supplies and that he would be back at my house shortly. 
    The job was well and efficiently finished within a two-hour time limit. My only regret is that I'm moving out of state and won't be able to use them in the future.

    It went very well. I was called a half hour before they came just to give me a heads up. The gentleman was very courteous, quiet, just came in and did the work I asked. He was really efficient. And they man who answers the phone when you call to schwdule(Allen) also called back after the work was done to make sure everything went well and I was okay with all the work the handyman completed. The whole process was wonderful. From scheduling, they were very polite, and accommodating to my scheduling needs.

    This company is a horrible!  I've tried several times to scheduled them 1 project (removal and install mirror ) and each time they would give me a date and then tell me, they day they were suppose to arrive, that I was not on their schedule, because I did not confirm.  I have a track record, through Angie's list, of all the correspondence that had taken place and each appointment was confirmed. However, each time they were suppose to arrive, it was a no show. When I tried calling them, even the day before they were suppose to arrive, I received an e-mail that I was not on their schedule. This went happened on 3 occasions.  I would not recommend this company because they are not honest and their customer service portal is by email only. You can never speak with a live person...or at least, they never called me back. If they are not honest about scheduling, I can only imagine how they deal warranty on work done...if you can get them to actually do the work, that is!   HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    First the handy man was over an hour late, although he did call.  Once he got there he seemed in a hurry to complete the job stating that he had to pick someone up at a certain time.  He stated that he could not trim the door because if was damaged at the bottom. so went to home depot to purchase another door.    I asked him about caulking the windows he stated that they were in too bad to be caulked I needed to get a window person.  He seems just lazy not wanting to do much.  The drywall that was installed is bubbling and cracking.   He wasted about 30 minutes standing under the drywall  repair stating that he needed to stand and watch it dry to make sure it didn't fall in .  Really?? The closet bi fold doors were not trimmed so they will not close at all and there is a large gap at the top;  After he installed the new basement door he did not reinstall the lock and stated that he was finished although he still owed us one hour . I would not use Kelvin.  This was a waste of money.  Now I need to hire someone else to redo this work. I am so disappointed and will not use this copy again.  If I provided you pictures of the work you could see this poor work.  So disappointed!!!

    Curtain rod was hung crooked, then corrected. created extra work for me. room had been freshly painted, now i have to sand, primer and paint where the wrong holes were drilled and filled with spackle. Fan was hung crooked and can't be fixed because it was then caulked. Lastly, the drywall repair was poorly done. I thought i was hiring a pro but i'd have done better at the drywall repair myself!

    Due to a combination of a wind gust and an angry teen slamming it, I had a storm door literally hanging on by two nails. I was afraid I'd have to replace the entire front door assembly but Javier calmly examined it and said he could fix it. I was able to schedule the repair the same day, Javier arrived on time (actually a bit early) and fixed it in an hour, including doing a touch up paint job. The door works better than ever. The next day they called to check on the work. I was told up front that I'd have to pay for two hours minimum but they gave me a discount since it only took an hour.
