ARick's Plumbing and HVACLast night we found out toilet backing up. Crazy overflowing water. We were lucky we had a wet vac.... Searched all night and don't sleep easy. Called first thing in the am. Answered right away. Had great pricing and was willing to come immediately. Offered various payment options. Were friendly and masks per covid-19 protocol. Finished the job in about an hour. Cleaned up and rolled out. Turns out we needed our main line snaked and toilet seal replaced. They removed the whole toilet to do the job. Would definitely use them again!! Thanks guys!- Traci L.

The dispatcher was professional and followed up with time estimates for arrival and the plumber's name in advance. The plumber was prompt and professional and very attentive to cleanliness during and after the job. I felt I could trust his judgement on the situation and recommended solution. ADrain Sights LLCI called them up and they were at the house within two hours (no waiting days and days for an appointment). He pulled up with a well-stocked trailer and was able to scope the line and show me where the breaks were. His system has a wifi connection and an app which when downloaded shows you the view of the camera when it's in the pipe. You can also record video and snap pics (both within the app) of the innards of your sewer pipe if you so wish. His system has a tracer unit which detects the depth of your pipe so you know how deep the pipe is. That way, when another plumber comes to bid on your sewer pipe work, you know that your pipe is only X feet below the surface and not X+10, which will give you a better idea of the cost of material removal. The only thing I would suggest to Drain Sights is to upgrade to a slightly better camera. This camera seemed to be SD while another plumber's camera seemed to be HD and gave a much clearer view of any cracks. I would most definitely use them again, but I really hope I don't have to.- Chris B.

AHonest Abe Plumbing Heating & CoolingThey arrived in the scheduled time frame, ran a camera down sewer line, found stoppage in main line, cleared it, and drew up a future plan to replace main line that has been invaded by tree roots. They also caulk the shower stall drain, just in case it is not sealed anymore, to prevent flooding while shower is being used. They put the toilet back together (removed for camera and snake) and cleaned up well before leaving.- Pey Lian L.

AHonest Abe Plumbing Heating & CoolingThis crew worked really hard and did a really good job with the plumbing work. They were very responsive and did not leave me with any questions. We had quotes from several contractors and while this was slightly higher than the rest it was also more complete. They knew exactly what had to be done and there were no surprises. It didn't feel more expensive because it was incredibly detailed and didn't leave us with any questions before or during the work. The description of work provided in the other section does not give a good idea of the amount of work they did. Short of posting pictures of my ripped up basement before and after, It was a lot. The work done was very clean and professional looking. Since the work was done I've had no issues with it. I am very technical and handy but they were way past my skill level and knew exactly what had to be done with the right tools and estimations. I had an issue with a job I had done on a separate supply line and they went out of their way to fix that when they noticed the issue before I did. I have an old house and they knew what to expect going in to the job, something most contractors never get and end up hitting you for more money later on or just doing a quick, bad job. This crew was great. I will use them for any future plumbing and will also consider them for hvac work. Highly recommended.- Ethan W.

AHonest Abe Plumbing Heating & CoolingI wasn't there but I gave Honest Abe a code to get into the house. In my communications to the company, I asked for the cost of an inspection and and estimate for a water shut off valve. I was quoted $189. When the day came I got a call from the plumber and it seemed he was under the impression that I wanted my sink fixed. I had to inform him what I did want because he was quoting me prices of how much to this that and the other thing with the sink and I didn't care about the sink. I did get a quote for a main water shut off, like I wanted, and it was nearly twice as much as the price I was previously quoted. It covered draining the pipes, punching a hole in the wall, parts, labor, etc. I'm okay with the hole, that wall might go or be redone anyway. The inspection wound up being 3 helpful sentences that was in the invoice I requested from the office. I must say they came out fairly quickly. I sent a message via Angie's List on Monday and someone was out on Tuesday before noon. Other than the difference in quoted prices, I've happy with the work done.- Marie M.

ARob arrived on time, completed the work without mess, fuss or delay, and ended up charging *less* than his initial quote as a result. I had an impromptu question regarding an upstairs toilet, which he was more willing to look at, and concluded that no work was needed. Rob is honest, knowledgeable and impeccably professional. I know there are larger operations out there, but I'd choose Eire Plumbing over them any day of the week because I know who I'm getting - trustworthiness and quality. We have Rob's card on the fridge now, and he'll be my first call if we need anything in future.

AExcellent work by Naun and Hunter. They started looking in the obvious spots and didn't quit even when they encountered obstacles. They could have easily just told me that the space was inaccessible or that they had found a blockage, but they didn't. They eventually ruled out all of the obvious sources until they found a blocked floor drain. Five minutes later I had a clean drain and the insurance company was perfectly happy with their explanation and examination. Side note, both Technicians were polite, professional and respected my property. They explained what they were doing and didn't get annoyed when I asked them to pause so I could verify insurance coverage. They arrived well within their service window and cleaned up when they were done. Fantastic work.

CWe arranged for him to arrive at 8:00 pm. Around 7:50 pm he called to say he was on the way but was going to be there around 9:00 pm! I was frustrated because I worked OT and was tired, now I had to wait much later for him after a very long day. I understand delays, but he should have called earlier than 7:50 pm.
