    Have used Perdue a few times. They always do a good job and are fairly priced. Technician comes in fixes the problem and will show you the part that broke. I have no complaints - I would use them again.

    This process started over a month ago. Today they came to finish repair. They took new AC coil out of its metal housing and then put it in the old housing. They charged for duct modification but did not modify any ductwork. When I told them I'd pay for everything but the duct modification they took the breaker out of my unit and told me that it's too bad I'd need to take it up with the office. I called their office and they said too bad. Service and professionalism is the worst I have ever seen.

    I called Frosty's when i got home and found my heat in my home had stopped working. They quickly came to my home and discovered the compressor had failed. After further investigationthere was also a freon leak in my indoor unit. I spoke with the owner James and he gave me a great deal on a brand new system that was installed the very next day. With im 24 hours I had a new heating and cooling system and was nice and toasty again. The technician was resonably priced, quick, and knowlegable. And the installers were professionable, respectable, and a true pleasure to deal with. I recommend Frosty's to allmy friends and family.

    The young man who provided the service called in advance to confirm his arrival time and arrived as promised (at the early end of the arrival window).
    He was polite, professional, friendly and even removed his outside footwear before entering our home.
    He asked to see all vent locations and the furnace area.
    He explained exactly what he would be doing, showed the equipment he would be using and how the cleaning system worked.
    He spent about three hours, as advertised, to complete the cleaning process and cleaned up each work location.
    He also made recommendations concerning air filters and used his Smart phone to look up and show me a better ceiling vent option to make changing the filter easier.
    This is how I expect a home service to be conducted.

    Woke up this morning to no ac.called Frosty's at 745. Technician called me within 10 minutes and was at my home about 15 minutes later. He quickly found the problem(bad motor). Luckily this was a motor he stocked onhis truck. He changed the motor and we have ac again for the holiday weekend. Thanks Frosty's.

    We had Tri County install a new 15 Seer Trane A/C Heat pump and they provided the best price around and excellent service. They are a great company and I would absolutely recommend them.  They also provide free estimates and Lee who came out to do the estimate was extremely knowledgeable about what was needed and electrical issues.

    The service provider was excellent and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction.  However, the total job took three days to complete.  The part did not arrive at the time that was projected to us and there was a glitch during the installment process.  The timing, New Years Eve, was probably a factor in explaining why the job took longer than expected to complete.

    I was referred to this company by my Homeowner's Warranty.  Between the period of Jun 18, 2013 and July 29, 2013, I called them 5 times, only to get their voicemail each and every time.  I left 4 voicemails, then after getting their answering service on the 5th try, I decided to call my Homeowner's Warranty Customer Service.  They attempted to find another contractor, but it was late in the day and most businesses were closed, so they decided to call AMF Mechanical Corp.  They were able to get a hold of them.  AMF told the Customer Service Rep that I was speaking with that they could get me an appointment in the next 48 hours, and that they would call me within an hour to schedule the appointment.
    They never called.  I called the contractor again, and still no answer.  I waited 2 days, and called the contractor again, and finally someone answers the phone with a bad attitude as if I was calling too much.  After telling him the situation, he scheduled me for a Monday between 2 and 4 pm (This was on a Friday).  
    Come Monday, I ended up taking 2 hours off of work so that I could be home to let their technician in.  No one showed up.  I called the company again and got an answer again, with sort of the same bad attitude.  I explained to this guy what happened, and told him that I left him 4 voicemails.  He asked "are you Mr. ______?," and I said "yes."  He said that he didn't answer the calls because he saw that they were coming from California (My cell phone is from California and I just recently moved to Maryland).  He asked if I would like to have him send someone out, but I told I would call my Homeowner's Warranty and schedule a different company.  He said bye and hung up without an apology.

    There were two gentleman that came to my house and did an amazing job. I had call yesterday and they made me an appointment today.  They came right in and went to work.  The whole process was quick and efficient.  They had manners too which is rare now days.  They were amazing and I would recommend them to everyone as well as I would use them again.

    After arriving home from work on Monday afternoon I called Frosty's when I noticed my A/C was not cooling the house. As it was pretty late in the afternoon I was expecting to be told that it would be a week before a technician was able to get to me unless I wanted to pay inflated emergency rates. I was delightfully surprised when this was not the case. I was told they actually had a technician that lived close to the area where I live and that they could get someone to me Tuesday afternoon. I was given a window of 12-4 and they arrived at 2:30pm.  The technician James was very courteous, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Now my A/C is working wonderfully.  I was so happy with the level of service I received that I plan on using Frosty's for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.
