    Driver arrived about 15 minutes early in a black SUV. He was courteous and put my bag in the car. Got to airport in plenty of time which alleviated a lot of stress- my first time flying on my own. Definitely would recommend this company.

    I had a microwave and a couple other items that I left in the trunk.  I called and left three numbers to have the company give him and we could arrange to get my items.  I've called back several times and the supervisor said to keep trying to call him.  When I finally got ahold of him he said he would leave the items in the office.  I waited for four hours in the office and he never brought the items in.

    Days Inn Pottstown
    Checked in on a Thursday.  Efficient check in.  Went to room only to find the door will not shut when you leave.  Had to be moved to another room within the first 30 minutes.  Moved to second room.
    That first day an elderly man fell on the lobby steps inside.  The hotel staff just watched and wouldn't even call 911 until others insisted, even though the fellow had blood pouring out his ear sittng on said steps.
    On Friday morning, having tinkled and flushed, the toilet overflows.  Used every towel to stop it from ruining the carpet.  Called front desk and asked for someone to come fix toilet, bring new towels and take wet pile away.  Went out for food, came back 30 minutes later to find a plunger sitting in the bathroom, new towels stacked and entire pile of wet towels sitting in the middle of the bathroom floor.  Had to use plunger myself and, as note in room stated, put wet towels and plunger outside door.  Maid picked up towels but would not refresh our room.  No maid service for remainder of visit.
    Friday evening, while raining, the hotel staff decided to mop lobby even though many people were walking around.  A pregnant lady walked in with husband and promptly fell hard.  Front desk fellow did not move, just watched, as husband helped her up.  Guy with mop just watched and as soon as she passed by he ran over and mopped where she fell.  Lobby floor wet and slick with guests trying to "skate" around on it.  Staff did not even inquire if she was hurt.
    Saturday evening, in walks a woman hauling (on luggage cart), 15 cages of ferrets.  2 or more per cage.  The reek preceeded her and remained.  The hotel was totally reeking of zoo-smells by the time I left Sunday morning, grateful to leave.
    Outside is fithy with trash that had been around so long spiders had incorporated it into their webs.
    Most atrocious hotel I've ever experienced, bar none.

    I have used this company several times now to transport to/from the airport for business trips.  I chose them based on others' feedback on this site and also because you are able to book on line.  There is good communication and fast response to queries; the driver showed up promptly to take me to airport and drivers were at airport waiting to pick up when needed.  They check on your flight status and keep in contact by text/email so you feel they are on top of everything.  Car was clean and comfortable.  The cost was comparable to other services. Only down side is that they automatically add 20% gratuity to the fee. I prefer to choose how much I tip the driver based on service.

    Budget Truck Rental
    I reserved a budget truck rental a month in advance for my move. One day before my move they notified me that they overbooked trucks and they no longer had the truck I reserved. I should also mention that they didn't call me to tell me this important fact, rather I called them to check on the time of the rental when they told me. Instead of helping me locate another suitable truck they simply brushed me off and told me to call customer service. Corporate customer service was friendly but they couldn't do anything for me. They tried calling Lanham's inventory manager but he refused to pick up or call back!!! He didn't call until the next day well after the time of my reservation. You can imagine how stressed I was the day before my move and the day of my move. In the end, Budget paid the difference for a competitor to provide me a truck. Unfortunately, all I could find was a 12 foot truck from compared to the 24 foot truck rental I was supposed to get. This caused a lot of stress and I had to make a number of trips with the little 12 foot truck. Luckily, it was a local move and not a long distance move or I would have been really screwed. Pretty much the thing that upset me the most was the customer service at Lanham. Budget corporate customer service was fine but the guys at Budget in Lanham were horrible to me. They didn't apologize or help me find another sized truck. They just shoved me off to corporate. I found this very rude. Also they were not aware of their policy to match a competitor's price to pay the difference between what I had to pay and what I should have paid based on the reservation. In the end, I strongly recommend that you do not book a truck from the Lanham, Maryland branch of Budget. Try Penske or U-haul.

    Walter's sedan is clean, comfortable and stocked with recent magazines and newspapers. He is a responsible driver; calm and competent, and is pleasant to chat with - as well as responsive to your cues if you want to have a quiet ride. He has always been on time. For pick ups at the airport, he waits close by and waits for your call or text to let him know you are ready for pick up.

    Northern Virginia Town Car & Limousine Service
    It was awesome.  This was a surprise gift to the hosting family.  Our friends had a wonderful time and the limo drive was very accommodating.  He was a perfect gentlemen and handled the kids well.  Most of our friends had never ridden in a limo and were very pleased with the entire experience.

    All Stretched Limousine Service
    Not good.  I purchased their Big Deal special in May.  I know that I called and spoke to them since I was acquiring their services for my daughter's wedding and took notes of our conversation, since I wanted to make sure that the deal would cover wedding services and that they serviced my area.  When I called them back two weeks prior to the wedding to confirm, they told me not only did they not have a reservation, but that they had no limos available.  The woman I spoke with wasn't very nice at all.  I called Angie's list back and not only did they refund the money, but put me in touch with other companies.  Most of the companies also had no limos available, but they were at least kind enough to ask if they could refer me to other companies that might have available limos.

    RED CARPET SEDAN SERVICE
    Walter was fantastic! He provided excellent customer service, a comfortable and safe ride and made my travel to and from Dulles airport stress free! Walter called me the day before pick up to confirm, arrived early at my house and got me to the airport with time to spare. My return flight got in late (after 11pm) and the charge was the same -no extras for off hours. I even had a text message waiting for me as I got off the plane letting me know that he was 5 minutes away and that I should call him when I was ready to be picked up. A great experience overall.
