    They were very good; they are excellent. I can call them anytime and they are there for me for any questions or any problems. I haven't had to call them lately because everything has been running properly. I would definitely recommend them.

    I hired this service a few years ago, because it was the most affordable services with good reviews. However, over time I realized that their customer service was less than stellar. In fact most of the time they will pass you off to an on-line chat session. If they do talk to you they seem to be annoyed with you for wanting to test your system, or replace a broken part, etc. All of which is included in the service agreement. 
    I am in the military, so every few years I have to move (PCS). When I came down on orders (Feb 2013) I contacted them to let them know I needed to cancel my service. At first I was told to just fax / email a copy of my new PCS orders to them and they would contact me once it was cancelled. I did that three times, and still had not been contacted. I finally got to talk to someone on the phone who then told me that there is no military clause at this company and that I needed to pay the $200 cancellation fee in order to move! They would allow me to take the system with me or transfer it to someone else, so I held onto it hoping to transfer it to a renter. Then, as the military often likes to do, they changed my orders (hence the necessity for a military clause in EVERYTHING...).  So, I didn't need to transfer it until July 2013. June came around and I called them, not to cancel, but this time just to fix the equipment that was malfunctioning. Imaging my surprise when I was told that I no longer have a contract with them... and hadn't since Feb 2013... But I had been paying them $49.99 each month STILL. So, I asked to speak to a manager (I've yet to actually speak to any of their managers by the way), but was redirected to someone in billing.... I waited on hold with them for a very long time and had to re-explain my case to each representative that I spoke to (and there were several (none managers))... Eventually they agreed to refund my money (at the time it was still June, so they only owed me  $249.95.) However, since I was paying them with direct bill pay through my bank, (essentially certified checks mailed right to them), they couldn't refund the money straight back to me, because I wasn't using a credit card. After much debate, the lady agreed to mail me a check. (Mind you I'm military and in PCS status, which means I'm in limbo between addresses... so I asked her to send the check to my parents house.) When I got off the phone I thought that this nightmare was finally over.... But no... It doesn't end there. I left for a military school for a month, where I had no access to my accounts etc, so I was unaware that the auto pay didn't stop. When I got back I realized that it was paid again, and my parents still had not received the refund check. So, I called again... and again.... and again... I've called about four times now and each time had to explain this whole case all over, each time I've asked to speak to a manager (and haven't been connected with one yet), each time I've been told that someone will call me back, but NEVER received a call back. I still haven't been refunded the money and probably never will (by the way they currently owe me $299.94). This has to be the worst customer service... pay the extra money for the system and just get ATD or something else!. Don't go with this company!!!

    This is the second time I've worked with Dave from Circuit Doctors, and both instances I have been very impressed. From arriving on time each day, to working late into the night, his attention to detail is unmatched. He always took the time to explain what he was doing and the reason behind it. Dave is also willing to change course if something on the job site requires it without compromising the quality of the work. After he installed the exterior flood light, he drove around the street in his truck to ensure the light only turned on when it was supposed to and not when a car drove by. I knew he took pride in his work, but that was amazing to see. The price is not expensive when you receive top quality work along with piece of mind in knowing the house is safe for your family. I would call Dave again but there isn't anything left to fix!

    Purchased the wireless equipment and received it within 5 to 7 days of purchase.  Installation was by homeowner with the some connectivity assistance from the Protect America Installation Help Desk.  I was very pleased with the promptness of the service and staff's ability to monitor the tracking of the delivery of the equipment.  Once the Protect America Installation Help Desk staff saw that the equipment was delivered by UPS to my home, I received several telephone calls letting me know that the Protect America Installation staff was ready to assist me in any way possible to complete installation and testing of the equipment. Installation went very well and a few days later  I received follow-up emails from the company to see if all was well.  I'm very pleased with the product and service.
