AJW Home ImprovementJ.W. Home improvement came out and did a thorough analysis and estimate of the various projects we needed addressed. They scheduled the work to start a couple weeks out, and they were able to start a day early. We had 2 fabulous workers at the house 8-10 hours a day. The quality of their work was superior, and they were able to complete all the work in far less time than estimated, mostly due to their efficient use of time. They communicated with us every day to ensure we were on the same page with everything. Even though all the work was outdoors, they wore face masks all the time. From the very beginning of every project, Richard and his entire team are clear about the process and what it will entail. Communication is grade A, as he is interested in helping you make your vision come to life. I can’t speak enough about the knowledge that he has in the field and his attention to detail. He not only knows the best products on the market, but he has a great eye for what looks good and values your input while making the best choice for your needs/wants, style and budget. He helped us decide paint colors for each of the bathrooms that we remodeled, helped us with the kind of marble tiles that would best fit the design of one of the bathrooms, and also suggested a great nontransparent type of window pane for the bathroom in the front of the house to make sure it can’t be seen into. Richard is very hands-on and isn’t just a name somewhere in an office. He’s always just a phone call away, and makes it a point to check in on-site to ensure that everything is running smoothly, because he is genuinely interested in the work that he does, always providing the best possible service & quality. The team leads are great at communicating as well, and they make sure that any unexpected issues (if any) can be mitigated quickly and efficiently. The end result always turns out better than expected. We’re very happy with RIBA’s services, and highly recommend using them for your construction and remodeling needs. AI love this company, we have used them often. Always excellent work. I had the pleasure of working with Eladio and Manny this past week. As always I got a professional paint job done quickly, but this team of father and son went beyond the usual. They did some extra touches and repairs that made a big difference. They stayed late also to help me out and came back early the next day to finish the job. They were a pleasure to talk to and they cleaned up the job site very nicely. I would definitely request them on my next paint job.

AEdwin Loayes and his team were fantastic! He provided a fair quote for the work and kept to the estimate. His team was extremely careful in our home, taking care to cover furniture and prevent damage to our wood floors so that paint and drywall didn't damage anything. Their attention to detail was also professional, taking care to make sure everything looked better than we they walked in. They even went out of their way to fix little blemishes and properly secure wall-mounted fixtures after repainting. We also appreciated the fact that they took their COVID-19 precautions seriously, wearing face masks at all time without us having to remind them or ask. They had estimated that it would take three days to complete the work, but Edwin brought in an extra few guys on the second day so they could complete the work in two days—which we appreciated since we are (like everyone) working from home and had to sequester ourselves to another level of the condo. I would highly recommend Loayes and look forward to seeking their services again.
