ASilaOne unit was fine. The heat pump unit needs some new parts as it is 11 years old and sitsc in the roof under the southern sun and is just getting worn down. ASilaI’ve had an annual maintenance agreement with SILA for several years. On today’s visit, service was excellent as usual. I always feel that the technicians give my system a thorough check. Last year, I had a no heat situation and SILA responded within a couple hours. That is the reason I will continue to have an annual maintenance agreement.- Laurel C.

ASilaMarcus was prompt and polite. He did our 6 mo inspection of our furnace and investigated when I described how our smart thermostat would restart when heat was engaged. He discovered a crack in our heat exchanger which caused the unit to overheat and cut power to the thermostat. The main office got back to us promptly with an estimate, ordered the part, and we had it fixed within a week. We have used Sila for A/C repair, furnace maintenance, and plumbing and have nothing but the best things to say about them. We look forward to continuing to rely on them!- Lia R.

ASilaUsed Sila for two central AC installations and misc repair calls. Quotes for the installations were probably not the lowest available but I have been impressed with the skill and efficiency of their technicians and they have always been very responsive on any service calls. FHorrible. It was thought that the issue was a washing machine repair. However it was actually a plumber that was required. I was told that the visit would be $65. The tech charged me an extra $35 to remove something. However when I asked if it was fixed he stated no. He explained that he was required to charge me the full $100. The plumber late came and I shared with him my experience because it didn't sit well with me. He said I was taking advantage of. He said once the tech saw, and smelled where the issue was he should have known that a plumber would be required. My fiance got involved and contacted the tech and requested why I was not provided a detailed invoice of what was done. He also questioned why did he request to be cash app directly and not to the company. Reuben Asare was my tech. This experience has definitely been influential in me using Angie List. This was my first time. I was hoping that the list would have good reputable people .

AI can't say enough about the fantastic job that Nathan did on our rugs! I wish that I could give him an A+++ rating! He got out stains that I didn't think would ever come out, and he was so thorough with excellent cleaning on all of the rugs (which had not been cleaned in a while and showed it). His customer service, attention to detail, and immediate response to all questions was just top notch. And, his pricing was very, very competitive and reasonable. I will definitely use Professional Carpet Cleaning Plus, again, and recommend Nathan to all my friends. Big thanks, Nathan!

AJohn cleaned my carpeting and did an amazing job! The carpeting on our stairs and hallway was dirty and worn. I have had it cleaned almost once a year, but evidently it was cleaned improperly. In the past, too much soap and the wrong type of soap was used and left a residue which picked up dirt. John was able to remove a lot of this residue and it helped the appearance of my carpeting.The cost was higher than I anticipated, but i received a much better job than on previous cleanings. John also has the proper equipment for doing a great job.

APatrick was easy to work with and knowledgeable about his craft. We had a difficult patch job to do to cover an area that had a built in bar removed. Leaving and oddly shaped area to be patched. We also didn't have much extra carpet to work with. Patrick took the time to envision how best to reconfigure the carpet to minimize seams,get the most of the carpet we did have, and communicate his plan so we knew what to expect. It wasn't a big job area-wise, but it was complicated given the situation and Patrick performed it well.
