    Besides working on modern cars, Donald is one of the few mechanics in the area who can work on classic/muscle cars. I have had all mechanical work on my cars and trucks done by him since 2010 because his experience, efficiency, and prices are the best. He has gone out of his way to save me money on a number of jobs, I highly recommend his services.

    Did outstanding job of both engine and body repair. Worked directly with insurance company to get all repairs approved. Made sure job done right the first time. Have not had to return for any adjustments. Would highly recommend to anyone needing automotive body work or collision damage repair.

    This is my second time going to them. This last one didn't go too well. After they finished working on the car, they parked it out in their parking lot. They share a garage with a gas station. I learned that they're not related to the gas station. The reason I say that is because that builds up and goes on the actual property and another customer of theirs collided with my car, I don't know, I wasn't there so I don't know exactly what happened. So RT Automotive claimed that we're not responsible for the damage or anything like that. They did get the guys information for me and provided the information for me like his address, driver's license number, and things like that. I won't be going back there at all. I don't know if my car is going to be parked in the area and have access , meaning somebody can just drive off the street and hit it, like this other person did. You know, like a secured area. They were not sympathetic, they didn't care. They just told me it's the best country in the world to live in, as evidence of who's the White House, and you know I should be happy that I'm living in America. So, I still haven't resolved it because the guy's insurance just have to be a cut rate insurance company. I mean they don't have anything to do with the other guy, I don't blame them for the wreck, I just want to make that clear, but they have not been helpful. I don't blame them for the collision, they didn't have anything to do with it. But, I do blame them for the games and not dealing with the police and they're going to say we don't have anything to do with it, but they could've called the police.

    I contacted New Design because their shop was approved by the other driver's insurer, who was paying for the repair. The work was done beautifully; the repairs were sound and completely undetectable. Their staff was friendly, helpful and well-informed.

    This repair was covered by an insurance company. There were scratches and dents to a rear quarter panel and rear passenger door on the vehicle. In addition, there were scratches on a wheel. I dropped the car off on a Monday morning, and was told repairs would be completed by Wednesday. I called Wednesday, and found out it would not be ready, because of a delay in getting a part from the dealer. The car was instead ready for pickup the following Monday. Communication was below average (I tended to be the one making phone calls to follow up on the status), but the quality of the work performed was great.

    Replacement went well. There was a mixup regarding the charge (they originally tried to charge me the non-insurance price for the repair) but they quickly corrected the amount when I pointed out that it was much more than what the insurance company had quoted me.

    They actually don't do anything more than what is absolutely essential to maintain the warranty. Because unfortunately, most dealerships are actually kind of prime cost. More so than this place I use now that is very reasonable. They will tend to sell you things that you don't really probably need, but unfortunately you have to use them if you have a car under warranty. The staff is very friendly, they are very pleasant and they are relatively quick. Their timing is good. You don't have to do a lot of waiting. You make the appointment in advance, and you can do that over the internet or you can call them,  and so the service time is minimal. In some instances, I can actually say you can sit over there and wait for the repairs to be done, or in this case the inspection, it did not take an extremely long time. They were very punctual, they're very efficient.  My only down side, it they tend to charge you more than in some other kind of repair service, but again that kind of goes with the dealership.

    Shove and sack service. This is the WORST service I have ever received. The manager was nasty when I asked simple questions in relations to tire specs, availability, price I received online vs in shore. At one point looked at me like I was insane... I am the customer, I am entitled to ask. The front tires were way off balance. The alignment was not proper. I ended up having to take the car to Acura to allow them to precision balance & Align. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. BAD SERVICE/TERRIBLE REPS.

    I've been using the shop for over 25 years.  I've never found a more honest auto mechanic to work with. I started by working with the father who owned the shop, now the son, Danny, is running things and is just as good.  Their prices and work are also very good.
