    He is fantastic and so is his staff! There's never a wait. You can call, and they will get you in within a reasonable time. The office is clean, and everyone is professional. The staff has never been rude, and I've been going there for 13 years.

    All of my interactions with the staff have been positive. It's easy to make appointments and I've noticed that the office staff is much less and quot;gossipyand quot; than I've seen in other medical establishments and they've helped me navigate the tricky insurance system. I've been very impressed with Dr. Johnston--although I know that he is quite busy he takes the time to answer questions and fully explain procedures. I've had a few cortisone injections in my shoulder and his technique is quick, sterile and precise. No complaints and I'm a nurse so I think I have a tendency to be a bit picky. Good bedside manner without being obsequious.

    They're professionally trained and it's very clean. They have cameras and a website where you could see what's going on with him that day. They put pictures on the website and you have to have a kid there because you have to log on and not just anybody can see him. It's $230 a week, but the price depends on the age of your child because my grandson is an infant.

    I had been into this office the previous week and gotten a pneumonia shot. When I had gone into the office for that visit they had requested my Drivers License and Insurance card. Now I was back a week later and they again asked for Drivers License and Insurance card. I stated the information had not changed from previous week. They said they needed to verify information on every visit. I explained to the office manager that when they get my name and pull up my record that the screen displays a photo of me and copies of my Drivers License and Insurance card are available to be pulled up. This office has made numerous mistakes and they seem to occur with every visit. The last two times that my insurance company pharmacy tried to get a prescription renewed for me they got no response from this office and then notified me. This office has sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Appointment reminders are routinely left on my cell phone and home phone and they keep calling until they speak to me. I called in on a Wednesday to make an appt and requested the following Monday, I was told that a sick visit has to be scheduled the same week. I left a message asking to have the office manager call me, never received a call back.I would stress that the care received from the medical staff is very good. The service provided by the support staff is unbelievably bad. I kept thinking it would get better, but it never improved. I finally gave up and found a new doctor.

    Had difficulty finding his office as my insurance company still had him located in Huntingtown when he is actually in Prince Frederick. He still saw us even though we were a few minutes late. Office was nothing to really look at. Plan and not really set up like a doctors office. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained his condition in terms I could understand. Left with piece of mind that it was nothing serious.
