  • We really love them. I have only positive things to say about White Flint Dental. We've been using them now for three kids and my husband for a year and a half. First of all, if you want to know how much it's going to cost, you can ask them and they will tell you before they perform the service. They know what you are going to pay out of pocket. I really like that. Also, Dr. Yoon, she's the pediatric dentist. She is so quick. If the cavity doesn't need Novocaine she will go ahead and do the child's cavity without Novocaine and it will be over in five minutes. And the kid will be done. She also explains to the children what she's going to be doing. Shows them the instruments and things that she's going to be using during the procedure so that they're not scared. She's very patient. The parent can be close by in the room during the procedures. She's just really good with kids.

My teeth fit perfectly together and look amazing! I also want to thank Dr. Eric Cho for the exceptional cosmetic dental work that he has completed. And Bobbi Kelley has a solid reputation as a fantastic dental hygienist, because she earns it. Thanks to these three professionals I now receive compliments on a regular basis about my teeth.   • Excellent!. The massage was better than most I have received in the past from other massage therapists. The room was clean and warm w/ a personal touch, the music relaxing, the massage table well padded, warm and comfortable. The massage was detailed, starting from the head, neck, and shoulders then to the upper and lower extremities (I hate it when they start with the feet and move up your body!), then she works on the back, shoulders, buttocks, thighs, legs and feet. Hot moist towel treatments are provided to the back and shoulders, and a relaxing facial massage to end it. You are given time to relax after the massage and not rushed. 
    I highly recommend Angel's Massage to anyone.

  • I began this service in November, 2015 - I terminated it 3/21/2016.
     I had the first caregiver for approximately a month or so before having to ask for a 'replacement'.  This particular caregiver spent all her time telling me all about "her troubles/problems" - financial, personal  and otherwise.  She drove me to appointments, if I had any scheduled, but beyond that, she did nothing.  The service was to include "Occasional light housework like dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens once a week, getting simple meals, driving me to appointments using my own vehicle  She performed none of those services.  I came to dread her 'visits' and her constant complaining..
    After requesting a replacement from the Office Manager who was very understanding, courteous and apologetic regarding the situation.  She provided me with an immediate replacement and  the second caregiver worked out beautifully.  She was a pleasant 'companion' as well as being very willing to do what was needed.  She helped  me with the housework I couldn't handle by myself and also drove me wherever I needed to go.  She was a great help in the grocery stores by reaching for items I couldn't reach - either too high up or too down low on the shelves.  She was always helpful, patient and willing whatever the situation in addition to having a wonderful "sense of humor' and great attitude in general.
    I terminated the service the last week in March, 2016.  
    The problem was never my second caregiver, but the ongoing difficulty became the almost constantly inaccurate bookkeeping/billing system.
     Although I alway paid my bill IN FULL, the following billing  cycle  would  again show a" balance of several hundered dollars with a portion of that being 1-30 days overdue".  Initially,  I was just bewildered and called the Office Manager.  She personally looked into the problem with the "bookkeeper" and also found the billing to be inaccurate.  She gave me the corrected amount which I immediately paid.  The follwing billing cycle was a continuation of the same problem.  Again, totally inaccurate.  Again, the Office Manager checked into it with the bookkeeper and got it straightened out.  It seems not only did I NOT owe hundreds of dollars or any overdue amounts ... when the billing was corrected by the Office Manager, I actually had a $72.00 CREDIT!   I thought perhaps now we'd finally succeeded in keeping the account straight.  Not!  Still again, in a third billing cycle I received yet another inaccurate statement also showing hundreds of dollars due with part of that being 'overdue'.  That was the FINAL STRAW.

     Even though I was well pleased with my caregive and the general office staff, this continualy inaccurate BILLING/BOOKKEEP predicament was truly  stressing me out.  I'm quite careful about all my accounts, always paying them on time and IN FULL.  I'm very mindful of my excellent credit rating and don't intend to risk having it tarnished by an untrained or inexperiences bookkeeper who possibly does not understand the 'computerized system' the company uses.  It's not the 'computers' fault - computers only know what data the operator puts into them.  As a result of the repeatedly unsatisfactory/inaccurate  billing problems,  I will not use this company again.

  • I checked in to Potomac Case Management  and was very happy with them. I enjoyed meeting their representatives - they seemed qualified but my daughter in law stepped up and said she would do it for me. I was going to use them- they were very good. The person I spoke with- Don Jaun was going to find me a care giver who would cook light meals, do light house work and also try to be a companion, and drive me to appointments if I needed that or take me shopping. She came in and inspected my home for safety and that kind of stuff; what kind of environment I lived in, what I might need, what I already had and that sort of thing- they were very thorough. They also assist with the home assessment, coordination of care, assistance with hospital discharge and housing choices such as assisted living facilities and nursing homes. They can cover all with you and find what is best suited to you. Even after I used my daughter in law, she still checked up on me. I hoped she would send me a bill for all her interviews and home visits but she didn't. I had some back surgery and I needed some help.

  • Went really well.. Had to wait awhile to pick them up. They looked great and felt really good. And then was in hospital for a couple of they lost or threw them away!! The Dentist made them right away, and I wasn't the only one I heard...

  •  You don't need an appointment to get new glass frames/lenses. I received a prescription from VisionWorks and took it to Allegany Optical. As I waited to talk to someone I tried on frames. I was able to have the new lenses put in my current eyeglass frame which saved me some money. I paid for the glasses and was told I should get the new glasses within a week. It took only 2 days. That was fast. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

  • The appointment was fine. The office environment is clean and comfortable. The office staff is very friendly. I would say he seems to be well informed, has up to date equipment and easy going. He pays attention to you and it feels like you are actually talking to a friend.
