They installed a shower that I purchased called Vigo frameless shower.  It came with instructions and everything.  It started off fine until my tenant noticed that the frame was not square and it was leaking water.  I contacted Glassperts again to have them re-install the glass.  It was a year later and the guy came to inspect it told me that it wasn't installed improperly but that someone had fell and cause the problems. This was not under warranty.  So they quoted me $300 on 7/18/2013.  I finally contacted them to have the work done in March of this year.  At this time they said they had to come back out and make sure it was just labor and not additional parts.
After they came they told me that it was determined that the cost would be $1600 and they would re-install the entire glass and replace it.  When I asked why they would do this they said the estimator determined that the shower was incorrectly installed.  I told them that they should pay for that since they were the ones that installed it.  All of a sudden they didnt remember that they had installed it and asked if Ihad the receipts.  When I told them that I wouldnt bother sending them the receipts when I could send it directly to the Maryland Home Improvement  Commissioner instead suddenly they found my information.  But they told me that it was out of warranty even though this was their faulty installation.  My opinion is that a faulty installation should always be the responsibility of the installer.
My final decision was not to bother with a company that couldnt stand behind their own installation and workmanship.  Why would I use them again to install a new shower and for 2.5 times the amount.
Do not use this company for installing a shower and personally I would not use them for any services ever again.

So we have an old house that had a perfectly leakless, beautiful, OLD (80+ years) glass-and-chrome shower door in it when we bought it.
Alas, the brackets at the bottom had deteriorated over time, and so the glass caught at the bottom and shattered.  We were heartbroken by this; we already could tell it would be impossible to replace this thing with anything approaching the same quality. So we came on Angie's List and found Ron, who came out to take a look.  And... who fixed it!  And seemed to appreciate it and its solid construction just as much as (if not even more than) we did, instead of trying to get us to replace it with something new.
Ron made a pattern from the door to get new tempered glass for it - one way in which the original could be improved, because such glass didn't exist when it was made.  He also rebuilt the corners of the door so the glass wouldn't just start slipping down again.  It took a little bit of time, but it looks great and is working perfectly again.
When he came to reinstall the door, Ron raptly recited all its virtues. "This has a piano hinge with a brass rod all the way down the length of it!" "I couldn't believe how heavy it was!" "They put putty all around the edges and then smoothed it off. I had to take it out with a DIAMOND grinder! It wouldn't budge for anything else!"
I like having an old house with fixtures made before planned obsolescence in it. I'm very very glad to have found a craftsman who appreciated the need here for restoration rather than replacement.  Would highly recommend Ron's work to others who don't want to give up wonderful older glass doors and such just because they've encountered snags.

They gave me a lower quote by phone than what I ended up paying. Due to time constraints. I ended up paying the higher price. If I would have had more time, I most likely would have looked into other options. However, I am happy with the quality of the glass.

I'm satisfied with what was done. They did great work. They were meticulous in what they did, and I'm pleased with the overall job. It took two workers to complete the job. It took a couple of weeks.
