    My husband and I gave Mr. Lucas a list of things we asked him to do. He installed two lights for us and a doorbell with perfection but the paint jobs we asked him to do was lousy. He had paint every where in my house and even used my beautiful kitchen sink to wash red paint off his brushes when I have a utility sink. Some of the places we asked him to paint, he didn���t even touch. When I called him to address it, he stated that I wanted perfection. We asked to paint the front of the house but when I pulled up, the house was two different colors. He stated he ran out of paint and didn���t see that it made a big difference. He offered to come back the next day but I was so disappointed in his customer service and work that I asked him not to return. Maybe painting is not his thing.

    The team at Presto Electric did a great job repairing an accidentally cut electrical circuit. They also added an addition lighting feed for a new ceiling fan installation and connection to the wall switch. Richard and Bryce were very professional and helpful in identifying the scope of work to be performed and providing a very reasonable estimate to complete the job. We would definitely recommend them for electrical projects and would call them again for any additional electrical work we require. Mark and Zach Wagner

    He told me between 8-9. He got here at 8:30. He put it in and it wasn't working. He said it looked like it was the motor. He took it back to the store himself so I didn't have to do it. I really appreciated that. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

    I needed a light replaced in my foyer. I called Bay State Electric to see if they had anyone available. Barry was able to get someone out to my house the following day. Their rates were less than most companies I called and they showed up on time. The service guy was polite and cleaned up his mess. They will be my new electrician .

    I spoke with at least SIX companies about buying solar panels to install on my roof. Something was wrong will each estimate: price too high, no financing, interest rate to high; the company didn���t/couldn���t answer all my questions/concerns. I had decided to wait a year and see what happened. Then I came across Paul at Power Factor at a home and garden show. The more I talked to Paul, the more excited I became and I scheduled an appointment to have him work up an estimate. Unlike the other companies who tried to sell me the one or two brands they have, Paul told me he could design any system I wanted. Power Factor is not wed to a specific manufacturer. Paul didn���t try to convince me about any particular panel or brand. He listened to what I wanted, offset percentage, brand, color, financing. Then he went to work and provided 3 or 4 estimates with complete breakdown of savings and estimated monthly production over the year. Together, we tweaked the design and Paul brought back about six more designs and estimates. I finally decided on a system and Power Factor went to work. They filed all the paperwork and installed the panels in one day. They did a great job with the install and clean up. When the panels were turned on, the office staff noticed immediately that there was a problem with two of the panels and called me to tell me they would be out the next day to fix it and they were. When all the paperwork was finalized, Paul came back out and went over everything with me. He gave me a spiral binder with all the paperwork and pictures of the panels on my roof for my files. Paul and Power Factor exceeded all expectations at every turn. They didn���t just do the big things; they attended to the small details and made sure that everything was just right. I am so glad that I held out and didn���t go with one of the more well known solar companies that only wanted to make the sale. Power Factor gets an A++++ from me!

    Very very impressive....both gentlemen were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and thorough !!   My wife and I simply could not define a pattern.  We had lost the use of an outside outlet (back yard), (4) outlets in our kitchen (encompassing two refrigerators), 1st floor hall light, 1st floor office light, 1st floor bathroom light, 2nd floor office light, and 2nd floor bedroom outlet.   Every time we tried to trip the cognizant breaker(s) they had been rendered non-responsive ??

    Both gentlemen, Brian Greaver AND Derek Grimes, traced the circuit problem to loose wires within our 1st floor office light.  They immediately remediated that issue as well as ALL other aforementioned issues.    Their troubleshooting alone was worth the price of admission !!

    I am a huge advocate of was indeed refreshing to watch it in action, courtesy of Tim Kyle Electrical Services.

    Without a doubt they will be my first point of contact should we have any electrical concerns going forward.

    great.  ceiling in office on 1st floor fell through from water accumulation.  BGE Home identified problem and fixed it.  This was a follow
    .up from a previous service call for another source of the leak which involved defective caulking around the wall mounted faucet handles in the shower.   I was so pleased with BGE service from previous repairs and electrical projects that I have a service plan with them.  My house is 115 years old and needs quite a bit of TLC.  My first call for plumbing and electrical is BGE Home

    He came in to put in the recessed lighting in our kitchen, and removed our chandelier in the process. He also replaced our decorative light switch cover with a plastic beige one without asking. As soon as he left, I realized he had taken the chandelier with him and I sent him a text letting him know I wanted my chandelier; he told me he took it to the dumpster and he didn?t see it. He did the work on Friday and hasn?t returned my chandelier and he still hasn?t given me any kind of verification or receipt of the work?electronically or physical, though I have seen from the bank that he did take the $1300 out of my account. This man has really frustrated me. To replace that chandelier would be a minimum of $50. He is making money because he is using your program, but why would you come into someone?s home and take a chandelier like that?

    They had a deal for 8 hours of electrical work for $300.  The guy came out and said well you need to upgrade your electric, we can't do this and I can't move that.  I was like well shi#.  I guess he was some what honest but it was just the fact it's kind of crazy.  I was looking for a downstairs bedroom.  We wanted to move a light from the wall to the ceiling.  We wanted to get a couple CFI plugs to have one out front and one out back.  In my basement I wanted to get some three way switches because I have these little shop lights, you know, that you have to pull the cord.  I wanted to get those like on a circuit so I two switches to turn them on.  He told me I didn't have a lot of power for these things.
