    It seems like it took them so long to get it done.  I thought I could drop it off and the next day I would have it.  But it took about three or four days.  I think they had to get the part.  I think they did a good job on it when they did the work.  I was kind of upset.  I think they were very professional.  What drew me to that dealership was the price of the car and type of the car.  It was cheaper than other spots I had looked at.  I think they would have gotten it back to me quicker if they had the part.  They also give you a printout and other things to check on your car.

    What stands out about them, is that Sonny in particular is extremely honest. He told me in the future, that I should check with the dealership because my car takes a special types of oil that's expensive. He told that before I come in next time, I should compare his price vs the Honda Dealership who is more likely to buy it in bulk. It was great expensive. I really appreciate his honesty! I'm giving him a B in price, because it was a little high in comparison to the Honda Dealership, but that wasn't his fault.

    Wonderful, always, always wonderful. There is one guy that we have for 25 years. They trust each other. I have nothing but glorious things to say about them. Over the years we have become like friends, genuinely caring.

    My wife's car needed more than an average car wash and interior vacuuming. Sand from summer beach trips still littered the back, and the exterior finish was faded. On the spot came to the house at the scheduled time (on a cold winter's day, no less) and did an outstanding job on both the interior and exterior. The car looks almost new! The worker's were polite and efficient.
    We will use them again...just need to figure out when I can leave MY car at home...!

    On Mother's Day, after spending 36 hours without sleep at my brother's house, sitting with my mother who was in the end stage of dying from dementia, I left to get in my car to attempt my 1 hour drive home. Already exhausted, I couldn't believe that my car was
    gone when I got to the non-reserved space where I had parked it. I found out that FastLane had towed it (later, I realized that in their haste to tow my car, they dislodged a part from my car hitch, creating extra cost and inconvenience). Although I was told that someone would be available to release my car until 10PM (it was about 9:30 PM) when I called, no one showed up until 10:20PM,
    making an already long and stressful day even longer and more stressful. I spoke with a manager the next day, explaining the circumstances and that I had been parked in a non-reserved parking space and did not know there would be any problem and asked that he credit back the $175 charge. He told me he was sorry my mother was dying, but this was business. From his explanation, apparently the company was legally right to tow my car. However, I thought the people who actually act for the company might show some compassion and humanity. I was wrong. By the way, my mother died later that day.

    I have been using their services for years. The service and repairs are in the back and the auto body is in the front. The ones that run the parts are different from the auto body guys. I had them do some other things.

    Perfectly. The estimate took 2 minutes. The work itself took 2 hours. No annoying waiting.

    I've been going to Jeff and his mechanics for about 6 years. As a young, single woman new to Baltimore, I went through h*** trying to get my cars maintained and fixed before I found Leading Edge. Other places not only tried to take advantage of me financially, they were out-and-out incompetent--and put me in danger with that incompetence (not putting the lug nuts back on after a brake job, not diagnosing a bent engine cradle, etc).
     
    Jeff runs a shop of smart, experienced, and happy mechanics who work well together. That might sound silly, but it matters. They figure things out together. I get to talk with the actual mechanics and am not forced to talk to "handlers," managers, or secretaries.

    I've never had to go back because something wasn't done right the first time--something that just about never happens when I go to other mechanics.

    I get all my oil changes, brake jobs, etc, done there, now because I no longer trust anyone else. What is the use in saving a couple bucks on an oil change if your engine might get messed up? Moreover, it really would be just a couple bucks because his prices are very fair. Much less than dealer prices for what I've found to be work that is much better than dealer work. 
    I've been there enough to notice that he does right by all his customers, not just me. People are happy when they walk out of there. I can always tell the new customers because they look almost confused. It's kind of cute. Sort of like someone might be if braces were suddenly pleasant, painless, and not even that expensive. 

    Go there. They're very good guys who do very good work for very decent prices.

    I've been using them for about a decade. It went fine. They we're right on my area so it's convenient. They're okay for the price. I think to compare to everybody no matter where they go to. They're quality was fine. I've been going in for too long and I haven't had a problem with them.

    It was really good. It is like a one stop shop place.  We called them and asked if they could do the repair, they said yes they could and to bring it in.  We told them we were going to the parks and asked if we could leave the card there and they said yes.  When we were out and about 3 hours later and it was done and the tire would be no charge, it was free.

    Once again, the team at Fred's came through when I needed it. I give them my highest recommendation. I have worked on my own vehicles for 50 yrs, but when I am in a situation where I need a dependable resource to go to and get the job done for me, or to figure out a problem that I can't, the team at Fred's Garage are my go to guys.
