    It didn't work out too good. I wasn't satisfied with the work they were doing. They sent?a guy out here who did not know what he was doing. He was going to take the vent down ?and was pulling on it. One went down my stairs. I had one person upstairs and one person downstairs and I don't know these people at all. I asked them to leave and I did not even worry about it; I did not even get it done. I wasn't comfortable with the people they sent out. He was messing with my heating system, and when I asked what he was doing, he couldn't give me a clear answer.?I wanted them together so I could see them both.?I have a lot of valuables in my house. I was so dissatisfied with the people they sent. It would have been great if I had gotten the service, but I didn't get anything. I was so upset with them.

    The company called and texted to confirm the appointment and then texted when they were on their way. They actually arrived about 10 minutes earlier than their appointment time which was great. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I have researched this process a lot so it was comforting for me to have them reinforce some of the things I already knew. We walked the house and the owner of the company (I believe) explained everything that would be done along with during the process he kept me informed of everything they were doing. After the service (which took about 2 hours), he cleaned up and went back over everything before I paid. There was no overselling or hidden fees which I really appreciated. I felt very comfortable with the company and would hire them again.

    When I called to set up the appointment the gentleman was very nice, professional and made me feel at ease. I have been researching this process for a long time and they had a really good deal and sounded very knowledgable. I scheduled the appointment with an 8am - 10am window for arrival. I received a call the evening before to confirm. The Baltimore metro area was expecting snow but there was no mention of what would happen in the event of them closing their office nor did I think to ask. 
    The morning of the appointment, we got about 1- 2 inches of snow. The county schools were closed and many business were opening on a delay. However, my job opened on a regular schedule. No one from this company called or showed up to my house. By 10:00 am I started calling the office leaving messages on the main voicemail and their secondary line. After calling several more times, I finally got someone around 10:50am. The office manager said that she was just getting in and was shocked that I hadn't heard from someone and would call me back to let me know what was going on. At this point I needed to get to work especially having wasted a morning at home. The woman called me back very apologetic but still had no answer as to what happened. I told her to let me know.
    I believe around 1:00pm I received a call from the office manager explaining that the trucks got caught in the snow and broke down. She was again very apologetic and understood my frustration at the lack of communication. According to her, they had cell phones and should have at the very least called her to explain the situation so she could call me and reschedule my service. While I understand that things happen and that the snow was likely the cause for the service not being done, I should have received a call from the technicians at the time of my appointment. To technically not receive an answer for the no show/no call until 1:00pm was highly inconsiderate to me and the time I wasted. I expressed my disappointment to the office manager and asked that the manager give me a call to discuss and to this day have not heard anything.

    Air duct cleaner arrived--got to work right away--but he told me that to clean the duct in my furnace would cost $400-and a 2nd
    intake duct would cost $250..
    I did not inquire about these costs, and did not like his attitude.
    Not all my air ducts were cleaned because I asked that the cleaners leave my home.

    It begins with Melissa. Melissa was very professional over the phone and with handling any necessary information. She was very clear about the pricing and scheduling. Their website does a very good job of painting a picture, of those $99.99 Pennysaver companies that will truly hustle you. When I read their descriptions of those companies, it was almost what I experienced to a tee.
    Melissa's communication was swift and on point.
    I can't quite remember the name of the two guys that came to do the work, but they were both very down to earth. They did a good job of, not only explaining the difference between what they would do and what was done (or not done, by the previous company I used), but of executing their strategy.
    Considering the reality that my ducts hadn't been cleaned in years, the air circulation improved significantly once they completed their work. They stayed to make sure the job was done right and it was done very well.
    The price didn't suddenly change after they arrived. The price that Melissa gave me is the same price those guys gave me.
    Air Duct Pros is a very respectable company.
