AOn Christmas Eve Santa gave us a very large, tall, heavy tree and left it on part of the house! Jake and Branching Out Tree Service not only did a great job removing it, but did it within a few days despite the holiday and the long weekend that came with it. Jake was quite reasonable and a really nice guy to boot! You're the best, Jake, and are our new official tree guy!

BThis is an update of a previous review. DVH Turf Management did refund me for the applications I did not receive. Larry also offered me an Elite Program at their cost for 2019, which I accepted. I am sure that with a full year of their service the yard will be back to looking great.

FI hired Sussex Tree to install seven Norway Spruce trees that I had purchased. Each of the trees were twelve feet tall and I felt would need the proper equipment and skill set for a successful installation. Sussex Tree came out on April 9th to do the installation. Unfortunately, nothing about the installation went right. I requested that the trees be evenly spaced. None of the trees are evenly spaced. Five of the seven trees are leaning. This is very troubling, especially due to the height that these trees will grow to. I notified Sussex Tree of the problems and was told that they would be out the next week to correct the problems. Sussex Tree never showed. I called again, two weeks later. Once again, I was assured that they would be out to correct the problems. It has now been five weeks since the installation and Sussex Tree has not been out to correct the situation and they have stopped returning my calls.

AIt went very well. Boni was recommended to us and he was so professional and helpful when we met that we did not ask for quotes from other companies. He did not disappoint. The only delays were due to delays with raw material suppliers. Once the work began, the crew worked incredibly hard and cleaned up after each day’s work was completed. Boni was responsive to all questions. We plan to continue hiring him as we decide on additional landscaping and yearly clean-up.
