ABrothers Carpet ServiceVery good job. The two larger contemporaries have large cream colored fields and cleaned up very nicely. The Oriental is in front of the front door and while mostly dark colored, it gets the outdoor wet and dirt, and it is refreshed! They gave us excellent advice on replacing inappropriate padding under all three, which we will do. Exactly on time as promised, always a nice thing!- JAMES C.

ACarpet Daddy'sExcellent work and professionalism is the best description of Carpet Daddy and Joe Gaito. I contacted them through the email link on Angie's List and within the hour Joe called follow up. He provided an estimate immediately, including discounts for Seniors and additional coupons for the dryer vent cleaning. We set up the date and time and to the minute he arrived and was ready to get to work. We walked the entire home and discussed the specific things that needed to be done including some ideas Joe added. His time estimate to complete the entire job was accurate and the work was top notch. He even cleaned a couple of additional runners in our hallway. Joe was very exacting and his work was excellent. We had a few stains from foot traffic that were completely gone by the time he finished the work. Everything was dry and ready for use within 2 hours after he completed the work. The duct cleaning was done with the same excellent attention to details. All that said and the excellent pricing that Carpet Daddy offers means i will be using Carpet Daddy for all of my carpet and floor work in the future.- Frank R.

ACarpet Daddy'sI first spoke to Joe the previous week before the service. He have me a quote over the phone. I said I need the job completed by Tuesday because Wednesday the moving truck was set to arrive and I wanted to make sure the carpets were given ample time to dry. Joe informed me this was not a problem and we made a tentative appointment for Tuesday evening. I say tentative appointment because I had a few competing cleaners giving estimates throughout the weekend and the last one was set to arrive on Monday morning. After all of the offers had been received, Carpet Daddy's was the obvious choice due to the rating here on Angie's list and their price. Their price was on average 60% or more lower then their competitors. Keep in mind Joe gave me this price over the phone and the rest of the companies actually came to my home to give a estimate. In the spirit of fairness and to avoid potential issues later, I called Carpet Daddy's back to make sure they would honor their price, stressing we had a very large home (over 4500 Sq Feet) with most of it being carpet. i was told not to worry and they would honor their price. However, my experience with contractors told me to still expect a change when they got there. I was able to move my appointment up to Monday evening. I did not get to meet the tech myself but my wife did. He arrived on time and finished on schedule as well. She said he was very professional and well mannered. He preformed his duties quickly and without issue. All of the stains and spots where removed and the carpets looked fantastic. The tech did comment that it was a large home but never did any question arise of the estimate not being honored. I went back to the home on Tuesday morning to inspect the work and see if the carpets were dry. All of my expectations were exceeded as well as their claims of service. In summary: I did not have one negative aspect with my experience with carpet Daddy's. I will use them from now on to clean the home as well as recommend to them anyone who needs their services.- Mike S.

AI have nothing but praise for this company. He came out immediately to give me a quote although he lives an hour away. So right off the bat, I was impress with his prompt service. I have a condo I rent during the summer, so the floor was in bad shape. But now it look better than ever. He was very efficient and I felt that he was sincere with everything he told me, as he was diligent in communicating with me as a customer. He called when he arrived, when he was done with the project and even sent me before and after pictures. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

AH2O Pro is an outstanding company to work with. I received three quotes from contractors to do the work, and while H2O Pro wasn't the lowest, they provided the best value for the money spent. The crew was superb in all aspects of the project, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort, safety and satisfaction. The end product was beyond our expectations. The crawlspace is so pristine, it is actually a pleasure to go into. We've had two contractors go in there for other work since it was done, and they said what a pleasure it was and what a great job H2O Pro did.

FEmpire replaced the carpeting on my sunporch and put a highly visible seam in a very high traffic area (and the seam is in 3 separate pieces across the portion of my porch that opens to the yard). The installers told me the seams would disappear when the glue dried and they did not. The installers also got carpet glue on my new Thompson Creek sliding glass doors. Empire's customer service rep says they have a lot of seam issues with the indoor/outdoor carpet product I purchased and I was told a replacement carpet MUST have a seam 90 minutes before the install team was due to arrive. I requested a full refund and am not willing to settle for a 50% refund and no carpet warranty. So please beware, they have terrible customer service and I will never do business with them again. I'm working on alternatives to replacing the carpet.
