    The experience was fine. We were buying a used car. So, we wanted a mechanic to look at it. It worked out just fine. It was a polite, cordial and punctual service. I had to have an appointment with them. They saw me immediately on my appointment.

    I was very, very impressed with them. It's quite a long ride for me but they did a very good job on the work that needed to be done. There was a recall notice that they took care of for me. They did a diagnostic on my car. They were not pushy and they were very professional, good and well stuffed. I felt very confident in letting them do the work so I don't mind paying at all. They guy that I dealt with was very professional, very neutral and straight forward. He seemed confident and knew what he was talking about.

    Too many to list. Ben provided me w/ pictures of my car lifted, engine removed so he could easily access and inspect anything, and everything. It was obvious that even though the car was low mileage, the previous owners thought that was an excuse for neglecting maintenance.The amount of leaks, damage, and items that had to be replaced is too many to list here. My invoice/receipt was nearly a page of items of 1 liner bullets with no line spacing.
    Ben has not only replaced my failing clutch, he replaced it with an improved aftermarket part (from Science of Speed). I've been running on it for nearly a year, absolutely no problems. My confidence with the car has improved dramatically.  Unlike 99% of dealerships, Ben keeps in contact w/ his customers via email/texts and goes out of his way to meet the customers needs.Bens done nearly all of my NSX maintenance work and I've had no regrets. I would not spend 4hrs round trip to get service done. People from around the country take their NSXs to him. You would have to verify, however I believe he is one of the last remaining Master Certified NSX Technicians in the east coast.

    Went in for inspection that failed due to a windshield wiper and a light over the odometer. 150.00 just to see what the problem was with the light and would have been 540.00 all said and done. Declined the work due to the cost and was then charged 90.00 labor for checking the light. None of this was explained prior to work being done. Inspected elsewhere and passed without 500.00 light bulb repair.
