    We have used Wooten for many appliances over the last 3 years. We seem to have lots of appliances have problems and Daryl comes through. He is honest and a very nice person to deal with along with the staff. HIGHLY recommend them.

    It's not very often when I can say it was a joy to work with a service company. These gentlemen were punctual, courteous, quick, and respectful. They took their shoes off before walking in the house, cleaned up when done, and stayed to answer all questions. And when they realized my room presented a challenge because of a wall bump-out, they came back later in the day to GIVE us two 36-inch sticks to make sure we had no problems while playing. Just top notch.

    it is very disappointed .  
    they are not specialized in refrigerator repair.
    they are not authorized on refrigerator repair.
    they are not able to replace the compressor which they suspected failure
    I had to call KichenAid for an authorized technician to check it out again.
    I have to pay the diagnosis fee again.
    what is the point?
    i don't understand why Angie's List recommended this company (Home Systems Appliance Repair) for repairing my refrigerator.
    I would like to get my money back to pay an authorized, qualified refrigerator repair service!!!!!

    Our refrigerator died on a Sunday.  Monday morning we called Gilbert and he came out the same afternoon.  He quickly diagnosed the problem was a bad blower fan motor.  I appreciated that demonstrated the motor had failed and that the new one was operational prior to installing.  I couldn't be happier with the service he provided..

    Scheduled service for the day after we contacted them.  Showed up on time, had the right parts and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our dryer very quickly.  Technician was professional and courteous and did a great job.

    Called due to a smoking dryer. Mr. Wooten came out the same day which was a big help. He was thorough in confirming all the elements of the dryer were in a safe working order and there was not a buildup of lint. Assessed the problem was with a clogged vent to the exterior. I was disappointed that he doesn't do vent cleaning as other reviews made it sound like that was a service provided but that was my fault for not asking up front. Also asked to to look at a leaking dishwasher assuming the seal needed to be replaced. He inspected and said the seal was fine but found a submerged filter that had become mostly clogged and also re-seated and leveled the dishwasher which was not installed very well by the builder. He was very informative, knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend and use again.

    Great service.  A+++++  All the nice things said by others on Angies List are TRUE.  He was a pleasure to do business.

    He could not fix the refrigerator but was quick to refer me to another company and even gave me their telephone contact.

    I have seen the "A" rating on Angie List, so I have tried many time to contact them for service.  Every time I have tried to contact them I get an answering machine.  It doesn't matter what time I have called.  It must be a one person operation, because I never get in contact with them.  I would advise to go to a larger more responsive appliance company with good ratings.

    Over the years, Appliance Master has repaired my Whirlpool washer and dryer, GE microwave oven, Magtag dishwasher, and Jennair range. In the case of my dishwasher, now 15 years old, a problem occurred shortly after the first repair, and Appliance Master returned and did not charge me for the second trip.

    He said he'd be here between 9 and 1 and showed up a little after 9. He took a look at it and diagnosed the problem. He said it was an expensive part and he asked to see the manual. He pointed out that my product was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty for parts, and suggested I call KitchenAid for one of their authorized repairmen. That was very helpful, because the magnatron is over $200, so I was able to get the part replacement covered by KitchenAid. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem, and was very helpful. He was professional and very honest. He could have sold me the part and done the work and I wouldn't have known any better. It was a very good experience.
