  • It was a horrible experience both times. I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone and would deter home owners to go with a reliable, trustworthy and honest company, which is not Home Choice Warranty. The approval reps that the contractors call are also rude and keep the contractors on hold for over an hour sometimes. The feel bad for the contractors Home Choice Warranty has an agreement with.

  • I emailed this company on Sunday. I had a response the same day, and we set up an appointment for early Tuesday. He had traffic delays on his way and informed us that he would be 15 minutes late. I was very impressed before he even got to our home. He immediately set up the pest control equipment, put in place some barriers at likely areas of ingress, and started some of the repair from animal damage. The repairs could not be completed that day because he needed a certain color nail. In all, they made at least three trips to our home, to check on the animals, do repairs and finish placing barriers. I rated the price for the work as excellent; to be honest I did not shop around so I don't know whether the charges were typical for the work done. But I do know that I was thrilled that I could get everything done by one company. I was afraid that I would have to find a different company to do the repairs to the house. The problem was addressed and solved so much quicker than I had even hoped; damages were minimized. No more noises in the attic. I definitely feel that I got good value for what I paid. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again if the need were to arise. On top of that they were very friendly and cheerful despite having to clamber all over our roof (three stories at the back) and attic in challenging weather.

  • Didn't show to first appointment (called two hours after time window to tell us this); Came on second and tried to sell us a used part to "repair" system -- makes no sense to replace a part that wears out with a used part; was charged service charge. Requested charge be waived (when scheduling had told them what was necessary -- would never have scheduled if we knew they couldn't provide a new part (readily available on the Internet)). Multiple requests to talk to someone went unanswered or I'd get one call to explain situation and no call back. They stalled long enough that we feared they'd turn the bill over to a collection agency and so we just paid it to make this go away.

  • Projects finished on schedule and on budget. Rich spaced out the work so that we would always have one working bathroom. All the workers were on time and professional. Rich stopped by the work site every day to review the project, deliver supplies and discuss progress/details with the homeowner. If the homeowner is not available, he will call later that day. We used this company 4 1/2 years ago to remodel our kitchen, and went immediately back to them when it came time for the bathroom; we didn't even get competing bids.

  • I had two staff for two hours. They could have been more thorough and proactive; however, this was not something they would typically do so they appeared a little out of their element. The area I wanted clean is better, but it will still require me to have to go back over it, which is disappointing.

  • This is the third time I have hired Rhine. And for good reason, they do a fabulous job. The team was punctual, courteous, and real craftsmen. They did a beautiful job installing the pavers. My wife and I were thrilled when the job was finished. If you are looking for quality at a fair price, call Rhine Landscaping. I will definitely hire them in the future.

  • The initial job was done well, however, the individual whom came out was extremely unprofessional given I would not replace two garage motors. Upon contacting the company and explaining the situation, they immediately rectified the situation by having the supervisory come out at my convenience and fix the issue I had.

  • For what I ended up getting, the price was high. They were so terrible that I almost feel a moral obligation to tell somebody. They were terrible. I mean there’s no question that they were awful. Yet, it’s their business. I don’t want to sink them, but they were so terrible. If you were a friend of mine I would absolutely tell you don’t even think about them.

  • They told me what they were going to do, they came and did it and charged me the price they said. The air conditioning and heating systems are working. I think replacing a system is ridiculously expensive, but they were in line with everybody else. It works, I guess that’s the quality. Hopefully I won’t need them, but if I needed them I would use them.

  • David was incredible. He was excellent with communications and managed to work me in the next day. His work was neat - he also cleaned up nicely afterwards. He was very efficient and had all the necessary equipment to perform the job and very, very timely. I would definitely hire him again if the need arose.
