    I received personalized service from the owner Steve Wilcox. The admin staff of Josh Bihlman and Rich Shumway were very much instrumental in orchestrating the task. The entire service crew were careful and considerate. I cannot say enough about the crew chief, Gando.

    My four year old Maytag dishwasher was starting to act a little crazy. I didn't want to deal with Maytag and the people who sold me the dishwasher were too far away. So I checked Angie's List and this guy had lots of good reviews and he was close by.
    I told him my problem over the phone and he pretty much figured out what was wrong. He asked for the model number so he could look up the part and told me he would call back.  He called back in about a half hour, told me the cost of the part, the cost of labor and that he could come out and do the repair the next day and he gave me a two hour window that he could make it out.
    He came out during the early part of the two hour window, had the part that was needed and made the repair. He even provided some advice about another appliance that was giving me trouble (a washer) and re-secured an access panel on the dishwasher that had been loose for years.
    I highly recommend this guy. He's good at what he does and he's a straight shooter.

    It went very well.  They diagnosed the problem and determined
    which parts needed to be ordered on the first visit which was paid for through
    Angie?s list.  Detailed cost estimate was
    sent to by via email.  Part was ordered
    once I accepted the cost and the return visit was scheduled to install the
    parts once the parts were in.  Technicians
    showed up once as scheduled and completed the install and both appliances are
    working fine.  They fixed the problem
    that BGE homes failed to fix twice.

    We were hoping the tune-up would fix our Frigidaire refrigerator that was not cooling very well and he performed a quick diagnosis.  From the information, we decided to upgrade the refrigerator but they were good about tracking down the part that would have been needed for the repair.  Scheduling was pretty easy and they were on-time.  They technician went above and beyond and was punctual, professional and on-time for the appointment.

    (2) Hours late and didn't call to say that he would be late.  Upon arriving at my home I HAD to ASK THEM to REMOVE their shoes and then they put on the over the shoe slippers.  They had an attitude when they walked in the door.  The only way that I would ever use Appliance Repair Leaders is: I have a 90 day warranty if anything goes bad with the work he does.  Other than that I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.  Nor would I reccommend them to my friends.  HORRIBLE.

    The company notified us of the scheduled arrival time of technician and he (they, actually, as there were two technicians who arrived) arrived exactly on time.  Both techs were very courteous; they covered their outside shoes with protective covers that would not damage my hardwood floors, they introduced themselves and asked me to verify the appliance that needed repair.  We headed for the kitchen, as it was a double oven that needed repair, and the senior technician told me he "took a chance" and brought the necessary part with him.  He explained that he assumed, from the description we had provided at the time we requested service, that this particular part would be needed.  He was right, and he replaced the part.  He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, and I was reassured that he knew what he was doing.  After he replaced the part and tested the repair, I asked him about another issue with the oven and he knew immediately what the problem was.  He checked the price of the part needed, gave me an amended price for both repairs, and ordered the second part.  Both technicians returned on the scheduled date and time to complete this second repair.  
    One of the nicest things that resulted from this technicians "assumption" was that I was able to use my ovens immediately and did not have to wait for him to order the first part, since he brought it with him.
    Both of the technicians were very neat in appearance, were very polite, and were very knowledgeable about the product they were repairing.  It was an excellent experience, overall.

    Called Chris at BelAir on Monday evening, he returned voicemail Tuesday morning.  Described problem (washer would periodically stop mid-wash and I would need to open and drop lid for it to start again) and was able to get a 1:00-3:00 window for him to show up and do the work.  He arrived at around 1:40 and had the switch replaced in about 15 minutes.  His trip charge was $85, and it was another $35 for the part (which I compared to prices online and it was reasonable).  I have ran the washing machine twice with no recurrence of the issue since the repair.  He noted that it was warrantied 90 days parts and labor - I will update this review if the problem needs to be readdressed.
    Since the work was quick I asked him to take 5 minutes to look at our refrigerator ice maker, for which I described the problem and he told me the cause and the needed repair - since it is only a minor issue, I'll probably leave it alone, but if I decide to get it fixed, I'll give Chris a call.

    I don't know whether to be mad at LG (the manufacturer) or Landers.
    I called LG based on an error code the out-of-warranty dishwasher was giving me. LG gave me their "read-from-a-book" diagnosis and I relayed that to Landers when I asked for service. Nevertheless, Landers came out and charged me $99.95 to tell me what LG had told me.  They gave me an estimate to repair the issue. The cost of repair was almost 3/4th the cost of a new dishwasher. So we did not go ahead with the repair.
    I wish there would have been away to get a ball park repair estimate based on the error code from the dishwasher,
    That said, the repair guy was very friendly, courteous and professional. They provide a 5 hours window when you call but narrow it down to 2 hours the day of the service call.  I could have sworn that they said they would pro-actively call the morning of the service call but I ended up having to call Landers to get a confirmation on the smaller time frame.
    My guess is that Landers is really too far away, geographically, to be of much help in the future but since they were about the only ones in the State that would even look at LG and come to my house, it was worth it.
    They are very upfront with the fact that the service call of $99.95 is in addition to anything else. So be prepared to shell out the bucks whether you get a repair or not.

    I had a burner not working on a GE range. He's very informative and has done a lot of leg work for me without me paying a dime to him. He's been very helpful before even paying him for anything. It's rare that you get that kind of investment on his end without any guarantee of a return. He really takes a personal concern in his customers. However he is very hard to get ahold of; his phone is off the hook, but he does return calls very well once you leave a message.

    Our new washer and dryer had been incorrectly installed by Sears when they delivered them. Integrity checked them out thoroughly and removed the incorrect venting from the dryer, replaced it with correct venting, checked out the washer and removed the "shipping legs" that were still attached. In addition they suggested ways to strengthen the second story floor where these appliances are located. The complete service took about 1 hour.
