    Meech and Joey did a great job. They came on time and spent several hours combing through my husband's car. It was so easy to just have them show up and take care of the cleaning without us having to go anywhere!! When they were done they had me check the whole car over and when I pointed out that they missed a spot they powered up the generator again and cleaned that area without any attitude (which let's be honest, a lot of companies suffer in the customer service area). They were great and highly recommend!!

    This was my first time at Firestone Complete Auto Care and my experience could not have been better. I had something puncture a tire on a Saturday night and it looked like I would have to wait util Wednesday to get the replacement tire delivered. I decided to call Firestone Complete Auto Care on Sunday morning because they carry Bridgestone tired, even though the tire I have is hard to find. I spoke with Sergio who told me that had 4 of the tires I needed in stock and could probably put in on that day. So, I put on my spare tire and drove to Firestone Complete Auto Care about 40 minutes later. Sergio was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable, and handle the service ticket quickly. I waited in their waiting room which had extremely comfortable chairs. They replace 2 tires on my car in just about an hour and a half. Phillip was the technician and I also found him to be very courteous and professional. The work was done perfectly, without an appointment, on a Sunday morning. This was one of the best experiences I have had and I will definitely recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care.

    We dropped the car off with Clayton in the morning and spent half the day on a short trip.  When we came back they were just fininshing it.  The car looks brand new, just like Clayton said it would.  We are completely satisfied with the work.  Clayton is a real good guy and his staff does quality work.  Would recommend his to anyone.

    AS usual everything performed well. My family has used this business for over 10 years and have always found the service to be excellent, timely and reasonable. They have also provided good advice as it relates to future service needs and options along with potential cost. Recommend highly.

    They are excellent. I would only have the highest of ratings for them. They're great mechanics. I have never had to overpay. They don't just change things out without a cause. If they change things, they'll let you know. If you have them check your breaks, they'll come back and tell you, "Your front pads are 70% worn and your back pads." They're very honest.

    I called Mr. Stansbury and left a message on his voicemail and he got back to me immediately. We scheduled the work for the following week. It turned out to be cold and rainy that day but Mr. Stansbury had called the day before to ask if I had a garage because he could work inside. He quoted me a price of $200 but indicated that it might be more depending on the condition of the car. I had high expectations after reading other reviews and his work did not disappoint. He spent 8hrs and my car has never looked better. The price was a little higher because he didn't realize there was 3rd row seating when he did the initial estimate. For the amount of time he spent and quality of the work, it was well worth it. Mr. Stansbury was very personable and professional.

    They did the scheduled maintenance on my Honda. The car was dropped off the night before. I noted that I wanted to pick it up at 4:00 pm. They called at 4:30 pm. to tell me it was ready. I had made an appointment and they had it all day. They should have had it done by 4:00 pm.

    I went to Sport Honda because that is where I bought my car and I get "free oil changes" as long as I have all my service done at their service center. I made an appointment. Given the amount of work they did, I thought it took a little long for someone with an appointment, but maybe it took them a while to figure out what was wrong with the sunroof. I also thought it was a little expensive. The work they performed seems acceptable, but I'm not sure the "free oil change" is really worth the cost.

    When we called to schedule the appointment, we asked approximately how long the recall service would take so we would know if we could wait for it or if we needed to make other arrangements. We decided to wait for it. When we arrived at the time of the scheduled appointment, we were told that it would take almost twice as long because there were a number of vehicles in ahead of us. We reminded them about the appointment and were told that they service the cars in the order they come in. That means that making an appointment is a waste of time. I complained. The truck was ready in a reasonable amount of time (just slightly longer than they had told us over the phone). The work they completed was fine.

    They did an excellent job. We have used them before and will use them again. We called on a Monday, and they were able to take us the next day. We needed an oil change and 60,000 mile inspection and new brakes. They called to tell us we needed new air, fuel, and cabin air filters. They said that the front brakes were fine and that the rear brakes were worn, but we could certainly get 6 more months out of them. We got the rear brakes anyway. We've had a number of experiences with Ken's Service Centers (both this one in Hanover and the one on Minstrel Way in Columbia), and they are always very honest about what needs to be done. They have never tried to sell us a service that wasn't needed. If we called to question why a service was suggested, they have always done an excellent job explaining.
