ASilaOne unit was fine. The heat pump unit needs some new parts as it is 11 years old and sitsc in the roof under the southern sun and is just getting worn down. So Rob from Sila recommended the parts that need replacing. Very good company that I have used for that to perform these twice yearly checkups. Highly recommended.- Perry T.

ASilaI’ve had an annual maintenance agreement with SILA for several years. On today’s visit, service was excellent as usual. I always feel that the technicians give my system a thorough check. Last year, I had a no heat situation and SILA responded within a couple hours. That is the reason I will continue to have an annual maintenance agreement.- Laurel C.

ASilaMarcus was prompt and polite. He did our 6 mo inspection of our furnace and investigated when I described how our smart thermostat would restart when heat was engaged. He discovered a crack in our heat exchanger which caused the unit to overheat and cut power to the thermostat. The main office got back to us promptly with an estimate, ordered the part, and we had it fixed within a week. We have used Sila for A/C repair, furnace maintenance, and plumbing and have nothing but the best things to say about them. We look forward to continuing to rely on them!- Lia R.

Quotes for the installations were probably not the lowest available but I have been impressed with the skill and efficiency of their technicians and they have always been very responsive on any service calls. A4 Service ProsOur heating system broke down on the day before the first snowstorm of the year. 4 service pros was able to send out a tech on the same day. Our tech, Henry, came in on time with all necessary COVID 19 PPEs (masks, gloves and shoe covers), which is really appreciated in the current situation. He's also very professional. Although he didn't have the part needed, he came up with a temporary solution to provide us heating during the snowstorm, and scheduled an appointment the day after the snowstorm to finish the work. We're very happy with the service, and will definitely hire them when we have needs in the future.- Li L.

FI gave specific instruction on what needed to be done and was given assurances that the work would be completed as specified. The work was completed and the cleaning crew left the house before I could get back to inspect. Once I inspected it I found that the directions were not adhered to. First, the house was completely empty and we were getting the carpets cleaned the very next day so the instructions were to not be concerned about the carpet but concentrate on the hard wood floors on the second level. The result was the carpets were done and the hard wood floor was not done to my sanctification, not buffed, not shined. Also, we had new marble counter tops installed which had some chalk marks on them. These marks were not cleaned off either. I called the representative and explained my displeasure and she agreed to send the crew back the same day after they had finished another job. Later the same day they returned, I pointed out the mistakes and the crew said that was the best they could do and they did not have the proper materials to make it any better. I called the representative back and she then explained that they were an "environmental safe" company and did not use harsh products to do what needed to be done. I informed her that this was not explained to me when I booked the service and respectfully asked her to tell the crew to vacate the house and rectify the situation. Although in the end of the day I was reimbursed my money in full I would not recommend this service to anyone and would not use them in the future.

FPlease stick to promotions only and do not use other services as they are twice more expensive than other company's services. I was charged $1000 for deep air duct cleaning and dryer cleaning for 15 vents which is way overpriced. It was done in 2 hours by one person. This is like $500 per hour . It is complete rip off as I expected him to do all deep cleaning. Please be careful and ask about number of hours they will spend on cleaning . As per National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) a deep cleaning will take at least 4-8 hours and I have 15 vents. Please stick to the promotion as also do the complete research as I had done mistake before I hired this contractor.

ACustomer service is important to me. In that I expect professionalism and personable characteristics. When my rugs were evaluated in my home, I was educated on their domain and the families who made them. Only an expert has these types of details in their brains. Faisel, the owner of this business, is personally familiar with the family who made one of my rugs. Oriental rugs are pieces of art and need special attention and care if we want them to remain investments and heirlooms. Faisel picked up and returned my rugs with a realistic, timely response. We trusted him to wash them, treat them, cut pads to go under them, and appraise them. He is a hard working business man and caring individual for his staff, family, customers, and the rugs he buys, sells, and restores. Great job!!

AWe used another company last year they were horrible. I contacted albright that was the best decision ever. They are very professional and friendly. The price was good and they showed you a video before and after the job was done. Cleaned up everything and showed up on time. They cared about your safety because of Corona virus.
