    My first appointment was schedule for March 15 between 2pm-5pm. The technician arrived at 6pm and diagnosed that a belt needed to be replace. Another appointment was schedule for March 19 between 2pm-5pm to replace belt and got a call at 3:21pm that day and was told that the technician will not be able to make the appointment. Mind you���I had to leave work early on both days to be home for the appointments. Another appointment was made for March 20 between 5pm to 8pm. The technician came and took my dryer apart, just to find out that the issue was not the belt but the motor was going bad after he researched the issue on google while he was in my kitchen���why wasn���t that done initially? I am not a technician but even I knew that it was the motor going bad. The technician put my dryer back together and now it���s not working at all. I paid them the $99.00 diagnostic fee and will call it my loss.

    The technician was great. My only comment is that he did not have a long-enough ladder even though I told the company when I scheduled the appointment that a 30-foot ladder was necessary, but that wasn't the technician's fault.

    My built-in LG microwave oven stopped working. The lights on the control panel just went out and nothing worked; not even the slide-out hood. Looking up reviews in Angie's List, Google, Home Advisor, and Yelp I called several appliance repair companies around the Germantown neighborhood but found that most do not deal with microwave ovens. Finally, I called Bogart Appliance Repair and Jose answered the phone. He sounded polite and professional so I arranged for him to drop by. He wasn't able to make it the day I called but arranged to come the next day. On the day of the appointment, he called to say he could make it earlier so he came by. Jose opened up the control panel, checked through, traced the fault and corrected it. He could easily have fooled me into thinking there was a more serious issue but he didn't. He did an honest job, put everything back in place, cleaned up, made sure the microwave worked and didn't charge anything extra apart from his service fee. My wife and I are very pleased with the repair. Jose was professional all the way through. I would certainly call on him again if I need any appliance repaired in the future.

    Do not use this company! I had them replace my furnace and after they left, I discovered a natural gas leak and the furnace filter haphazardly placed within the box. What is interesting is when I questioned the company about why the filter was not installed correctly in the furnace, I was told they we would need to install an extra box to properly house the filter (which apparently would meet building code standards). In other words, they installed my furnace without a required box to house the filter which will very likely cause the furnace to break not to mention leave dirty air in the house. The company refused to fix the problem without an additional cost! Not to mention, they used my new Dyson vacuum without my permission to suck up water and their mess! Yes, I was dumping water out of my Dyson vacuum after they left. Do not let these people in your house!

    Wooten promised a service time between 2-5pm. Tech arrived right at 5! I explained issue, he went right to diagnosing. Turned out problem was in drain hose. He resolved and made recommendation on another issue. Technician was a very friendly person and explained everything very well and made good recommendations. Would definitely hire again.

    Germantown Appliance Repair Men
    They were supposed to come on the 1st.? They were supposed to be here between the hours of 1-4 and no showed.? They called in between, they were coming later, later, later and just no more, they would come tomorrow.? Thursday, they kept changing the times again and finally showed around 4:30 I believe and stayed a half hour.? They came back the next day and stayed another half hour.? The initial cost was like $100 to get them to come and the other was like $328 on top of that.? It was $328 total.? I'm very upset.? I called the company and asked to speak to the supervisor and they said someone would get back with me but nobody has yet.? The man himself was nice, I didn't have a problem with him, but he was difficult to understand.? I could understand him in person but on the phone he was all gobbled.? If everything was fixed I would've said the price was OK, but the fact that nothing has changed, I'd say that's kind of expensive.? Also the fact that he gave me his private number to call him rather than calling the company again made me start to wonder but I didn't wonder these things until the next day.? He might of fixed something.? I don't know what it could've been, probably something the things that didn't need fixing.? I would not say responsiveness was great.? I had to wait 2 days for them to show up.? If I were working, I would've lost 2 days of work.? That's not acceptable.? When they did say they were coming, they didn't show either.? I can't say anything bad about the guy.? When he came, he was polite and I thought he was doing work.? He was difficult for me to understand.? I actually did give the man a tip when he left.? I don't know what I was thinking but it is my way to try to take way of service people because my family has had service providers in it and they've gotten stiffed many, many times.? He was very nice, no problems there.

    Wuerstlin's is an outstanding company and we highly recommend them. We were able to get a service call quickly, the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and outlined our options, and for the fraction of the cost of a new oven, which we hoped to avoid, Wuerstlin's tracked down the parts we needed and had our oven up and running again in a few weeks. The technician who helped us was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and we are very grateful for his help.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    The freezer was missing a shelf. When I called Sears I was told I'd get a 10% credit and they'd deliver the shelf in 3 days. When I asked to speak with a Supervisor, I was told there was a 7 to 10 day wait for the part and no discount. The Supervisor told me the Agent was incorrect. I asked that he be counseled.

    Wooten Appliance did a great job of acquiring the necessary part (Samsung makes you jump through hoops) but they came and installed it for us right away. I did not have a bad conversation with anyone in their organization and I would definitely use them again should I have appliance repair needs.
