On time; great communications in terms of what their daily plan was, what challenges were coming up, response to my questions/concerns; excellent quality of work, very efficient and also friendly and responsible. In our initial consultation, we agreed it might be possible to simply replace a 3 yard square of ceiling plaster that was coming down, but might be necessary to do the whole thing. That turned out to be the case but the team was clear in showing me why their efforts to do the small piece were not working. Their work on taking the ceiling down and re-doing it was efficient and high quality. A great experience all around!- Mary M.

Kevin and Soren did an excellent job -- they did quality work, worked efficiently, and and were good to communicate with. Jesse did an excellent job helping us define the scope of our project and identify what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done). Kevin even made a couple extra trips to complete some electrical work that proved to be more complex than we anticipated. A4 Service ProsHad a great experience using 4 Service Pros for the first time when we hired them to install a light fixture in a room that did not have a previous ceiling light. Ron Jones gave us a free quote and came out the following week to complete the job. He was on time, professional, and very friendly! The job was finished much faster than I expected and the quality of the work was great. Light look amazing, no mess from the cutting of the hole was left, and the money spent was worth every penny. Their quote was a little higher than others I received but 4 service pros has a ton more reviews, all of them excellent, and I would rather pay a bit more to get the best quality of work than take a chance with less reviewed companies. Afrom start to finish wilcox electric has been excellent in terms of scheduling, explaining the specifics of the work required, and then efficiently getting it done. The technician, Steve, was particularly helpful in describing the cause of the problem with the light fixture, as well as the specifics of the repair work. He also explained why we did not need to replace one of the bathroom outlets. We have used--and been pleased with--wilcox electric in the past. should the need arise we will use them in the future We recommend them to others without reservation.

FI scheduled this company but they never showed. The lead estimator then lied and said that he had called and "went onsite but had no luck." Integrity and honesty is a big deal for me; the fact that someone is lying for such pettiness should say enough and reflect poorly on this company. I don't know about the quality of their work, but based on this anecdotal evidence, I'm glad they weren't hired.

AI highly recommend AIVI Global as they are one of the best companies that I’ve hired in years. I worked with Stephanie (who is incredibly professional, smart, honest, amiable and most importantly, creative) to install Christmas lights for the first time at my new home. I had absolutely no idea re what kind of design I wanted and boy, am I glad that Stephanie had a great vision for the project. She took ample time to give me several options while making sure that I was always pleased with my final choice. Stephanie was kind enough to help me determine which items to purchase for the project (lights, extension chords, etc) and she actually went to the store on three separate occasions to make sure that I got the correct items. The first time she went with me to Home Depot. The second and third time she was my proxy and shopped (beautifully) on my behalf. Simply put, she is a creative genius! I couldn’t believe my eyes once she was finished with the decorations and neighbors tell me daily “your home is beautifully decorated!” I couldn’t be happier and I owe it all to Stephanie (and her amazing crew) for helping to make what has been a very tough and challenging season bright.
