AGraves Design & Remodeling IncThe project went very well, from start to finish. It stayed within budget, and the team was responsive and pleasant to work with. The work was extensive - they excavated and installed a new egress window, installed new lighting, switches, and outlets, built in a closet, installed and painted new drywall, installed new padding and carpet on the floor. ALoayes PaintingEdwin Loayes and his team were fantastic! He provided a fair quote for the work and kept to the estimate. His team was extremely careful in our home, taking care to cover furniture and prevent damage to our wood floors so that paint and drywall didn't damage anything. Their attention to detail was also professional, taking care to make sure everything looked better than we they walked in. They even went out of their way to fix little blemishes and properly secure wall-mounted fixtures after repainting. We also appreciated the fact that they took their COVID-19 precautions seriously, wearing face masks at all time without us having to remind them or ask. They had estimated that it would take three days to complete the work, but Edwin brought in an extra few guys on the second day so they could complete the work in two days—which we appreciated since we are (like everyone) working from home and had to sequester ourselves to another level of the condo. I would highly recommend Loayes and look forward to seeking their services again.- Will R.

APhoenix Home Services IncOverall Phoenix did a fantastic job with this project. Despite the current COVID environment, they were here everyday getting the job done. Communication was good, and we did not have any hiccups or addendums that weren't previously discussed from the original scope of the job. We did have some issues with the re-surfacing of the hardwood floors, but Phoenix went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the end product. They were fantastic to accommodate us on certain items based on our budget; one thing that stood out to us was this feature. We are so happy we found them and our house is better than we imagined it would be from the initial drawings. We hope to work with them again on other projects for our home.- Brandon Z.

FURR - Was that my property twice this week the first time was to do an inspection on the water heater and they performed a water heater flush and gave me a great deal! They informed me of my unit performance and gave me helpful tips. The second visit was because my Gas furnace was not cycling correctly, the technician came out and promptly fixed the issue, also gave me a fair price, and gave me helpful tips. Will definitely be using them again in the future, for any water heater, air conditioning, gas furnace, plumbing, or electrical needs!- Jeff O.

AIf the polar vortex is coming into your home, I recommend Home Energy Medics to conduct an energy audit to pinpoint where you are loosing heat. Using high tech machinery, the Home Energy Medics identifies where heat is escaping from your home and proposes solutions. I’ve used Home Energy Medics twice in the last five years and have been extremely happy with the results. In January 2021, they put insulation in my exterior walls where none had existed in my 100-year old building. The able crew completed additional tasks on my “to do” list (among them adding closet doors in my bedroom) and repainted all the walls in the two rooms in which they had worked. I recommend High Energy Medics highly to make your home more energy efficient (read lower energy bills). The outfit is extremely knowledgeable and the workers are considerate and Covid 19-aware. I recommend them highly.

From start to finish everyone from the office staff to the sales rep to the installers were a breeze to work with, friendly, professional, and punctual. Replaced an existing Trane system with a top of line Carrier system for $2000 less than the next best competing estimate, just got the first electric bill and it's already saving us money.
