    PAINTMASTERS AUTO PAINTING
    The experienced I had with Paint Master is the worst of any paint shop I ever had. The work quality was very poor. Lots of paint overruns and paint missing in some spots. The door frame that was replaced was misaligned , it had to be redone. Also there were spots that I requested to be repainted not related to the work been done and there were not done. Will not recommended this shop to anyone. No commitment to Customer Satisfaction. I asked them to install a spoiler in my cat again not related to the work been done and they told will take care of it. Two month later after finally my car been completed they; I was told they could not install the spoiler because they did not had the knowledge / or personnel to do a simple spoiler installation. It has taken more than 3 month for them to correct the paint correction in my car. Terrible experience

    Had a terrific experience here! Needed to go in for an oil change and new brakes. They were able to squeeze me in that same day which was great because it only took a couple hours! They were even courteous to give it a quick wash! I refuse to go anywhere else than to these guys. 5 stars!

    They did a fabulous job! I had an work done in the past by other auto body companies and they do not compare to the service provided by In & Out Auto Body. They were complete professionals and attentive to the details of the work. The paint job matched perfectly! Definitely will use them again if I need any auto body repair work.

    The first time I had my custom bumper done it surpassed my expectations. I came back for all my custom work on my car because they pay attention to details and make sure everything looks great. They really make sure the customers needs and wants are paid attention to. This is the only body shop that does work for me on my car since it's custom and they really do top class work. I know my car is in good hands at Precision whenever I want something done.

    Excellent. The quality of the work done is excellent. The work was finished a day early. They washed the car and vacuumed the inside before returning it to us. We've used another auto body shop in the past but we will definitely return to Hanagan's if we need work (let's hope not).

    They did fine. There are quite a few of them in the area. They must be good because every location seems to always be busy. They were recommended to us by our current insurance agent of being the best in the area because we just moved to this area. She said they always do a good job and their prices are reasonable. They did what they were supposed to. It does not look like it was repaired; it looks like the original.  We brought the car in, they gave us an estimate and told us to bring it in within a couple of days. We did not have any issues at all. They are obviously used to working with insurance companies. There were no problems with them.

    "I Do Not" Recommend this collision shop to anyone. My Experience at this shop: I took my 2010 Ford Explorer which I have recently purchased in March of this year 2016. Due to an accident in which occurred earlier this month in October, I took my vehicle to get repairs done at New Impressions Collision Center. Keep in mind that I have just bought this SUV from the Lexus dealer. The SUV had no prior damages when I bought it, but as a result of this accident damages were very obvious, since the main point of impact was to the right front lower end of the vehicle. The front bumper was split at the corner along with other parts like the splash shield, Radiator, Rt Front Wheel etc... When I took my vehicle into this shop I spoke to the "Alex Hernandez" (owner) of the shop with respect to the damages that were sustained. I mentioned to him all the details as to how the accident happened so that he had a better understanding as to what measures he needed to take in order to re-establish the integrity of my vehicle, as well as providing him with my Insurance information. After repairs were "supposedly completed" by New Impressions Collision Center, Alex the (Owner) called me to let me know that my vehicle was 100% complete. I returned my rental vehicle and picked my SUV from the shop. When I drove my SUV off the shops lot, I felt a serious vibration as I begun to increase the speed. When I came to a complete stop at the light down the street from the shop, I also noticed a bad odor which seemed to smell like Radiator fluid coming inside the vehicle. I immediately gave the shop a call to explain my concerns but since it was late in the evening the shop had closed and I had no other option than to just take my vehicle back home that evening. The following day I contact Alex the (Owner) to explain the situation at hand and he just kept leading me to speak with my insurance agent at Allstate refusing to take care of his absolute poor workmanship. I felt " Very Frustrated" that the owner kept sending me to speak with my insurance agent at Allstate as if it was their fault. After reaching out to my agent, I explain the situation and I asked him what I should do in this case and he stated to me that Allstate had not performed any of the workmanship and their for the shop had the responsibility of taking care of the situation. Unfortunately the owner did not want to continue with any repairs due to his "POOR WORKMANSHIP" and advised me to hire an attorney because he was not going to take care of the problem. Ladies and Gentleman you have been advised, "KEEP AWAY" from this shop unless you want to find yourself in the same situation. Unfortunately I have to Rate this business with 1 star, if it was possible I would give this shop "NO STARS AT ALL" for their despicable service.

    The tire rotation was $29, but everything else was free because it is a new car. It is under a 2 year free contract. You just show up even without an appointment. I normally only wait like 30 minutes. They are very friendly, and do not try to be pushy salespeople.

    Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on body work.   Had to wait a week for an appt.
    Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for a rep to even look at my car.
    Was told I would receive an estimate by email later that day, didn't receive anything until 4 days later, and only after 3 follow up phone calls.
    When I did receive the estimate, it was not for all the work I asked for.
    Follow up email, and was promised a revised quote, still waiting for that 3 weeks later.

    If this is the estimate, then I sure as heck don't want them actually holding my car "hostage" to their terrible customer service.
