    I thought my oven was broken cause I can smell gas. I asked for a quote on Angie's and get a call back from Roger pretty fast. he showed up the sameday afternoon. turns out its because the air hole was covered on the bottom. Roger explained to me in great detail and helped me with CO detectors jnstallation. he is really helpful and proactive.

    Water Heater started leaking, had to turn it off, so no dishwasher, no warm laundry, and no hot showers. Their first appointment was two days away. I stayed home from work to meet them, then they didn't show up. No phone call, nothing.. I called the service center and they said the tech got stuck on their last project. So I had to reschedule, Had to leave work early to meet the guy, and the first thing he did was call "a senior tech" to find out how to start troubleshooting?!?! REALLY ?!?!? He suggested it was a thermostat problem, and replaced both. A few days later the water is GUSHING out of the hot water heater. This time its a real mess. Had to turn it off again and get a hose to drain the tank out into the yard, and borrow a shop vac to clean up the water. Carpet is ruined. I call the service center and have to wait until they open the next day to talk to someone, I call Wednesday morning and the soonest they can get someone out was Saturday. Again the tech is clueless and start checking things. When I tell him that it's been off and drained since Tuesday night, he tells me, "Thats not in my notes". I eventually convince him to honor the warranty and replace it. He says he got authorization to do that, but that I'd have to wait 24-48 hours for a phone call from the replacement division. now 5 days without hot water in my house. AVOID ALL THINGS SEARS AT ALL COST. LET THEM FAIL AND GO AWAY

    Dickson Mkama was the definition of professional. He called immediately and came the same day. Unfortunately he needed to order parts which he was able to pick up the next day and he was able to make the repair that day. He was very sensitive to the fact that I needed to be able to wash as soon as possible and worked to make that happen. I would certainly use him again and highly recommend him.

    The oven has had problems for 3 months choice has dispatched three different technicans and problem still isn't fixed. The people taking calls don't listen very well --you need to talk to a supervisor to get action. Also the issue is miss stated as problem to cook top of stove. I have called three times to correct this and you still don't have it correct.

    Company was assigned to us through an appliance warranty agreement to repair a refrigerator ice maker. They came out and replaced the ice maker unit without doing any diagnostics. This it didn't solve the problem - still no ice. They then advised it must be that the filter box was clogged due to scaling (which isn't covered by warranty) and reported this to the warranty company. They made this determination without coming back out to verify for sure this was th problem. Anyhow, I asked them for a quote to replace the filter box and was told I'd get it by the end of the day - and that I would pay them directly. I attempted to follow up 5 times via text and phone over the course of a week, but was completely ghosted by them. We then paid another company to come out. Turned out the problem was a leaky evaporator coil (which is covered by warranty). It only took a couple of minutes to remove the back freezer panel and reveal the problem (everything back there was iced over, see photo), but Leo Underground failed to do this basic level of investigation to really determine what was going on. Their poor performance regarding diagnostics and lack of responsiveness wound up wasting a great deal of our time and has caused other issues with our warranty provider.

    We were able to contact Wooten easily to schedule a service appointment. The technician was running late and we were contacted by the office for updates. The Technician was knowledgeable, communicated the problem clearly, and arranged for repair parts promptly. The cost of visit and repairs were reasonable, the office response and technician were good. We would not hesitate to call Wooten appliance again!
