Pressure Washing reviews in Frederick

I had to turn them away since they were not honoring the price they charged me before with the exact same coupon. Wanted to charge me more than $250 extra. I tried to explain tp the lady at their office that I had used the same coupon for years ( I have many saved in the house folder I have) and I had the invoice from several years ago for her to see. Exact coupon+ Same house ! She did not want to accept it. Also in their coupons states that larger homes SLIGHTLY higher. Coupon price was $245 and they charged me $275 before which was reasonable. Now they wanted to change it to $500 with exact coupon. It just does not make sense and what they did was very unprofessional. Also she did not care that we were their clients for many years. Mostly we did window washing. I have attached the invoice which clearly said ALL WINDOWS and SIDING CLEANING. Also I have attached 3 coupons for 2017-2019

Communication was limited to short emails and a brief phone call. A pre-job meeting was refused. Todd said review of work would happen day of the job. Since wed had positive experiences with similar situations with other local, independent businesses, we went ahead with the job. We depended on Todd, as a professional, to give us a review of the work to be performed and appropriate expectations about the outcome of his work before the job was started! However, that did not happen, and we realize that many problems would have been avoided or remedied with good communication! Todd called 21 Oct, the day before, saying hed arrive later to allow the day to warm up. Difficult to understand Todd as he wasnt speaking clearly and there was a lot of background noise that sounded like a gathering. Todd hung up as soon as Liz responded; Liz called back, left a message which was not returned. 22 Oct, Todd did not announce his arrival, but Liz saw him out a window trying to hook up his hose to our faucet. Went out to meet him and asked to go over the job. At the garden, Liz tried to say she would move items, but Todd was insistent he could reach the fence around the items. Todd insisted on doing our neighbors fence on our side of the yard without their permission. He said it was his right to do because it faced our yard. We especially pointed out that our covered deck was recently stained/sealed, had protective tarps over the steps and railings, and needed to remain dry to finish curing. Siding under the deck had been cleaned by us and we cleaned out a couple feet to give a buffer. Asked Todd to please spray away from the deck and to keep it dry! Todd did not show much interest in what Liz had to say and told her not to worry. Scheduling for this type of work booked way in advance, we felt pressure since this work was being done ahead of having a new roof put on the next week. With previous good reviews and a positive referral, we trusted the outcome not believing any permanent harm could be done to the house siding and fence since it was such a gentle process. We were wrong! Not long into the process, Todd was spraying near the deck and big suds globs were falling all over the deck floor. Liz tried to get Todds attention but he initially ignored her then literally yelled, "Lady, either let me do my job or I'm leaving now!" We truly regret not asking him to leave, but at the time he had sprayed the fence and part of the house with the solution. Liz used some buckets of water to wash off the suds, but then Todd sprayed the entire deck floor. Perhaps to rinse it off, but he sprayed with purpose up under the tarps, getting the protected areas extra wet as the tarps held the water under them! Todd presented himself as an aggressive and angry man whom we did not want to confront for concern of further harm to our property. When Todd finished, Liz asked if he wanted to walk the job, just to hear what he would say about things. Todd focused on a general look at the siding and did not point out anything else. Liz explained deep concern for the deck as there were black streaks throughout the floor and steps. Todd claimed it was normal and would disappear when it was dry. We paid for the service, not knowing what else to do or the damage we would find later. When we realized the depths of damage and difficulty, we emailed Todd and received a vague response. Glen called Todd that same evening asking to meet so Todd could have the opportunity to set things right. At one point, Glen gave the phone to Liz to better explain our concerns. Todd screamed, not yelled, but screamed almost immediately at Liz, "you have an old house, Lady, I knew I should have left your freaking house., then, Good-Bye!" Todd called Glen back and gave a simple apology. Todd said he couldnt meet with us until 25 Oct at 5 pm and muttered that he was never called back on a job. 24 Oct Todd emailed that he would not be coming on 25 Oct. He addressed us as Mr. and Mrs. Church - our name is Krc! Todd stated that he had Lizs approval, (which was not given); that we were being very particular. He wrote, will not be coming to address those particular concerns that you have stated." We sent a detailed letter in document and email format to Todd twice stating our disappointment and need to settle the difficulties. We told him that we would need to take action if we did not hear from him and if there was no resolution for the damage and problems. He has not responded. We have seen other recent negative reviews and have compassion that a good man and good company are having difficulties. We need help in remedying the issues we have and hope the Angie's Conflict Resolution actions will benefit both of us. 1. no clean up -- many mud spattered items which could have been easily rinsed off; very muddy spots where grass was walked down into the mud that needed greater care and attention 2. we asked about the windows, told they would be clean and nice/ asked about painted areas like the garage door; and told no damage but left clean --all windows have a film covering them or in wide streaks; screens have streak runs --the garage door, which had some areas that needed to be repainted, was blasted so hard that large pieces of paint were left on the driveway and the wood under the paint was very wet 3. we understand we have an older fence and had chosen the gentle, low pressure cleaning; the Eco wash website details the damage of power washing, yet our fence appears to have been "power washed severely" as the wood is splintered and has power washed markings --on a competent wood post, there are 1/2 to 1 inch gouges --wood on a gate is overly damaged, found a large splinter of wood powered off laying nearby, plus exterior of the gate and 4-foot segment of fence adjacent to it were not cleaned --at the base of fence posts, the soil was blasted away as much as 1-2" deep, plus a residue was left in a dried puddle at the base of the posts --we use the top rails of the fences to hang out rugs or tarps they were smooth, now splintered --the neighbor's fairly new fence has power wash markings, splintering! 4. the siding is older but competent; we knew it had faded but not badly and still looked good; now it is very faded, has a heavy chalky residue, so that even putting our hand on the siding leaves residue on our hands; when we wipe across it with our finger, paint-colored residue comes off! This has reduced the longevity of our siding and good appearance of our home! --a clear line can be seen between where we cleaned the siding near the deck, which still retains it color and luster, and where Todd cleaned, which is chalky, lighter in color, and dull. There is no evidence of a preventive wax. We are devastated by the damage to our siding and do not know how to restore it! --after the job, Todd noted that the exterior of the gutters couldnt be completely cleaned due to age, which may be understandable, but should have been laid out as a possibility before the work was done. --there were some dirt areas missed on the soffit which we cleaned easily with hose and soap 5. since the deck was brought to Todd's attention, we expected to be told upfront if overspray couldnt be avoided; we had extra tarps and would have covered the floor of the deck as well --Todd's overspray and then deliberate spraying of the deck took away the sheen on the deck floor, left some discoloration or unevenness on some of the deck floor boards and steps --We feel very upset for Todd to not respect our work, overriding our decisions and requests with his opinions and actions. The main issue is that this was totally avoidable! 6. the concrete porch, steps and walkway were also irreversibly damaged --large stain on the porch was not removable although Glen has removed similar past stains --we often sit outside on our steps and can tell the surface is much rougher! --the smooth cement top of the concrete is gone, exposing aggregate in some areas. 7. indoors during the cleaning process and later when we were outside, we smelled something like chlorine; we wondered if the EcoWash product smelled this way or if something was wrong --rinsing of mud splattered items produced lots of suds, even on the fence and deck 8. possible lightening of shingles on deck roof near house and in streaks running down the roof 9. Todd cleaned various areas that had not been agreed upon either by whim or to go the extra mile --concrete down spout drains, which are now rough and were not consistently cleaned, showing a distinct line where the cleaning stopped; not all drains were cleaned, either --same holds true for the 6x6 wood edging around our garden areas, which we did not want cleaned as the wood is quite weathered; cleaning was inconsistent so that sections of the boards were cleaned while other areas on the same board were missed; plus, they are now further weathered with splintering

    Beto Trejo Painting Llc
We just moved to the area and were provided a recommendation from a local realtor for Beto Trejo. I called for a quote and was promptly called back, received a very fair quote and they were able to start immediately. All of the work was estimated to take place over four days and Beto and his team met the promised schedule. Their work was first rate and the entire house was spotless at the completion. Beto even performed some additional painting of the foundation on the detached garage for no additional charge. I am very, very pleased and will certainly be using Beto again for painting and repair work.

    Affordable Pressure Washing Solutions, LLC.
"Wow" is an understatement! From beginning to end: ordering, scheduling, and the diligent work of 2 professional men who completed the power washing - all of it was such a pleasant difference from other companies I'd contacted who quoted outrageous prices! And, how many companies call the day prior to "confirm" the appt? The men who performed the power washing worked so well together and they did an absolutely terrific job! My townhouse siding is clean and fresh looking (the north side had grown mildew and the back, south side was dirty. But, the best treat of all? The deck looks like a brand new deck. I am immensely impressed with the company and its staff!

    City Clean Inc
Although they arrived a little later than expected, they were able to finish the job before the sun set. The fence looks like it is brand new, all the weathering and mildew was removed. I would use the again for this type of service.

    Cyclone Cleaning Services, LLC
All arrangements were made online or via email because this is the twenty-first century. Work was done quickly, quietly, and efficiently - I really liked the soft touch rather than high pressure washing. Gutters were cleaned and detritus bagged and removed, thank you! The vinyl siding looks great and the gutters are operating much more efficiently now.

Mel's Power Washing & Window Cleaning Inc
They didn't do a good job. They didn't do the top half of the house. I don't know if I misread the fine print, but they only washed the bottom half of the house. The price would've been fine if they would have done the whole house.

Oasis performed all the work in a professional and thorough manner. Arthur visited my property, inspected the metal siding and prepared a detailed estimate. After I accepted his bid, Oasis came to my property, pressure washed the metal siding which reached as high as 18 feet and used water pressure to remove a few hornet nests and hundreds of spider webs and nests. Also, and without charging more, Oasis removed much of the paint that someone splattered here and there on the masonry walls of the warehouse. I was pleased completely satisfied with Arthur's service and work. I will use Oasis whenever I need pressure washing services.

Gentlemen arrived when scheduled and did what looks like a decent job pressure washing. Charged me an extra $90 for the stairs. Paid with credit card when I thought they were finished. After payment gentleman informed me someone would be back next week to apply clear sealer. Nowhere in any of the ads or emails I received before service does it say anything about there being a week between services. It should of let me know this beforehand.
