    I recently had a crack in my acrylic bathtub and called TriState Home Services to replace the tub. We decided to replace it with the same soaking tub to avoid any unnecessary damage to the ceramic tile we put in a few years ago. Bryan, the plumbing specialist at TriState did just that! He did an awesome job on this project. I also want to say how impressed I was with their customer service department, particularly with Megan, in her quick response to my emails along with making me feel so comfortable throughout the whole job.

    Darren, the Salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very low pressure sale tactics, but laid out all of the options for you. The crew came and finished installing a new heat pump and heat exchanger in a half day and then another individual returned the next day to install a new water heater. Great communication and attention to detail every step of the way! Would highly recommend!

    I had a fantastic experience with Rocket Rooter and plumber Tyler. While a different plumber quoted me several hundred dollars for replacing several pieces under my kitchen sink, Tyler assessed that all my sink needed was a tighten, a tighten! Another issue in my home required further investigation, and did need replacement parts. Tyler explained each step of his diagnostic efforts, and how the different pieces worked together. He was methodical, thorough, and fair. He expressed his philosophy of educating home owners, especially new ones like I am, so that we can be empowered in caring for our homes. His approach has changed the way I interact with anyone who services my home. I ask for the education and thoroughness that Tyler gave me. Before Tyler finished his work, he made a point of finding and showing me the main water turn off for the home. Tyler's work on behalf of Rocket Rooter Plumbing was above and beyond - I will absolutely call them again. THANK YOU!!!

    I strongly recommend NOT going with this company. Throughout the entire process it has been one issue after another. I met with Teddy Hall on 1/9/19 for a walk through and estimate. Overall Mr. Hall was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. Though I felt I was being oversold he appeared more professional and knowledgeable than the other companies that had come through to provide me with a quote. Once I signed the contract for a trench drain installation to include three sub pumps I was almost immediately contacted for an install date which was awesome. With that said I had to downright harass Mr. Hall to review the promised financing paperwork and had to threaten to cancel the contract in order to actually accomplish reviewing and signing this paperwork as I had not reviewed it and the window to cancel without penalty was coming up quickly. Once I was able to get the paperwork, again after numerous phone calls and text messages on my end, I signed all of that and scheduled my initial install date. This date was confirmed via email and over the phone. On the date of my install no one showed. Finally after multiple phone calls, again me reaching out, I was given an apology and a line about confusion over schedules and was rescheduled for the next week. There was no compensation for my lost day at work and in fact was told by the general manager, Matt Golonka, that they do not have money in their budget to compensate people for lost wages due to his company���s error and that all they can offer is an apology. The second install date comes along. I receive a confirmation call on the previous Saturday at 7:30 am from Scott to confirm a crew will be there between 8:30-10 am that Monday. So on this second date, when no one had arrived by 10 am, I called the office to see where the crew was and when they would be coming. I was told by Debbie that the time frame was merely a suggestion and when I pressed further I was told they would be there in about 45 minutes. The crew came and left. Overall they did a good job however they removed shelving off the wall unnecessarily which included the actual shelving tracks. They also removed the support beams to my stairs and when the crew stated they were done I questioned if they were going to reinstall the sink as promised by Teddy Hall when I signed my paperwork. I was told to call the office and someone else would come out. This all really came to a head when the following day, despite the job not being completed, they attempted to have the loan released to them stating all work was completed. When I relayed to Scott that I was concerned that my radon machine was not working properly since they drilled through the concrete right where it was he seemed to be confused over what radon even is which is concerning considering he was identified as the person in charge of the work crews that work in basements. I also noted that the sink had not been reinstalled which he was very quick to state was not their concern or issue. I again had to strongly advocate for myself saying this was something promised at the time I signed the contract. Teddy Hall was sent to come through that Friday, noted that the sink still needed to be reinstalled and that some of the caulking along the tracks needed to be touched up. I was promised that no later then that following Monday (2/11/9) I would be contacted with when I crew would be coming through to complete the job. He left and the company promptly tried to have the loan released again stating work was done. This time, through a three way call with the financing company, I spoke with the General Manager Matt Golonka, who seemed absolutely shocked that the work was not complete and promised a prompt follow up. So three weeks later my basement is still not completed and I have heard nothing back from this company. Despite this being a rather costly project I have been the one who has had to follow up, non-stop, with this company after continued miscommunications and false promises. I am confused as to how a business with such poor communication and customer service skills is still in business. I am not confused over their ratings and numerous bad reviews.

    Very pleased with the inspection and pumping of septic tank done for home buyers as part of the inspection process. Service Technician explained in detail condition of the tank, the Inspection report was delivered two days later as promised via email. The office staff and service tech were very punctual and professional. It is nice to know that we still have these family operated businesses that treat customers well and delivered a quality service at a reasonable price.

    To the best of my knowledge they never responded via email or phone. I can't review a service that didn't happen. If I am mistaken, I would gladly change the review. But R&E Chief would first have to provide evidence that they did try to contact me.

    The company responded quickly to my call about the leaking pipe. After removing a section of the ceiling drywall, a leaking T-junction and adjacent pipe were replaced. A month later, another slow leak was detected about a foot further along the pipe from the original repair. Charles Murphy company replaced this leaky section at a reduced cost for the second service call. The repairs are sound, with no leaks from any of the repaired junctions.

    There was an additional charge from the plumbing supply company, which Mike paid up front and we reimbursed him. The installation had a few quirks which he handled very well. He persisted until everything was correct.
