I like my Ob/Gyn very much. She's just a wonderful doctor. I think she's really very knowledgeable. She has great interpersonal skills. She spends the time with you. I have a lot of confidence in her. I would definitely use her again. She is now my gynecologist. I'd give her an A of course.

Do not go here unless you don?t particularly care about the quality and level of care or that the doctors give you accurate test results.  I had been going here for years for my regular care with no problem but when I had an actual problem they screwed up.  I made an appointment for a consultation for infertility and was told that Dr. Leonard Bienkowski typically handled those appointments.  I said great and made the appointment.  The initial appointment seemed fined and he told some story about how his daughter had problems too but all his son-in-law needed was some vitamins for which he gave us some samples at the end of the appointment.  I was sent off with an order for day 3 bloodwork.  After completing that bloodwork I received a call from Dr. Bienkowski that everything was normal and to come back in a few months if we didn?t get pregnant.  We didn?t so went back for a follow up.  He ordered a few more tests and told us the same story about the vitamins. Maybe he was trying in some weird way to relate but anyone who has ever dealt with infertility knows how stories or so-called advice from people such as just relax, stop trying and it will happen, take vitamins, go on a vacation, etc. are not helpful but also insensitive to the seriousness of an infertility diagnosis.  Vitamins don?t cure infertility. Anyway I went for the additional tests (not bloodwork) and two weeks passed so I called in for the results and left a message.  I missed a call later that day from Dr. Bienkowski who had left me a voicemail saying my ?bloodwork was normal? (the tests I was specifically calling about was not bloodwork) and that I should come in to get a referral for these other two tests (the tests I had just completed two weeks prior and for which I was calling in for results on).  Clearly he had not carefully reviewed my information before calling.  In his message he also said he was going to be out the following day and the entire week after.  I immediately called back to try and get clarification but since it was after 4 pm no one was answering the
phone even though the doctor had called me not even five minutes prior. The next day I called and spoke to a nurse who was very helpful and told me that the results for the recent tests were actually in and took them to another doctor to review right then so she could tell me the results.  Again, normal.  After this experience I was already frustrated with dealing with Dr. Bienkowski and clearly we were not getting anywhere so I made an appointment with a fertility specialist?which took a couple months to get in.  In my first appointment with them they reviewed all the test results ordered by Dr. Bienkowski at CWC.  One of the first rounds of tests I had, the blood work, which Dr. Bienkowski told me was ?normal? was in fact not normal at all and a giant red flag for the fertility specialist.  He said no way should any doctor have said that result was within normal range. Basically if we had known this test result was not normal at the very beginning of seeking help from CWC we would not have wasted six months there assuming everything was normal before seeking more specialized care while all the time having this underlying medical problem.  Again anyone who has dealt with infertility knows how devastating each disappointing month is this extra time could have been avoided had we received proper and accurate information from the beginning.  Maybe this place is ok for basic care, but if you ever have a problem, and trust me if you are in generally good health you never think you will until you do, this is not the place for you. If you do go here, stay away from Dr. Bienkowski.

First, my appointment making experience with their office was quite different. It goes beyond simply calling in, providing information and making an appointment. You speak with an intake nurse who asks you about your health issues and why you are interested in making an appointment. Then, after that part is complete, you have to put down a small deposit to make the appointment. Now, maybe this is common practice but it is definitely new to me. I did not necessarily have an issue with it, it was just unexpected. I was specifically interested in seeing Dr. Sweeney and I soon found out I was not the only one. She is very popular so my appointment was made for a little over a month out. Although, I am sure if I had a more pressing issue I would have been able to get in sooner.
Once I actually went to my appointment, the office was clean and simple; parking was easy. The front office staff was very nice as was the nurse who took me back. Everyone was just friendly and professional. My wait in the waiting room was short but is was a little long once I was actually in the exam room. Maybe it just felt like a lot longer since my phone died.
Now to the important part....Dr. Sweeney is great!! She is so calm and sweet and I just really like her personality. I had been experiencing some fertility issues which is obviously discouraging but she was very positive about it and I felt like she really understood and cared. She was absolutely worth the wait! I am really, really looking forward to having her as my OB once we conceive.
Check-out was simple and I was told the deposit would be refunded to the card I placed it on in the next day or two, less any charges or copay, which is was. No biggie. It was a nice experience all around.

    Heyman, Dr. Amy
This was my 1st time meeting Dr Amy Heyman. She has a great bedside manner, very caring and I'm happy I chose this office. The office is under construction and I'm sure it will look good when it's finally finished.

It went very well! He always cares about his patients. One time, I was in the hospital waiting for someone to bring me up back to my room, but no one came and got me. Dr. Schipper came and brought my bed and me up to my room!!!! Most doctors would not!! See how awesome he is!? He saved my life from an uterine cancer.

made an appointment for my first visit but ended up having to go in 3 days earlier because i was having some light spotting. Had a sonogram and blood work and was told to come back in two days for more blood work. When i came back for my normal appointment 3  days later, the doctor who saw me did not have any information about my previous visit, i had to ask about the blood work and what the result showed.
I thought that might have been a mistake, a one time thing, but it turned out every time i went back the same thing happened, if you don't have a choice of choosing a doctor that will stay with you for the whole pregnancy, it's important that the person you see has all your history and has time to read it before they see you.
I felt like i was just another billing number, rushed around between offices, overall a bad bad experience. They where pretty good at sending bills 7 months in advance for my delivery.
You dont treat people like that especially women during such an important phase of their life, if was going in just for a PAP smear and some vagisil it would have probably been alright but not when you're pregnant.
I do have a positive word to say about Dr. Acerenza, although she did seem incredibly busy, she does seem compassionate and caring.

She is phenomenal and compassionate. She has a very good bedside manner, and she is really good in communication and explaining things. She's phenomenal! One thing that I was surprised is just that she has worked with some physicians. I have seen many of them, and I just think that she is the top 1 when it comes to the care she provides. She has skills, and not only her but everybody that works in her office.

The doctor has a good bedside manner, listens to you, and talks to his patients. The doctor is very busy, but if they can't get me in, they are able to get my into another doctor there. The nurse is very good there as well. They will call to follow up. He really cares about his patients, and I would recommend them.

It was a great first experience with the practice. My appointment was at 8am and I went early (7:50am) to fill out paperwork. I was in an exam room by 8am and out by 8:35, with a BC sample and my prescription submitted electronically. There was some repetition in the history I gave the CNM and the first nurse I saw, but it was minimal. I was at work before 9am. That's my kind of doctor's appointment!

    Heyman, Dr. Amy
Dr. Amy Haymen was outstanding. She introduced herself to both of us, and took her time getting to know my daughter. She had my daughter change, and returned to perform the exam. Each and every step was explained in advance ,and she asked my daughter if sheand quot;was ok with thatand quot; As the doctor progressed through each step, she asked my daughter midway if she was still doing ok. She repeated this process for each and every step in the exam process. While certainly not an enjoyable experience, my daughter came out of it without any ill effects. I had been particularly concerned about this as she is very introverted and uncomfortable with physical contact. The office was very clean, as you would expect. It was very, very busy and the staff cheerful and businesslike.
