    Dr Tuakli is very patient and attentive. She never rushed me out of the door. She takes her time to talk to me and explain everything to me. If she noticed something unusual, she would point that out. I went there for regular checkup and she noticed Hives on my hand and she examined me for that first without me asking her. She always send me for annual blood work and make supplement recommendation per results. It takes a little time to see her, but that���s because she is taking her time to see patients. She has a great blog that provides very useful information.

    Will return for re evaluation January. Service varies based the on Dr. Dr Rogus is excellent, good bedside manner and an effective communicator. Others have been effective/competent, but bedside manner varies quite a bit.

    The office was understaffed with only one doctor available and we had a long wait. They said my wife needed custom fitted ankle braces and proceeded to make a custom mold of her ankles. When they placed the wetted molded fiberglass wrapping around her first ankle it became so hot that it was smoking and my wife was screaming to get it off. It became so hot and hardened so fast that they had to cut it off with a cast saw which took 5 minutes. It left 2nd degree burns on her ankle. This practice is incompetent and dangerous. They later tried to bill us for the visit.

    The worst part was the billing department and still is.  They said they took my insurance Concordia   For the second time that year I had a Panoramic X Ray which my insurance did not cover it was $130.00.  I sent them the check for $130.00 and they said they did not receive it.  I had to take forty five minutes out of my day to get copy of cancelled check and mail it to them.  What was shocking is not one single person apologized.  I then get a bill for the full price of the extraction  $268.00 and I call their office wondering why my insurance did not cover this.  They are suppose to accept what my insurance company gives them in the plan. They insisted I owed that amount.  I had to have a representative from  Concordia call them and say I only owed them $11.97.  I sent them this check on 4/18/16.  ARE YOU READY:  I just opened my mail and received the same bill from them.  They did not record my $11.97.  So now we are back to square one.  That is when I HAD TO REPORT THIS.  B.     I love the staff there, office, nurse and doctors alike. They are very accommodating. I originally came in with a massive breakdown in my immune system resulting in daily asthma attacks, allergies and hives that failed to respond to normal treatment or large doses of steroids. The doctor got me qualified for xolair, a biological which stops the reactions at the mast cell level, essentially altering my immune system. They also helped me arrange assistance with payment for the expense of the new treatment. They've helped me treatment throughout extended travel overseas and I've always had any of my questions answered.

    I like my Ob/Gyn very much. She's just a wonderful doctor. I think she's really very knowledgeable. She has great interpersonal skills. She spends the time with you. I have a lot of confidence in her. I would definitely use her again. She is now my gynecologist. I'd give her an A of course.

    Great. Debbie was my nurse who did the injections and she was really top notch. I've had botox elsewhere before, and had some variable results. Debbie was so good at discussing with me the areas I wanted treated and she was gentle and thoughtful in the process. That went really well, as did the filler around my lips and jaw. It makes a visible difference without being 'too much'. I will definitely return.

    It went very well.  I took my daughter with me and she had a very favorable opinion of her also.  She took her time with us - I had filled out all of the necessary forms prior to my visit and she went over them very thoroughly and put everything into the computer.  I take a lot of medications (I have lupus, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, etc) so we went over all of that.  I had made a couple of dumb mistakes on my forms and we laughed about them.  She seemed to have a very good sense of humor, very good bedside manner.

    I had a stressful summer and because of that I had a heart attack scare. So we did a bunch of test and she reviewed them. I think she is motivated to learn more and usually takes a little while to see her. It is like going to someone's home. There is a comfy sofa, a racking chair and a little stove heater. She gives you a little written summary and I like that.

    Dr. Menocal is part of a dying breed. He still cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to their problems and address any issues that may be occurring. His office staff and he are excellent when dealing with patients that don't have medical coverage or that need additional services beyond the capacity of their office. It is refreshing to visit a medical doctor who still cares more about helping people than about making quotas or producing personal wealth at the expense of sacrificing care.
