We are a small family owned business with 2 master plumbers, 1 journeyman plumber and one helper. We are fully insured. Minimum charge is $130.00 for the 1st hour, then based on 1/4 hour increments thereafter. If two men are needed on a job then the price is $180.00 per hour. Emergency and weekend charges change as well--$195.00 first hour- plus travel time $60.00.

We needed extensive plumbing in all of our bathrooms.

Company made an early morning appointment and did not show. We called around noon to find out what happened and got an answering machine. Company never showed and never called. We lost a full day of work waiting for them. Would never call them again.

The hot and cold spigots in our guest room tub would no longer turn off (just kept spinning). We had been told that, due to the old pipes and stems in the bathroom, that parts of the pipes would need to be replaced (possibly necessitating destruction of the tile wall, etc). Brown's came in and repaired it without any of that and at ~ 1/2 the previously estimated cost.

They came in and fixed it so that I now have tub handles that turn the water on AND off normally. That was ~ 4 months ago and they are still working great. They are really busy so I had to wait a few weeks before they could come out. That was a very small price to pay. It was well worth the wait!

Replaced toilet innards and fixed leaking faucets in bathroom.

We've been using Brown's Plumbing for 5+ yrs now and have always been satisfied with their service, pricing, and professionalism. They've always provided a 2hr window and they usually arrive within the first 30min. The one time they were and quot;lateand quot; was due to horrific traffic on 270 and they called roughly 30min before the start of that window. Technically, though, they still showed up within the window they originally provided. Their work is solid and they are honest. We are first-time homeowners and they take the time to teach us little things about maintenance etc... each time they come. They also take the time to point out and quot;urgent, fix it nowand quot; vs. and quot;it can wait, but it'll be an issue down the lineand quot; items (they've been right every time).

Changed the toilet and snaked the line.

Had to go get a toilet (not cheap). Got charged for his travel as well as the expensive toilet. He, Shawn, was very nice. There was an issue with the drain that he said he would get back to me. Have not heard anything for nearly 3 weeks now. It seems like they are very busy because it took about 3 weeks to get the appointment.

I recall this job. While I'm sorry the customer was not happy as all our others have been I must respond. The job was schedule as quickly as possible. We are "fortunately for us" busy. The call was for a leaking toilet. Sean went and found the toilet to be cracked. He told the customer the cost of a new one. We don't keep toilets on the truck. We had another job scheduled as well but the customer wished us to pick one up and return to install. We were a quick as possible. Sean had informed the customer to call the office to arrange a time to return to address the drain. He needed to head to the next job. They never called. We also cleared their 3 inch line while there as well. Total time for job was 3 hours. The charge included all materials and time. Again we're sorry for their disappointment but always strive to do our very best. Thank you
