  • The service was good. I have no complaints with the quality of work. They were pretty quick and they were right on-time. It was exactly what they said they have. They were friendly and courteous.

  • Leone from Moretti Construction is honest and well educated when it comes to home renovation and design. Leone and his team turned the foreclosed home that I bought as a investment property into a work of art. They installed new harwood floors, new paint, modern kitchen and bathroom, new lighting, crown molding, new roof, new fencing etc. I had a great experience working with Leone Moretti.

  • Excellent company. The owner came out and did the estimate personally. Offered military incentives. Work crew arrived in 2 weeks and had it done in a day. Worked hard all day long. Roof looks amazing.

  • An $89 diagnostic call was purchased on a Friday. The company arranged to have someone out (Louis) around 2 pm that day (which was a relief to me because every other company did not have any slots available for same day). Louis arrived on time and was very professional. After a quick investigation, it was decided that a gas valve would need to be replaced. Louis proceeded to tell us that the part would need to be for Monday because the part's company was closing in 15 minutes. With no call on Monday, I contacted the company on Tuesday as was told my part had not come in and they would be out first thing Wednesday morning to install. John, the second technician, was very jovial and professional. He installed our part in a short amount of time and left with a $321.00 check (a $402 estimate with an online company coupon for 20% off). After returning from an out of town trip on Saturday, I discovered the heat DID NOT WORK. Frustrated, I contacted the company's emergency line. A technician responded within 5 minutes and contacted us via phone to convey that a new tech would be dispatched for the following morning. The following morning, we were informed that the part we had just replaced was bad ("sometimes it just happens" he says). Another part would be ordered promptly. Three days later, yet another technician arrived to install the new "new" part. It, too, was "bad." Sensing an underlying issue, the tech continued to investigate. Later, the actual culprit was determined.. a fuse of some sort (a total charge of $139 for the part and labor). SO, at that point I decided to contact the company for their contingency plan regarding refunds, etc. At that time, I was informed that a refund was indeed in order.
    Called on 10/20/2015 to inquire how the refund was to be dispersed...was told at that time that they had no record of any refund and to call back next week when every, single supervisor would be back from a business trip.

    Super frustrated.

    :::::::*****UPDATE*****::::::::: (10/28/2015)
    Recently got off the phone with the company. A refund will indeed be issued in the amount of $210 by check via mail. There was an inability to communicate computer files within the company between employees and thus, miscommunication ensued. I am  reevaluating my former assessment and have recorded them as such.

    Thank you for resolving my issue with such patience and grace.

  • This is a tale of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde; one bad experience and one great experience.
     I had an appointment scheduled and they gave me a 12-3p window. So I took a half day at work and waited....no communication so when 3 passed I called and they told me it would be another hour or so. No apologies. I went and ran some errands near home. The plumber called me asking for my address (which is funny because I already gave that information both via Angies list and over the phone to the front office) and he asks me what the task is (also, I had given this info via Angies list and to his front office) when I told him the job he said "that's going to cost you a lot of money!" and "we don't really do that." At 4p I got a call from Mike saying he was at my place. When I told him I  would be there in 10 minutes he complains "10 minutes!" as if I was the late one! At this point I was ready to call the front office and tell them to send someone else, I don't want to work with this rude man, but I summoned my patience. I let Mike into my home and he looked at the job and began making excuses: "I can't do this, it's already too late today," "The front office never told me about this,"  "this will take more than one visit." never once did he apologize. He said we should reschedule because "You don't even have all the parts" but I've never known a professional that didn't have parts in his van or wouldn't be glad to charge me for procuring them himself. No one from the company ever said that I needed to have the parts or even asked me for details. So he left and said that they would call in the morning to reschedule by 8:30. I was furious inside!
    They didn't call to reschedule. I called them and insisted on a time that was convenient to me. The office guy said that I couldn't do this work on an Angies list promotion (funny, it never said that in the fine print, and in the end they did it like a hot knife through butter) So with a scheduled time of 3p I left work a little early and got a call that it wouldn't be until 4p. But at least this time they called.
    Redemption, this other guy, Tony, is polite, likeable, and as soon as I showed him the job he got right to it. Tony is just the kind of plumber you wish for. Very skilled, he made quick work of my drain, building it to match the new sink and disposal. He also hooked up the disposal, dishwasher, and faucet above and beyond what I asked him to do. He did beautiful professional work and even cleaned up the space. The next time I need a plumber this is who I'm calling.
    I'd use this company again just to have a plumber like Tony. But, if he hadn't come there wouldn't be anything positive in this review. I hope my first experience was the exception rather than the rule.

  • There was a bit of an issue with the height of the area that they would be to work on. I guess they had a limitation only to use up to 12 foot ladders and stuff like that and the space that I needed them to work with is honestly about 20 feet high so they could not do it. I tried to schedule it they came back and said they asked the area and I told them they said they could not complete it because of the height issues and they recommended how to go about to get to refund it. So as far as interacting with them was actually pretty good experience. Price is definitely fair. They were professional.

  • Not good. First they schedule a showing the day we are moving out. Moving trucks, people, boxes everywhere. It wasn't how i wanted my house to be seen. Then they show up late and i basically did the showing myself unannounced. Somehow the person loved it anyhow and the place rented. During last year's winter a pipe froze and broke. They fixed the pipe for $900 but didn't fix the problem. Air was still leaking into the house through the door. Two weeks later same pipe beaks again but tenant is out for the weekend. $2000 for flooding damage and broken pipe. Plus a 6 month ordeal to get the thing fixed and turned into insurance. Fast forward tenant moves out and i get the move out report. They recommend $12000 worth of fixes and things to spruce up the house. One item read replace light bulb $65. Had my brother fix all major repairs for $130. He didn't charge me $65 for the light bulb either. So I tell them my brother had done the work and they ask did he also do the cleaning? I said yeah about that. Why does the house need cleaned? Didn't the our going tenant clean it? They said we can't and I quote " Unfortunately we have no control over how people leave the home. They are given guidelines to follow and we stress heavily the importance of doing so but ultimately we can not make anyone do anything they don't want to do. Your tenant did not vacate leaving your home in bad condition or even dirty. We are required by law to have the home cleaned before we move a new tenant in." Why the h*** do i pay these people? To frustrate me? I thought i was paying them to move people in and out of my house and to take care of my house on my behalf. How do you let someone move out without cleaning to whatever legal standard they are refering too? Do not use this company. The pricing might seem attractive but not only is it more expensive the service sucks. They take the first months rent all of it. Each month after is $79 plus the crappy service. Then it's $250 to renew a tenant or another first months rent for a new tenant. Oh did i mention you get free frustration all year round, no extra charge.

  • Pioneer Custom Cleaning did a beautiful job cleaning our house! It sparkled when they were through. A group of ladies showed up and just set to work! They have an efficient system which leaves the house perfectly clean from top to bottom. Then, Teresa comes to oversee and inspect their work. Friendly, efficient, and effective!
